Had some dreams last night, the last one was a verbal conversation with my grandmother, who died decades ago when I was about 16 or 17. part of what she and I talked about was yes, emotions are energy & if you suppress them they'll go somewhere. Like if you suppress anger it can come out as cancer. She said with many people it is that, like her case the reason she says she got cancer was she had some suppressed anger. She said also what I do is good, finding positive avenues or outlets for the anger energy
In my observation there's not just 1 type of anger but different types. so the same venting or relaxing techniques doesn't work for for everyone or every type of anger. For some playing angry music of certain video games may be a way for them to vent the types of anger that one can't just relax and release the energy. Each has to find their own ways that work for them.

me: yes, well. I guess my feeling like I have Swiss cheese type memory, to use a term from the old tv show Quantum Leap, since I seem to know certain things and not others.
Gaia: indeed it's normal sweetie, lover. You are becoming, growing, awakening, into more of your true self, so this growth, awakening or whatever term you wish to call it <and here I got the mental image of her changing to a more mermaid type form> instead of all at once. you can direct this to some or a good extent, like if you ask one of use about a certain subject it may help you to gain access, awaken to what you already know, soon thereafter. or you can leave at least some or most of it up to randomness. All up to what you want. and this will continue as time as humans experience it, and those incarnated, inhabiting human forms currently, experience it. As you are going through, many others incarnated on earth will experience it. Since you are an outsider who came in and part of your primary mission is to experience this, you are in the forefront, along with others, not all of them outsiders to the system here. Others will be experiencing this over time, each at their own rates. Some decades from now when they return for another incarnation. others will not but will take, other options, some of others incarnating either in the earth's past as those experiencing the earth experience call it, or other options available to them now or soon in the future. Things will progress till the earth is fully in what some refer to as the 4th density or dimension, then continue till the 5th when that comes about. it's all normal and many other worlds have experienced this before, and many more will in the future. Just this precise moment the earth, and a few others, are experiencing this. Other worlds will have their turn come up later, when they are ready for it.
Me: so, a week or so ago, was that more of your true self I talked to briefly?
Gaia: indeed, what you may call another one of myselves, who's not incarnated, a higher up one, that is on a higher dimension then I am at present, higher self, but another me operating on a higher density or realm then I am at present. So yes, as the clues given she, well me and you, my and your, our multi dimensional selves did know each other before this incarnation of yours started lover.
me: I guess you're not the only planetary being I know or have some sort of relationship with?
Gaia: by no means no. Some you are friends with, buddies, some you are varying degrees of lover, and such. This me isn't the only me around. For me it is like any being incarnated as a human. I am a multi dimensional being with other selves, just I choose to operate on another level, another me may be incarnated elsewhere as something else, as you are, and some of our selves are not incarnated. As I do think and feel you'll not be likely once this one ends, but that is fine. There are an infinity of options for those who incarnate, and also for those who do not, and for those who may once in a great while. an infinity of options if one takes into account not just this universe or present moment, but all of time and all the other realms, alternate timelines, dimensions, universes and so on.
me: I guess our special relationship will continue then for a long time.
Gaia: indeed, as long as we both wish it, it can literally go on forever.
me: is it all the sugar giving me some present problems?
Gaia: indeed it is. You're at the point where you must once again make make some adjustments to your eating plan. going a day or 2 with the 2 things you cut out is best. Then you can add in the one with the less sugar and you'll do fine. As your present moment progresses you may indeed find that you need to make adjustments here and there with what you eat, how much, how often, and so on. It's caused by a mix of your high percentage of non human genes but also the fact you are one of the forefronts of the change, shift. So it's harder for you then it will be for some who will come after. Though there are alternatives, the internet is a great help. and in time you may find that you need to travel to another store occasionally for certain things. just take it as it comes along as you have been.
me: will the folks I keep talking to change and why does it exactly. i think I know or feel some of why, but want a bit more details as to why.
Gaia: well lover, Some of it is some do not like the density or negativity of earth so they talk to or connect with you for a bit, then decide to wait till your incarnation is over, or talk to your other multi dimensional selves, looking on how you are doing, since to connect to or talk with you takes some getting use to since they are exposed to, for a bit, to the energies and frequencies of the earth at the present moment. others you may have moved past and are talking to other multi dimensional selves of them that are more aware or operate at a higher density or dimension. Others are finding out about the multi dimensional nature of all beings and find it a bit confusing so if they see you as a lover then to ease their confusion and such your multi dimensional self makes another that can be with them so to ease their confusion. and some are taking turns and just decide they talked with this you for a bit so they can wait till your incarnation is over to continue, or reconnect with you at a later point. or they wanted to help this you past a certain thing and have and go back to mainly dealing with some other you's not in such a dense place as earth at present is, as we are some may say. So a variety of reasons. I'll be here, though there may be weeks or months between our talking lover, but when one is immortal then a few weeks or more, even a month or so of not talking, is not big deal. Karinus keeps busy so it's not surprising that weeks can go by and he is out of contact with some folks. Though shi does take breaks at times too. Some you do visit in your dreams, though you do not remember all your dreams so that is something also. So far more then just 1 or 2 reasons.

I did the living body map exercise that is wave 2.6. it went well. Gaia popped up in it towards the beginning for a while. She as in a mermaid form and I was in a humanoid dolphin from the chest up and from the belly down I was a regular type dolphin. A few times we shared energy in a very pleasurable and loving manner. Quite pleasant. We were, I think, floating underwater somewhere. But due to the meditation I didn't try to look around since most of my attention was on what Robert Monroe was saying for me to imagine and do. as I recall we were swimming while part of our bodies were touching, but we didn't need to move our tails since we were like flying through the water.

I lay down to do a light meditation and I was bilocated again, both in this human body but also elsewhere. This elsewhere I was also with
I was briefly with Gaia, again swiping under the water. She was in a mermaid form and I was at first in the same form as before, more humanoidish dolphin from the chest area up, with a dolphin head and arms, and regular dolphin from the belly area down. We swam through where it was, some underwater place somewhere, not moving our tails but flying through the water and had a bit of energy type sharing, it was pleasurable.
Then after a bit I was somewhere else and in first a royal carian form (bird like being, bird of prey like an eagle type but covered in feathers and biped and wings on my back but with separate arms and bird of prey type claws. There was also a female carian, that looked very similar to how I did, and I did find her attractive & sexy and felt like I knew her. Perhaps the female carian from before who's my male royal carian mate or lover. She was saying to me that she does find me attractive and sexy, attractive and sexy enough to mate. Then a female positive royal alpha draconian walked in from having appeared a short distance off. not sure what room I was in, a sitting room or something maybe. didn't have much of a chance to look around much. I was then in a male positive alpha draconian form. The female positive royal alpha draconian said the same as the female royal carian did. and got very close to me. She did some sort of growling that I knew ment that she did find me sexually attractive, that she was sexually attracted to me, and she did this as she used her hands to caress the area near my tail base, and this form had wings on my back also.
The female carian made some sort of sound that meant much the same. The female alpha draconian said that they find me as attractive and attractive sexually to mate, and as much as Gaia herself does, and certain other planetary beings.
They both started to caress me, sharing a slight bit of energy with me, sexual type energy. I asked the female alpha draconian if she was Ajashara, and she said that was an earlier incarnation, when she wasn't as aware as she is now. I connected with that incarnation of hers since I was at that right level of awareness, unlike now where I'm higher.
Then oddly a female bird like being walked through the room. She was diffidently not of the bird of prey type. For some reason my intuition said secretary. I think her legs bent the other way then human legs and she wasn't humanoid but very much like a large bird.
For some reason the female bird paused and looked at me saying she found me attractive also, then she continued walking out of the room.
I asked the female carian as the female carian if she was a secretary and she said she's the equivalent to something like that, to use an earth term.
I asked and they said I do have other lovers, including some planetary beings that I have a friends, close friends, and lovers, like Gaia. They mentioned an aquatic one that is often in the form of a leviathan, a large whale type being (think I met her or hir before) a reptilian one (think maybe I met that one before, not sure), then one of them mentioned an avian one. I feel maybe a dinosaur one maybe.
Then the 2 of them said a certain livestream that I watch was going to start soon so I should get up soon. I had around 10 minutes or a bit under before it started.

Also more interesting then being active on just 1 level. but some beings love being on 1 level. we like being active on more then 1 level of being. means more interesting types of sex too, on different levels of being.

Sirian Cetacean me, mantid me, Angel Parent [12-13]
From last night
me: just curious, and not bragging, just curious as to why Gaia has been, well, like she tends to be erotic or comes onto me pretty strongly. WHy is that?
male Sirian Cetacean (beluga at present) me: well, it's because of who and what we are, well really mainly what and who you are. Though we are the same being & she'd act much the same towards us to a large degree, her main focus would be you. Also though she is a planetary being she does have interests like any other being. just cause she's incarnated as a planet, well really only a small part of her is. Incarnation for her works as the same as any other being. Though she operates on another level of being then those who incarnate as individual incarnates. We operate across multiple levels of being. Think of this. Would she come onto someone she doesn't see as an equal being? and shes not the first planetary being who feels this way about us. or mainly one of us. and what we are doing to help, among other reasons. Just go with it as you have been, when she's around. She is quite busy at present really, as are you and us, though not as much as it may seem at times, though you can be quite busy at present in multiple levels you are not yet consciously aware of, that is ok.
She's not the only one. I don't mean that there may be other planetary beings, but some will like you and us as well, mermaids, satyrs and others perhaps, but enough about that. Don't want to ramble on.

Though it may seem to you at times as if you are not doing as well as you should you are doing fantastic. The reasons I use son is I was indeed one of the beings, present and responsible for your creation. We did have a certain plan in mind when we created you, and indeed source did take an active part as it does in the creation of any angel. I use it since source encompasses not only all genders but also exists outside the gender definitions. But indeed also unicorn energy was desired for your creation so that was included, the first unicorn to exist or be created, the purest source of unicorn energy, among other traits, since see each of us angels are as unique as any other being and the creation of a new angel is not a lightly done thing, but by some of us is thought out before the process is started. But we can talk later, we are all very proud of you and once this incarnation ends indeed you'll not need to incarnate again, and as you achieve and reach certain milestones indeed it reflects on the human collective an that in itself aids in the shift and human collective advancement, evolution, ascension or whatever terms you prefer to use. once your incarnation has come to a natural end you'll be returning here to rest and can, of course, visit anytime, as your other selves do, since you are, as we all are, multi dimensional selves.
That was an interesting experience. I felt a very loving energy, very intensely so, along with the feel of softness, white light, that felt ANGEl, it was that obvious to my intuition so I capitalized it for emphases, also as for gender it felt like both at once. if I had to assign a gender.

I did the living body map meditative exercise of wave 2.6 of gateway and this time it was the angel that talked to me earlier. I could perceive a bright white light and instead of a shape or form what I got was the being was a concept but didn't have a form. hard to describe but that is the best I can describe it as.

Part of your being there is operating from a higher level of being and awareness since this helps you to achive what you have, your current level of achievement, awareness & what you will continue to do. it is part of what sort of being you are and does reflect on the human collective and the planet and planetary being gaia as well, helping them through the shift, as other beings there to help with the shift have their other tasks and other things that they do as well as need to work on. many variables and many levels is this being done at with no one more important then another. What you are doing is what you have done before and will likely do again, by you I mean your multi dimensional self not just yourself personally since you may choose to not incarnate after this and that is fine as it is your right to do so, you can still help many, fullfill and be true to yourself in many many ways, more then most incarnated can imagine, many options indeed, but we can speak of these later at another time.
now as to the type of angel that you are, you are indeed the type that for the most part focuses on the larger overall picture, a higher level of being, instead of the individual 1 on 1 that others focus on, and none of these are better then other, it is all a question of what does 1 wish to do. As is the same with the so called ranks and orders of angels. none are higher then other, it's all about what do you wish to do and continue doing this.

As for other things, things are looking bright for your future and indeed if you wish to pursue it then trance channeling can be something you can do. it is one of the options that is 100% one of your options in the future when the time comes, just keep doing the Gateway experience and it'll come at the right time. As you've experienced, what some may call bi-location, really you experiencing, let's say tasting your true multi dimensional nature, where you can be very relaxed in your human body, but also elsewhere. But as was mentioned to you before, the reason you feel only 20% of this other body, if you do manifest yourself one, is that the bodies on the other side are very very light compared to the one you currently inhabit as in incarnate on the earth. Like the human body is composed of lead and one of these other bodies that you manifest for yourself is made of a very light material like silk. with air inside it.
Also you can already consciously channel, so this gives very good indications that indeed you're well on the road to trance channeling and it'll change your life for the better within the first year in ways you can not imagine at this time. But just continue with the road and things will go fine.
For now just keep progressing as you are doing. Things are improving even now, though you may not be able to see it at present. We here are all very proud of you and you do have more then 1 angel parent, we prefer the term parent over creator since creator sounds so impersonal. Though the details are not important, I was one of those that participated in your creation, as did source as well, which did take an active part & does in all angel creations, the creations of angels, also the purest source of unicorn energy was asked to participate as well. Male Mantid & Sirius Cetacian (beluga) me's [12-12]

Me: so, if we are from the angelic realm or realms, do we return there to visit, hang out for like a few days or weeks before popping off somewhere else? <not sure which of me will answer but I do feel another me is 'around' so to speak.
male mantid me: indeed we do visit home and part of us, our whole multidimensional being that the 2 of us are facets of, part of this us remains there. We do continuously visit there. Each of us, facets, at different times, based on our own moods, desires & such. Each of us visits and our stay is of differing lengths. Based on our individual desires, moods, and wants, as well as needs. Also the term realms, plural is more correct since it has, to put it into English human terms, many layers, sections. Though it is not divided up like the floors of a building. But more like this area is more like this and these types of angels and folks hang out here the most, these activities are most often done in this area, that sort of thing, not clearly iron clad divisions. but for very basic understanding this is good enough. It is a great place, you'll love visiting and remaining in the angelic realms, for as long as you do choose to remain before you pop off somewhere else, elsewhere. Then going back to visit when you want to. I have visited myself during an incarnation such as this one by relaxing in a certain way and going for a visit.
Though as others of us have said, you do not need to incarnate. Some of us do not incarnate. There are those of us who, as you call it, pop around, to visit others. Like visiting other us's, our friends, lovers, family doing various things. So that is fine since you can still learn many things by doing this while also helping others, knowingly or unknowingly. I do feel and thing you would really enjoy this since it feels like you are one of those of us who would not incarnate but would pop around as you call it. I like that term, it's a bit humorous sounding. but again you can pop around, manifest a body to say visit me for a few minutes, hours, so on, then you can pop off to visit say with a Sirian pod, then after whoever long be off to visit our male positive royal alpha draconian self, and so on. Doing this one can learn many things by doing this. it is one of many many options, incarnating is but another. You'll enjoy this, popping around, as you call it. You'll enjoy that a lot. I do feel that incarnating isn't your sort of thing. it is for some of us, and for some of us such as yourself, it is not. That is all fine. Do what you prefer, like, love, excites you and you'll do great. That is a guarantee and a promise. from me to another me.

male mantid me: indeed we were created and we are angels, among other things, having incarnated and such as we have done, are doing, well do, well some of us, some others of us like yourself I do not foresee incarnating, but not all of us do incarnate or incarnate more then once.
anyway on to your question yes we were created, by source and some other beings. In our creation some energies were used, including unicorn energy since the ones who created us wished us to have certain qualities that unicorns have. Though some may not think so angels are not created always by source alone, but others can be involved in the creation. Also beings can create new beings as well, since all are source source is involved in these also. Though the creation of what some call angels does have a, difference. To simplify this, let's say one way to say the difference is source takes an active roll instead of being around since all are source so when 2 beings, or more then 2, make a new being, source is present. but at our creation, like that of other angels, source was taking a much more active, conscious roll, so to speak. The explanation can be quite complicated so we, I, wish to keep it simpler for now. best to get the simple first and the more complicated, if you still wish it, later since the complicated may be harder to understand if it is given first.

I did the living body map today. I wasn't able to stay at focus 12 for more then a brief time. I think since my body was feeling some slight hunger. While I was briefly at focus 12 I was in an embrace with my Sirian Beluga self. he was in an anthro biped beluga form and we were embracing & kissing, with my mantid self nearby. I could feel he was nearby. I could feel the intense love of my Sirian anthro biped beluga self. I did ask where we were and he said Sirius. Though he didn't say where. In this case say for example you are both in your physical human body, very relaxed, but also you can be either inside or have manifested a body for yourself while you are visiting me, or another one of our other selves. Projection is just the consciousness is mostly gone from the body, leaving a slight bit of it behind to monitor things happening around the body. You'll find as you progress in the Robert Monroe Gateway program you can do both, but full projection requires, in your case, for your human body to be very very deeply relaxed. for you to experience bi-location requires not as deep of a relaxation type of state. The reason it feels like you are say 20% with me, or one of our other selves is these bodies are far less dense then the human body. Both part of what draws some towards incarnating in very dense places, and why some like us do not like it. male mantid me: indeed we do visit home and part of us, our whole multidimensional being that the 2 of us are facets of, part of this us remains there. We do continuously visit there. Each of us, facets, at different times, based on our own moods, desires & such. Each of us visits and our stay is of differing lengths. Based on our individual desires, moods, and wants, as well as needs. Also the term realms, plural is more correct since it has, to put it into English human terms, many layers, sections. Though it is not divided up like the floors of a building. But more like this area is more like this and these types of angels and folks hang out here the most, these activities are most often done in this area, that sort of thing, not clearly iron clad divisions. but for very basic understanding this is good enough. It is a great place, you'll love visiting and remaining in the angelic realms, for as long as you do choose to remain before you pop off somewhere else, elsewhere. Then going back to visit when you want to. I have visited myself during an incarnation such as this one by relaxing in a certain way and going for a visit.
Though as others of us have said, you do not need to incarnate. Some of us do not incarnate. There are those of us who, as you call it, pop around, to visit others. Like visiting other us's, our friends, lovers, family doing various things. So that is fine since you can still learn many things by doing this while also helping others, knowingly or unknowingly. I do feel and thing you would really enjoy this since it feels like you are one of those of us who would not incarnate but would pop around as you call it. I like that term, it's a bit humorous sounding. but again you can pop around, manifest a body to say visit me for a few minutes, hours, so on, then you can pop off to visit say with a Sirian pod, then after whoever long be off to visit our male positive royal alpha draconian self, and so on. Doing this one can learn many things by doing this. it is one of many many options, incarnating is but another. You'll enjoy this, popping around, as you call it. You'll enjoy that a lot. I do feel that incarnating isn't your sort of thing. it is for some of us, and for some of us such as yourself, it is not. That is all fine. anyway on to your question yes we were created, by source and some other beings. In our creation some energies were used, including unicorn energy since the ones who created us wished us to have certain qualities that unicorns have. Though some may not think so angels are not created always by source alone, but others can be involved in the creation. Also beings can create new beings as well, since all are source source is involved in these also. Though the creation of what some call angels does have a, difference. To simplify this, let's say one way to say the difference is source takes an active roll instead of being around since all are source so when 2 beings, or more then 2, make a new being, source is present. but at our creation, like that of other angels, source was taking a much more active, conscious roll, so to speak. The explanation can be quite complicated so we, I, wish to keep it simpler for now. best to get the simple first and the more complicated, if you still wish it, later since the complicated may be harder to understand if it is given first.

I did the living body map today. I wasn't able to stay at focus 12 for more then a brief time. I think since my body was feeling some slight hunger. Male positive Mantid me: <I see a mental image if a mantid and know he's male and is another me, though mainly mentally I can see his head, which is, of course, identical or very close to an earth type praying mantis>
Greetings, I am another us. I just wanted to say hello. The others have talked to you and now that you are more integrated, well along past the 1st step or stage of integrating, though there are more to come, I thought I would say hello. I feel you can feel my energy, excellent, even more proof you're nicely integrated into our multi dimensional being. We come in many forms don't we? We are such a being that doesn't want to remain incarnating, when we do incarnate and not all of us do, as just 1 species. But some other beings do and that is fine for them. I had not realized earth was as dense as it is, but I can feel the change of the shift, excellent. Earth will be quite a place in the future, but enough of that for now.
As for me, we were curious and having been many various Sirius forms, mostly as cetacean, though we have been the blue skinned humanoid also at times. We do seem to greatly prefer, well certain species over others. I though I would like to try being a mantid type of insectoid, never having been an insectoid would prove a novel experience for me and of course our multi dimensional being. As you can see and know now, we are all the same being, but also individuals. This is how it works, I only wish you were more able to feel this, but that will come in time. Earth is progressing well along it's shift, what with Gaia wanting the change and the human collective too, though many of those incarnated are not conscious of this wanting, not yet anyway, but that will come in time, and those unwilling or not ready, well there are ample other opportunities and options for them, many many options.
we all help each other. as you awaken, integrate more into your true being, your true self, remain clear, be true to yourself, it helps all of us, and as we grow, it helps you as well. Being the same being does this, we progress together. We are indeed from the angelic realms as you have been told and feel. Male Positive Royal Alpha Draconian me [Friday 12-11]
My male positive royal alpha draconian self had me do a sort of mediation that evolved masturbating as he did since he said it would be a quicker way for us to integrate. Similar to how I did with my shadow aspect about a year ago. and said I'm experiencing integrating at the present, myself with some of my other selves, and it is an important step that will not only help us, since we are the same being we all help ourselves with our experiences and our growth, but also my experiencing integrating will also help the human collective as well.
I could feel myself in 2 bodies which he said was because we are the same being, but in 2 different bodies. his felt much lighter then my human one. Then after a bit he had me stop and asked what I could feel about him. I could feel he was a patient and loving being. To which he said that is true and if he were not I would diffidently be able to feel that.

I did the body map gateway experience since my male royal alpha draconian said he wanted me to do this earlier today. most of the way through the meditation I was interrupted by the ups guy coming. I didn't expect him sicne the tracking info was confusing. it said both the package was out for delivery and had been delivered to the local post office for them to deliver it. But he came and delivered it.
The living body map did go well, very well. I got down to where I was very relaxed, very very relaxed. I was mostly in 2 locations, both in my human body that was very relaxed, but also in my male royal alpha draconian body also. he was there too, of course. Wanting me to focus on what Robert Monroe was saying and doing his exercise. it went very well. I could look around a bit. It looked like he was relaxed in a comfortable chair. There was a bucket or bowl next to where he was sitting. he said the room was his private lounge area. It had some windows to one side. The bowl looked like it was made of some metal, not sure what type. it also had what looked like some rubies and emeralds set in it, but also inside it I at first though was ice, but when I looked closer, during one of the times Robert Monroe was silent. When I looked closer it looked like gems or something like gems made of light. No idea what it was. The exercise/mediation went very well. Though it was interrupted by the ups. once that was over I relaxed before going back to the gateway exercise/mediation. before I started I put the audio about 3 minutes before where I was when the ups guy knocked on the door. While I wasn't able to get fully down to as relaxed as I was, I was able to get most of the way to where I was, which was where I was aiming for.
near the end I raised and looked at his hand and saw it was a dark purple or violet color. he commented he likes purple. During part of the exercise/meditation I was external to his body and could see he did indeed have wings on his back and a western dragon type head. While I was in his body it felt like he wasn't as deeply relaxed trance meditative state as I was and he commented due to the density of where my human body is a very deeply relaxed state is needed whereas where he is he can achieve the same effect with a very light relaxed state.
he mentions again that I am achieving and experiencing integration. There are many more of us, but for now we thing it's best for me to have just a few.

male positive royal alpha draconian self: indeed, your current stage in experiencing and achieving integration with yourselves is an important step for yourself and the human collective at present. as you experience is reflected to the human collective. making it much easier for the native humans incarnated there & others to experience and achieve themselves when they are ready to do so. This is an important step and point, 1 of many, for the shift the earth is going through. Now since we have never incarnated on the earth or anyplace as dense as the earth is at present, it makes it easier for you to integrate and experience integrating with some of your various selves. at this point we do feel that integrating with a few is what is important at this point, but one, you, do not need to experience integrating with all of ourselves. You integrating with a few of your other selves is what is important, not with all of us. Remember we are 1 being, in multiple bodies. like the 2 of us, we are 1 being, but in 2 bodies having 2 experiences, and though we are the same being we are 2 individuals too.

Another possibility is you gaining the ability to be in 2 or more locations when you want, at will, though you'd need to be relaxed to experience this. Not projection but experiencing more of your multi dimensional nature. As in say you could go very deep into being relaxed trance type state and you'd be aware of your body to a degree, but also you could visit me, or one of your other selves, or other friends and other beings like close lovers and such. Though we do prefer, when you get to that stage and if you wish to explore this avenue, to visit one of us, perhaps the one that is 'on duty' so to speak, as say today is my day to be 'on duty' so to speak. the other avenues will open to you also, such as deeper conscious channeling and trance channeling, starting out with your various other selves such as myself and some others of us you've directly consciously experienced being integrated with. This would be an easy first step, but enough for that later on at the appropriate time. This will also help not just you but also through you experiencing it & getting to that level, also the human collective as well. Not just since if you can do it others will find it even easier, but also directly if you wish to experience it with 1 or more near you, in person or online, but we'll discuss that later on at the appropriate time junction in your personal future.

I didn't have to move my knees but it came close to that. So I think I may only do the same gateway meditation/exercise once a day for now, or just once a day for any gateway exercise/meditation.

male positive royal alpha draconian self: The way integrating helps you is you are not in a position where you intellectually know you are a multi dimensional being, but you are consciously aware of this to a larger and larger degree, a deeper degree once you've passed a certain point. as I said before this is an important step for your development and growth, as well as the human collective. Since the stages and such you go through does help the human collective since for now while you are connected to the human collective due to being incarnated in a human body, your development and growth, awareness, is reflected in the human collective. Though since we are native to a far higher realm then the human earth realm it means your growth is very fast & easier then it would be for now for a human native, though this is changing and growing easier today then it was a few decades ago.
Things will progress fast and grow very well for you as they have, more even as you grow and gain in awareness of your & our true being as you have experienced us as the same being in 2 bodies. These will grow over time as you gain more awareness and awaken further, part of our mission, yours fully, of helping the shift of earth & the human collective as well as anchoring certain frequencies & energies which will help the shift of the planet and human collective by your just being there. Your awakening and growth does help the human collective also, a thing for which you have to be incarnated as a human to do. This is one of the primary reasons the incarnating as a human was chosen by our primary multi dimensional being. that and it would be a unique experience too for all of us. Though once this present incarnation of yours ends you'll be free as we all are to do as you wish. which I would assume will not be to incarnate as a human. You'll have many other options available to you. Your passing will be far easier then for some, as will the adjustment process will be faster then it would be for a full native earth human.
Not that you don't have certain freedoms now, but you do have a soul contract first and a soul plan that was enacted before your present incarnation was started which you are doing very well and will successfully fulfill, a successful mission it will be. Then you'll rest, have time to decide to do. The options available to you are beyond even your imagination, though you do have ideas of many of your options, including teleporting around to be with the rest of us, multi dimensional selves of the same being as you are, our various friends, lovers, family and the like. You'll be free to do as you wish as we all are, but also being the same multi dimensional being. We are doing multiple things at the same time, though we are also individuals as well as being the same being. it may sound like a contradictory notion but it really is not contradictory at all. We'll talk again. and yes each of us does take turns being the 'one on duty' so to speak, partially since, to be frank, none of us like the density of earth and the chaotic conditions, though those are far better then they are portrayed by the various media and far better then they are in what you would call the past. Things are progressing well and earth will shift fully and well, the slowness of the shift is at a speed and progress that is very good and perfect for the current human collective and Gaia together. The speed it may get to may well progress at a speed more surprising to some as time goes by. Though again we'll talk again, see and talk to you next time.

Though we do prefer, when you get to that stage and if you wish to explore this avenue, to visit one of us, perhaps the one that is 'on duty' so to speak, as say today is my day to be 'on duty' so to speak. the other avenues will open to you also, such as deeper conscious channeling and trance channeling, starting out with your various other selves such as myself and some others of us you've directly consciously experienced being integrated with. This would be an easy first step, but enough for that later on at the appropriate time. This will also help not just you but also through you experiencing it & getting to that level, also the human collective as well. Not just since if you can do it others will find it even easier, but also directly if you wish to experience it with 1 or more near you, in person or online, but we'll discuss that later on at the appropriate time junction in your personal future.

I did the living body map meditation/exercise, though this time it felt like I had to much energy or a lot of resonating rushing through my legs or something. I didn't have to move my knees but it came close to that. So I think I may only do the same gateway meditation/exercise once a day for now, or just once a day for any gateway exercise/meditation.

male positive royal alpha draconian self: The way integrating helps you is you are not in a position where you intellectually know you are a multi dimensional being, but you are consciously aware of this to a larger and larger degree, a deeper degree once you've passed a certain point. as I said before this is an important step for your development and growth, as well as the human collective. Since the stages and such you go through does help the human collective since for now while you are connected to the human collective due to being incarnated in a human body, your development and growth, awareness, is reflected in the human collective. Though since we are native to a far higher realm then the human earth realm it means your growth is very fast & easier then it would be for now for a human native, though this is changing and growing easier today then it was a few decades ago.
Things will progress fast and grow very well for you as they have, more even as you grow and gain in awareness of your & our true being as you have experienced us as the same being in 2 bodies. These will grow over time as you gain more awareness and awaken further, part of our mission, yours fully, of helping the shift of earth & the human collective as well as anchoring certain frequencies & energies which will help the shift of the planet and human collective by your just being there. Your awakening and growth does help the human collective also, a thing for which you have to be incarnated as a human to do. This is one of the primary reasons the incarnating as a human was chosen by our primary multi dimensional being. that and it would be a unique experience too for all of us. Though once this present incarnation of yours ends you'll be free as we all are to do as you wish. which I would assume will not be to incarnate as a human. You'll have many other options available to you. Your passing will be far easier then for some, as will the adjustment process will be faster then it would be for a full native earth human.
Not that you don't have certain freedoms now, but you do have a soul contract first and a soul plan that was enacted before your present incarnation was started which you are doing very well and will successfully fulfill, a successful mission it will be. Then you'll rest, have time to decide to do. The options available to you are beyond even your imagination, though you do have ideas of many of your options, including teleporting around to be with the rest of us, multi dimensional selves of the same being as you are, our various friends, lovers, family and the like. You'll be free to do as you wish as we all are, but also being the same multi dimensional being. We are doing multiple things at the same time, though we are also individuals as well as being the same being. it may sound like a contradictory notion but it really is not contradictory at all. We'll talk again. and yes each of us does take turns being the 'one on duty' so to speak, partially since, to be frank, none of us like the density of earth and the chaotic conditions, though those are far better then they are portrayed by the various media and far better then they are in what you would call the past. Things are progressing well and earth will shift fully and well, the slowness of the shift is at a speed and progress that is very good and perfect for the current human collective and Gaia together. The speed it may get to may well progress at a speed more surprising to some as time goes by. Though again we'll talk again, see and talk to you next time.

Thursday 12-10
I recall 2 dreams. in 1 it was a Victorian England or some such sorta setting. I was out in a park like setting or some natural setting like that with 2 women. 1 of them asked me to step off of the cliff since she wanted to prove to a friend of hers that I was really superman and I did so and she was surprised that I was able to just stand there in the air. Then the scene shifted to us walking in the natural setting and the woman who knew I was superman said she saw no reason why super heroes couldn't have gotten started in say 1840 instead of it having to be 1940 and I agreed with her.

In the 2nd dream I was in a lounge, in a cafe or some other setting like that with some other friends of mine. I daw a ufo fly over and around, outside the windows, the others did too. Then it flew up, it returned a 2nd time, then a 3rd time. It then landed and I went outside, one of the few that did. The others were either scared or unsure. I sorta jogged or ran towards the ship. it was sorta cylinder shaped is the closest I can recall, with around sorta near the center but not quite the center not a dent but an artistic thing, hard to describe.
Before I got to the craft I saw what looked like an exotic looking cat. I picked it up and telepathically asked if it was a .... I didn't say Lyran but said something else, kazinti or some other term, don't recall what I said. The craft took off once I picked up the normal cat looking being, it, not sure if it was a male or female, I'm not sure of the type of cat it looked like. Some exotic breed maybe. From what I recall it looked a bit larger then a normal cat, with stripes, ears a bit longer then a normal cat with something like black tips on the ears.
it said that yes and it recognized me as a first wave and at the soul level I wasn't from the earth. It refereed to me as a first waver, a non earth native who incarnated here to help with the shift. It said it looked like a cat since this was part of it's mission and this is a preliminary to first contact. it would wonder among folks sorta like it was a stray. I did warn it to be careful of the dog catcher types & it said that it was telepathic and could only be seen if it wanted to be seen. it asked what I would say and I said I'd tell most of the truth, the craft took off before I got off and if any commented on the cat I'd say it was just a stray cat.
it then asked me to put it down and I did and off it went, before it left it was saying that it would visit me from time to time.
My friends caught up and I did say what I said. They asked about the ship/craft and I said it took off before I got close, maybe I or all the folks here scared them off. 1 asked about the cat I had picked up and I said it was just a stray cat. Though as in past dreams I have no idea who the people are here, though they were my friends in the dream.
No idea if it was a normal dream or something else.

I don't recall the earing technology, something about they would be technological devices of various types, including some sort of armor. It included all sorts of other kinds of technology also. Including renewable energy sources. Some places may combine 2 or more like wind & solar, geo thermal. none are using oil anymore. craft that regularly went into space.

I did the energy bar gateway exercise for the 1st time today. This time I was with my royal naga self. First I was inside his body then I was beside him. I assume it was my royal naga male self since my first thought was it was me. Anyway at first I was in his body. I could feel the naga body as if it were mine and I could move it. Then I was in a naga body beside him. I looked around but he wanted me to focus on doing what Robert Monroe was saying.
While I was doing the energy bar exercise I did look around. Though he did tell remind me to focus on what Robert Monroe was saying.
I could see there was some sort of metal around. The metal was pretty. The color was sorta like shiny copper, and sorta like gold but not either. I looked at it and asked what it was and the other naga next to me said Oricalcum. I asked if this was Atlantis and he said no elsewhere. I could see some plants, some oricalcum. a dark type wood that he said was mahogany. It looked like we were underground. Though the ceiling was a beautiful shade of blue with shiny spots that I now think maybe were crystals. I saw some cushions around, that looked like they were made of silk or some sort of shiny material. I got the info from him, and our talking was pure telepathic. I got the info from him somehow that this was his lounging place. Beautiful place to lounge. Though during all this I did do the energy bar exercise. That was my primary attention. neat that I was in a naga body identical to his. We both had arms, were fully reptilian, had snake type heads and hoods on our neck areas like cobras have, but ours were never inflated but stayed relaxed. overall a very interesting experience. I enjoyed it. he felt very patient and very loving.

Male Royal Carian me [Wed 12-9]
I do feel that begin incarnated in a human body at present may well mean that the human collective does effect me to some extents or if not effects has the potential to do that, with the doubts and other things that in the human collective at present. In addition to the stuff one is effected by by being just growing up here and living here being exposed to this and that, conditioning, programming and so on by some that are not aware of what they are doing or the long term effects it has on others and so on. Though I guess the reverse may be true also, my being here may effect the human collective also, maybe part of that anchoring the energies and frequencies, though that could be a certain radius around me instead. not sure how that works but that is ok. I don't really need to know the details and I'm sure once I'm on the other side I will know or can quickly find out if I wish.
Though I do feel that means that one can indeed be one'sself and fully clear also, just maybe the doubts and such in the human collective may be like floating around, though you don't have to let it effect you. Even if it is a long habit that can be broken and changed. That is how it may be.

Since I do seem to have a royal carian female lover/ mate or whatever and I think she wasn't incarnated at present, don't recall if she was or not, it could be the other me is not also. I doubt all of the various me's do incarnate, some may have much of my type of feeling and prefer to remain not incarnated and just pop around. Though maybe he does now and then. Though unlike earth it does feel like one does not have to be born or hatched. One can just pop in and manifest a body and set up long range plans and remain as this or that for a long time. Though some may prefer or like the being born or hatched and living a normal 300 or however long incarnation that way since they like the linear type of being. others may pop around, coming and going as they wish, and some may never incarnate. Since I'd guess if you say go to visit a Sirius dolphin pod and manifest a dolphin body for yourself and say there for say a few hours, hanging out with them, then that would count as an incarnation to some, but to others it may not count as one, but as a visit. Just some guesses and feelings I have, not sure how accurate I am.

I did the energy bar thing for the first time today. It is the 5th exercise of wave 2. Thought there was an added extra thing that happened, not sure if you heard of this happening. felt like in the early part, while I was relaxing before Robert Monroe started talking, felt like another me had not quite pulled me but sorta, where I was slightly in his body, like 20% there and mostly very relaxed in my body. he had me relax though I did try looking around slightly I couldn't see to well. It looked like some luxurious place with expensive looking cushions, on a bed and something like thin silk around, and expensive looking stuff what I could see. I could diffidently feel I was in a biped avian form with warm soft feathers. Felt like I had wings on my back & he was relaxed on his back. The hand when I moved it was sorta humanlike with feathers and more bird type claws. Once Robert started talking he would tell me to focus if my mind did start to wander a bit, as it does at times. I could actually feel the energy bar in that form as I moved the hands to hold it. It did feel hard and like it had energy. Ever heard of anything. I knew it was diffidently another me. I know I have a female royal carian who felt like she and another me are lovers or something, when she talked to me a few times a week or 2 ago. I just knew she was royal carian somehow.
Very interesting experience, never had anything like that happen before. Wonder if it'll happen again.

Thought the reason for your incarnation at the present moment was to help and aid others in the shift the earth is currently experiencing and going through as well as the human collective ascending up through from one density to another. Some have said the earth is within an illusion and one can say in truth that any that are incarnated are in a type of illusion, a sort of solid hologram, earth being a very dense and much more limited sort of holographic place and other dimensions and densities being less dense and limiting. also there is also the illusion of superation where those incarnated on earth are not consciously aware of being interconnected as a part of the human collective and other connections. over time more will become more and more aware of this connection, though this must progress at an even slow pace which many can adapt to, which the human collective can adapt to.

Though you were not fully here, only partially. But that was enough and we both learned from the experience though we may not be fully aware as of yet.
Being the same being, the same multi dimensional being we can all have separate experiences, but our experiences all feed into our collective being so we are aware of what the others are doing. We are individuals but also the same being. We do remember the same memories and our own as well.
We all help each other to learn since we are not just the same being but doing various things at the same time. As I was laying down to take a nap I did a short meditation. I found myself around say 20% of me at another location. in this case I was with my royal carian me. I was in the same form he was, a male carian and seemed to be either sitting next to him or on his lap, not sure which. he did the energy & telepathic equivalent of hugging, touching our beaks & heads and hugging me physically too at the same time. Then a female carian appeared and commented something like, "oh so there are 2 of you here now?' in a half serious tone as if she knew I'd be there or had a high likelihood of being there. Then she started to do the same, physically but also energy and telepathically doing the equivalent of hugging and kissing, but physically hugging us both and touching her beak and head to both of ours. I could feel the male carian me was very loving and loved me and when she joined in that she loved us both, both since we are the same being. I could feel that she was a lover, mate or something like that. I could feel the feathers on my body and as I said I looked exactly the same as the male royal carian me I was with. I do think we both had wings on our backs folded. I don't recall if she did or not. I could feel their love for each other & for me as well during that physical, energy & telepathic thing that we did. What we did seemed to be a normal sort of greeting between beings who love each other immensely.
She then started to do some sort of dance or something that was pretty arousing to me. I could feel that she was pleased at my reaction and did a comment, something like I react just the same as the other me did.
Though I was only in this one room none of us had any clothes on and it felt like this was the normal way of things. Though I could guess some may wear clothes for either the pockets they have, like a belt you can hook many things on, a vest or pants with many pockets, for a fashion reason, you like the way you look while wearing this or that. I didn't look around the room but it looked like a similar or the same room I think. maybe a nearby room and looking back on it it seemed like a upper class place. Maybe one of the royal rooms or something if they are royalty. not to show off their royalty. Just guesses at this point.

Though I could guess some may wear clothes for either the pockets they have, like a belt you can hook many things on, a vest or pants with many pockets, for a fashion reason, you like the way you look while wearing this or that. I didn't look around the room but it looked like a similar or the same room I think. maybe a nearby room and looking back on it it seemed like a upper class place. Maybe one of the royal rooms or something if they are royalty. not to show off their royalty. Just guesses at this point.
