Being True to One's Self [1-18-2016]

Being True to One's Self

--------------------

Being true to yourself is a thing that is is not as difficult as many people may think.  The one thing ot remember is that such emotions that make you sad, angry, and such less pleasant that many would call negative, may have a purpose in mind.  You have to look at your emotions and ask yourself if these are from your inner self or if they originate from the outside.  Such outside sources could be how others have been treating you and acting towards you, treating you, saying to you.  And these can be accepted by you on a subconscious and at times perhaps partially conscious level.

You can search within yourself, relaxing yourself to ask if certain feelings are really ones that originate from within yourself or from without.  There are many methods, like meditation, to get in touch with your inner-self and of these there are many types of mediation.  Even sitting quietly, inhaling deeply as you close your eyes and slowly exhaling is, as many may say, a type of mediation, and many will find it relaxing as well.

you can work on yourself, on what you wish to be, being true to your inner nature and inner self as well as not letting the outer programmed self be who you are and what you are, controlling how you feel and act.  many do look for sources outside themselves, such as various religions, to decide how they should feel and think since this is easier then deciding for yourself.

You can start on this path, and it'll grow easier over time.  You can also use techniques such as giving fears and other emotions to your higher self, or asking it to help you in dealing with these that originate from your non inner true self.  Guides may also be able to help.

You can also work as well yourself with the intent of being true to yourself and feeling out the feelings that do not originate from your trure inner self.  You can get to where you can easily feel and know this and deal with it in a variety of ways, various meditation techniques may help with this.  Also turning to your inner self may help a lot in this regard and you'll get to know yourself.  You can examine these feelings to get to the origin and or work on unraveling them.    One thing to remember is being true to yourself is easier then you may think.  Your true self  and feelings that originate from your true inner self will never be ones that have you feel bad about yourself or see yourself as less then you truly are, a creator being with others in this shared universe.  Some feelings like uneasiness, and such may be normal, but not to the extreme levels or stronger levels.  Not everyone will have the same personality while being true to themselves since everyone is an individual.  even your other multi dimensional selves may differ, at least a bit, from the you that you know as you here.

Take it easy, and 1 day at a time, or if you want and find it easier, 1 minute or 1 hour at a time.  Work every day, bit by bit and over time you'll see results that surprise you.  You may also wish to keep a type of diary to write down what you discover doing this so you can refer to it later and see how much you've grown and learn about yourself.

Examine the feelings to get to the root helps since it may help to unravel the feelings since you may discover the true origin and root behind these feelings, this 1 feeling that you are examine and if need be reaching back in time mentally to find the origin of this feeling.  Doing this may help you find the origin of other feelings as well.  Thus helping you to become more true to yourself.  and a person you'll be surprised to see how you are 1 year, let alone several years later.  Do not be discouraged by what you find or how long it may seem to take.  Just take it 1 step at a time, and 1 day, 1 minute or whatever steps work best and whatever speed works best for you.
