So what is this about 10D?
oversoul me: you have laid the groundwork to be able to easily reach 10D or 12D. The energy from the pulsar makes this very easy and will help a lot.
You are note aware of how high some of our soul parents are. Especially Alura, the part of another being who became one of our soul parents, predating this universe helps us immensely to shoot up, remove limiting things to soar up to being 12D or higher.

OM: indeed, think of me like a complete jigsaw puzzle and you are a piece of that complete jigsaw puzzle. a part of it, but also complete. Being in an incarnation and in a 3d body dulls certain things, hard to explain, but yes, you are me and i am you, we are one, the same being, but in 2 spots, but also not in 2 spots, hard to explain in the limited English language.

OM: Sure we can, working together we can do it. Imagine in one lifetime. Though it's been done before, it's not as common as you think. We'll love being 12d, and beyond. Though we are the type who'll remain active across 4d+ as well. through being multi dimensional and on linear. Imagine, we can have fun across all those levels, experience things in those levels, without being incarnated, lost the taste for incarnating. And go beyond 12D. Very exciting, and we'll be able to help many beings also, while having fun, of various types. Very exciting.

OM: Indeed, we are already the same being. though once your incarnation ends. It may be like the times you had total amnesia. where the truth of things, memories, your knowledge, ect, will awaken in you bit by bit. or it may be poof, or somewhere in between. Depends on your stage before, during and right after the physical incarnation ends.
But all those eventualities are ready to be taken care of, if needed. But you are indeed me & I am you, same being, just you are in the body you are incarnated in and the rest of you, me, is not.

OM: Indeed, Alura did predate the universe, or rather does. but part of her energy is in us since the being she is part if is one of our soul parents and further she merged some, or a great deal of her energy into us, which both mean we can ascend and evolve very fast, and one can evolve very fast in any case if one wants, it's all about what excites you, what do you find the most fun . Indeed we can to all the way to 12D or higher within this incarnation.

OM: most of them, nearly all of them, that you've talked to are working on a project that is a surprise for us. the others are helping them and don't want to accidentally tell us.

the nature of reality?
OM: This depends on what you mean. You get some of it from the Seth books, though at your present level of development you may find it overly simplistic, though you may not consciously remember it when you see the writing of Seth saying it you'll remember.
Put basically it is like each of us is in our own universe, but we are also interacting in a shared universe. Also in physicality things are simpler and more complicated. Simpler where you are since there are certain restrictions where you are, the earth and such.
basically you manifest what you want since you are source, individualized source. earth has certain limitations put on it, as was put on ages ago. Though we didn't agree with that and did see the possibility of what would happen, which did happen, which they needed outside help to help them out of the mire and mess they find themselves in.
if you believe if you can progress, grow and evolve very fast, poof like. if you really want to and believe it is possible, things and beings will come along to help, such as I did with you, and Alura did with us.
Belief is key. I'll continue to help you with your doubts since really that is all that is left. the stellar body energy has caused some doubts that you were not cleared up to come to the surface, which with the stellar body energy here does help immensely in us getting you totally clear. Soon you will be 100% clear. Though you should still often do the various meditations to clear yourself from the energy of others since it is easy for you to pickup the energy from others. others who live near you, walk or drive by. in some cases from the collective subconscious or conscious, that some are not consciously aware of that they have within them. So do the clearing meditations often through the day and any feelings that are not your normal you know that is not your energy but that of another, you can then clear it.

OK: Strictly and basically, I am you and you are me. But I'm not your present oversoul self. I'm what you can say is your future oversoul self. We talked and decided this would be an excellent way to help you to shoot up faster, and have the potential of reaching 12d or higher. This will help you to ascend, grow, evolve, up as high and as fast as possible. Though you may not notice to much change between if you are 8d or 12d. There are immense changes, many of them you may not be consciously aware of, but the changes are still there even if you are not conscious aware of them. Trust in yourself. you are growing and changing, evolving, expanding. You'll love 12d, and higher. and yes it is fun and easy, you can grow this fast and pleasurable and easy since you know you can and belive you can grow this fast and easy.

will I wind up in the lower astral right after death and what is likely to happen?
OM: it depends on your frame of mind. if you are experiencing strong emotions or 1 emotion you may temporarily. if you are calm then you likely may not or may only briefly, since you may have very little negativity within you, from perhaps food, what you picked up from folks around you.
At worst you may find yourself there and can easily ask for help and get out of there.
it is far more likely that you'll cross over calm not experiencing any strong emotion so my well indeed bypass it, also depends on your belief system also.
Likely you'll have some waiting for you when you are in the process of dieing. and you'll be escorted back home where you can sleep if you feel the need, resting briefly. It's all prepared for in any eventuality.

OM: earth is one with limitations placed on it, certain blocks and limitations where some things you know to do do not work there, at present. This'll change in the future, but some do not work at present since the human earth souls way back wanted to experience separation and adopt the karmic system, which is what later got them into their present day problems. though that will slowly change.

OM: it depends on your intent, It can help bring us closer, going all the way to ejaculation helps to magnify the effect, It can help clear you. It doesn't waste any energy, intent is clear, strengthens our bond, helps make our communication easier and more clear, though we are already one, it makes our communication closer, and with others like your mates, lovers it can strengthen bond, and help make it easier to communicate with your mates/lovers as well.

So just what dimension or density am I now and you?
OM: at present you are transitioning from 9d to 10d. I am a 12d being. I was, you could say, your future oversoul self, your future self, but as we have a bond you could say. You will be able to progress very fast and here is a very high likelihood you can get up to 12d, during this incarnation. Alura helped make this possible. She was part of a being who is our 5th parent, changing our past so we can more easily and faster grow, ascend and expand faster now due to that. She merged herself partially with you and partially with me, well the past me that was your present day oversoul self. Me being here will help you grow, expand, smoother and faster to 12d during this incarnation. Continue doing the Orin & Daben light body courses, and certin kindle books, and some other non light body courses Orin and Daben did. a few may interest you that are not light body courses. These will help to make it even easier for you to grow, evolve, ect to 12d, or maybe beyond, but as I said before you may not be as aware of the changes you've gone through that you really have, the evolution, growing, expanding. it may seem like not much change as you went through from 5d to 6d to 7, 8, and now 9d, not transitioning to 10d. Just relax and go with it, knowing there are changes happening even if you are not aware of most of the changes consciously, they still did happen and will happen. Thursday [8-20]
While I was taking a nap, more of me popped up to integrate into me. The energy this time felt, sorta fuzzy. Hard to describe. Now, a few hours later, I do feel slightly different.

I did some masturbating this morning, focused on my oversoul self. Felt like we got closer. It said something about it helping to clear me. a bit afterwards I felt like it was happy/excited.

I was going to stick with doing 2 meditations a day till I get finished with the 6 parts, though this morning I got an idea I may speed ahead and do an extra meditation or 2 some days, and get done early, then I'll go back and do some of my favorite meditations or those I've had a great experience with since I've started saving those in a special folder. I don't label them as coming from this or that part so if I do them, it'll be a surprise, in some cases, which part this one comes from.

had a bit of a dream fragment I recall. I was finished with what I was doing and was heading back and I had to walk into a somewhat restrictive hallway that had stairs that had a door I had to go through. I seemed to have come in from the expansive outdoors to this and was finished with what I needed to do and was heading back. I heard some sort of sound and knew it was a negative type there mean to cause me fear and I found it a bit annoying and just continued along the stairs going down. Instead of walking down the stairs I did as I do in rl when I'm alone and jump down them so I get down them faster. I awoke as I open the door.
The only thing I can guess what this is is maybe symbolic of if I was out of body doing something and part of me was heading back, the restrictive hallway and stairs could be symbolic of going from wherever I was to the restrictive earth and having to go down to 3d or 4d to where the physical body was, and the negative type that did the sound or voice to try to fool me may have been symbolic of either I have no fear anymore, and or their influence on me isn't there anymore, though they may try. Not sure if it was symbolic of being focused on me or just everyone incarnated on the earth.
I think I'm pretty clear except for some doubts that pop up and slivers of a shadow of a thought that use to bring me slight fear but doesn't anymore. though also I do have to consider some of this may be caused by me picking up the energy or other stuff from other people who live near me, maybe those who walk or drive by. I'll continue doing the various meditations to clear myself of the energy of others, maybe start doing it often through the day.

I did the 1st guided mediation for part 5 and running the energies was a sensual pleasure, but also the main meditation was a pleasure as well. This one introduced the Fullonia and it was a great sensual pleasure. I could indeed feel it pulsing, to a degree, but also as Daben did his vocalizations, and sent the energy, I could feel the light of the fullonia shining out and covering the whole apartment and beyond. The last time or 2 I could feel it had grown much larger, to the fullonia cocoon.

I did the 2nd meditation in part 5 and running the energies was a sensual pleasure, especially the Fullonia. I was hit with vertigo again, and in the meditation I went very deep. i was both elsewhere but also doing the guided meditation as well. I don't recall the other places I was, I do recall I was having an idle conversation with someone which I don't recall was to interesting. Then I popped off and came fully back briefly, then part of me was off again. Overall an interesting experience indeed. Maybe a bit more of me teaching me about being multi dimensional maybe, in doing 2 things at once, in being 2 places at once and fully aware of both.

I did the 3rd meditation of part 5. running the energies was a sensual pleasure like usual. The main meditation introduced the Saha, the 2nd light body center, totally different then the light body energy center. That went very well. I could feel the Saha, including when I moved them, especially then. I went fantastic.

I did the 4th meditation of part 5. running the energies was a sensual pleasure, for the light body energy centers and the light body centers as well, the first 2 introduced, the 3rd one isn't till part 6.
The main meditation was meeting the planetary logos Gaia. She at first was a glowing vaguely humanoid form, then later a ball of light. We did merge as in the guided meditation, but only partially since she said it would spoil the surprise. I could feel what it was like to be the earth, it as interesting, but I know I would not like to be a planet, or incarnate as one. Not my thing. But that is ok since I learned some things and it as interesting. She gave me some sort of medallion that was gold colored and was shaped like a half circle with rays coming out, like a rising sun. She did say my other mates and lovers are all doing well, but are busy. I could feel her sexual and love attraction towards me, like usual.
All in all an interesting meditation.

Wedensday [8-19]
I did the 11th meditation of part 4 today and running the energies was both meh for the first few, and a sensual pleasure for the higher ones.
The main meditation was on opening to channel and this was my oversoul self. We flowed into each other, me into him and him into me, at the same time, since we are one. I could feel he was outside time & space, outside physicality. Felt like a peaceful loving, wonderful place.
He (just saying he out of habit. His energy feels like both male and female mixed into one) said the only thing left really for me to work on was my doubt that I would be coming home soon. he said if I dealt with this doubt my transition home would be sooner and smoother, easier, more pleasant.
he said to look at the doubt as it came up, talk to it, embrace it, find out why it feels this way. this would clear it up over time and it may take more then 1 time of looking, talking, accepting and embracing it. Be grateful since it is bringing this to my attention. Keep doing this in short sessions through the day. it is better to do this numerous times then for one 20 or 30 minute period.
After this is cleared up he said I'll be totally clear. Neat. I could feel I'll not be merging with him since we are already one, the same being, just I'm the segment in this physical body.

Been thinking about a few things. I think I do understand the larger picture and dimensional thing. It's like I posted before. Some work with individuals, some with groups, whole planets, solar systems, galaxies, the whole universe, or I guess inter universal where you work with multiple universes.
There are numerous ways to do this. You can just work with the top part, so to speak. So say with a planet or solar system, help with making sure the solar energy and sun is stable, ease the planet's earthquakes, volcanoes, so they are not as traumatic as they could be. Not stop that, just alleviate the worst. And not paying any attention to the individual humans, or nations. Some may work a bit with the ones influencing the earth, world leaders, but not with individuals.
others may work on just the solar system level, with the energy flowing through or to it. Then there is the galaxy level that doesn't work much below the whole galaxy, and sections of that galaxy. Though some at this level may be active on say a solar system or planetary level, or maybe even down to individual level.
Then there is between universes and working and active between and with multiple universes. again some may be just at this level, and others, like me I think, will be active across a wide array of levels.
I also feel part, or most, of me is outside time/space. I can feel that part of me pulling on the rest of me, hard to describe. I do want to be there with the rest of me, since the rest of me is already there. this part of me is there too, but also focused and intermeshed with this body. hard to describe.
The part of me there exists both because I reached that level and reaching that level the rest of me exists there. Hard to put my knowledge into English that I've typed up here. This is the best that I can.
Not sure if this means that I'm fully 9d, or past 9d, but that doesn't really matter.

I did some meditating, relaxed type, not guided. Was focusing on talking to 1 of my doubts. Got hit with severe vertigo. I feel different, can't explain in what way. i wonder what it means. hard to explain how I feel different. I feel different. more of my energy here maybe, more clear, the doubt reduced in size or maybe more accurate to say, its mostly resolved, not fully maybe, but mostly.

I did the 12th meditation for part 4 of awaken the light body, the last. I had to run the energies myself since Daben didn't do it, it was all Orin. Orin left a very short time, but I did manage to run the energies, basically nearly all at once. I added in the light body centers too.
the meditation was about going to the temple of the masters. One of the 3 masters who were around me was my oversoul, who also joined me, instead of my soul since I am the soul to my oversoul. It merged with me, the oversoul me who wasn't one of the 3 masters maintaining the triangle. First it worked on my DNA, then my cells, then my physical body. I could feel the energy it was doing, also the energy of our merging. Then it worked on my emotional body, for this I ended up going very deep, though I was fully aware. It increased the resonance of my emotional body and the energy of others I had picked up it removed, replacing it with a very high light energy. then it worked on my mental body and did a lot of stuff there, but I wasn't as deep. it added layers and made the gridwork finer still.
Then came the higher mind as Orin called it, part of source. It did likewise that my oversoul did. I could feel it's energy as it's energy flowed into my energy. It too worked on my mental and emotional bodies, and I merged with it at an energy level.
So overall a great, and profound, experience. Not sure what else I can say. Also during it my oversoul was a sphere of light a very dark color, maybe ultra violet or past that. I was in the form of some sort of dolphin type being, not of earth origin since I did have forward facing eyes for one.

Think of yourself as a fractal being. In the physical body you are but a part of my sexy lover. though a part you are not separated, though it may feel like that. You are like one of the hands, or a part of the body and the rest of you is the whole body. So you already are one with yourself. Just most of you is not in the body you are in at the moment. When you're incarnation ends you'll gradually and quickly realize this. It may be poof or may take a bit of time, I'm not sure what you said, if you ever commend on it. But that is ok, you'll cope and get through very easily. Lots of help you'll have and lots to escort you home where you can properly rest.
You'll quickly be able to visit us here, where your true home is. not on a planet. I've not lived on a planet in, who knows how many ages. You've visited a bit here, where folks look like balls of light, that is us.
Just wanted to say hello and a few things. you are progressing very fast, keep up as you are doing and your plans. You'll be coming here, home, quickly enough, so just relax, and do as you are doing and your plan.
As I said you are indeed a fellow oversoul. I prefer that term to monad, others prefer monad, then there are other terms from other languages. As for what to call me. I've had so many names in past incarnations, I don't have any favorites, so just pick something, nor don't, that is up to you.

Also Alura could have been said to be a new soul parent, a 5th one, who indeed did predate the universe. What is it like operating at those upper levels?
: well, picture it as the higher up you go dimensionally the more you survey and see and are active in. Individuals, groups, nations, planets, solar systems, galaxies, clusters of galaxies, universe, universes, so to speak, and you understand and see more. The exact divide between what many call dimensions is a bit blurred and as one gets up higher it gets less distinct to say if one is 11 or 12d. there are differences true, but they get less distinct then between say 5 and 6, or 4 & 5. It'll seem like old hat, in certain ways, when you get to 10d, which may be before you suspect.
The thing that helped was not just your uncovering your old levels before you came here, but also choosing to remember our soul parents, all of their memories and accumulated wisdom. then some of the meditations, like where you would get a skill from a past live & then send them a skill you thought they may need, but instead set your intent as sending them all of your skills, awareness, ect, ect. did help to push you ahead a lot, quickly. Also us gaining a 5th soul parent helped a lot too, and her choosing to integrate part of her energy into ourselves, you and the part of you not fully incarnated, helped to kickstart and push you forward fast also. Also all that helped to push back your point of origin as well. So we are actually very very ancient. part of our energy predates this universe. but no need to think on that. Just ride it and relax, have fun. things will get much easier as time passes, even easier then they are now, and yes your strong urge to go home, return home, is quite normal. and your not hating being on the earth, having some fun and enjoyment being there, but strongly wanting to go home is normal, after all we only did the incarnation for 1 mission and 1 incarnation and that is it. and you're clear and such, and the date is fast approaching, though we'll not say the exact date, it may mess things up. Fast approaching meaning every second it is 1 second closer and you are well past the half way point, how close we won't say. you'll find out of course sooner or later, sooner rather then later.

Tuesday [8-18]
I did the 8th awaken the light body part 4. Running the energies went very well. The were a total sensual pleasure a was the main meditation. it was about working with abundance issues as energy. I may do this meditation again. I got very relaxed, it as a sensual pleasure. I went pretty deep, but was conscious the whole time. it went super great.

I did the 9th meditation that is part 4. Running the energies went very well, they were a sensual pleasure. The main part of the mediation went very well. Not much to write about that. I could feel my gridwork and as Orin talked I focused on refining it to finer then the smaller sub atomic particle, then even finer then that.
Later on in the meditation Orin had me meet my future possible self, from later during this incarnation. I took his energy and gridwork into my own till I was identical to him. She had me do it again in the meditation. This one I intended to be a day before the incarnation ends, whether he knew it or not consciously, and I did the same thing again. Not sure how far that may have kicked or pushed me up, but it has. He said my growth would be very fast, smooth, easy and fun. Wonder if that may mean I may reach 10d or higher, or the upper levels of 9d. I'll find out eventually.

I did the 10th meditation for part 4 of awaken the light body and running the energies was a sensual pleasure. The main part of the meditation was Daben running an energy for 1 or more light body energy center then having me feel the energy of my aura. As he did ran the energy for this then that light body energy center I could feel it did effect the energy of my aura. adding a bit to the energy first, then at other times expanding the aura.
During the time he ran the energies for the Ranthia (the heart light body energy center) I felt vertigo, not strong. & in my mind's eye I saw, hard to describe, like a complex geometric design, one on top of another and each rotating or spinning in opposite directions.
At first I found myself in what looked like a forest in winter at night. A dark place with trees with no leaves, but it wasn't cold. I Couldn't make myself see any better nor teleport or fly. So instead I did like the 1938 superman or the hulk does in the comics to travel did and just jumped up and a long ways. The travel was seemingly instant, like I did finally teleport, but oddly had to jump first. I appeared in what looked like the ruins of some Greek building, from the shapes of what I could see and the white stone columns, some of which were laying on the ground.
I jumped onto the top of one of these and did another jump teleport and appeared in beside some building that was complete. it had a fence all around it and the gate close to me opened. I walked in like I was supposed to be there and the gate closed behind me, and other not to far off closed. I went into the house and walked down a hallway or 2. I did see 1 other person not to far off walk by. Pleasant enough looking yard and house. Was kinda boring so next I teleported to some place where others were in some outside setting. I wasn't there long. They were either dancing or doing cardio, or something. one or 2 talked to me while they did whatever they were doing, with some others. None of them were human looking in appearance but a few variety of species. I just mentally shrugged, not surprised at seeing no humans among them at all, in fact it seemed and felt very normal. After 5 or at most 10 seconds I popped back into the body. The whole time part of me was off doing these travels, the other part of me was listening to and doing the guided meditations, so I didn't miss anything. Being in 2 places at once was pretty handy.
The latter few minutes my left knee started to bother me like it does at random before. I didn't end the meditation since I was so far along I figured I'd be done soon, and I used the times when Daben was talking, and he was doing a lot of this, to move me left leg, as much as I could the way I was reclined in front of a table. not much room was enough. So overall this guided meditation went great. The last few minutes were meh due to my left knee, but that wasn't to bad compared to the whole rest of the meditation.

As he did ran the energy for this then that light body energy center I could feel it did effect the energy of my aura. adding a bit to the energy first, then at other times expanding the aura.
During the time he ran the energies for the Ranthia (the heart light body energy center) I felt vertigo, not strong. & in my mind's eye I saw, hard to describe, like a complex geometric design, one on top of another and each rotating or spinning in opposite directions.
At first I found myself in what looked like a forest in winter at night. A dark place with trees with no leaves, but it wasn't cold. I Couldn't make myself see any better nor teleport or fly. So instead I did like the 1938 superman or the hulk does in the comics to travel did and just jumped up and a long ways. The travel was seemingly instant, like I did finally teleport, but oddly had to jump first. I appeared in what looked like the ruins of some Greek building, from the shapes of what I could see and the white stone columns, some of which were laying on the ground.
I jumped onto the top of one of these and did another jump teleport and appeared in beside some building that was complete. it had a fence all around it and the gate close to me opened. I walked in like I was supposed to be there and the gate closed behind me, and other not to far off closed. I went into the house and walked down a hallway or 2. I did see 1 other person not to far off walk by. Pleasant enough looking yard and house. Was kinda boring so next I teleported to some place where others were in some outside setting. I wasn't there long. They were either dancing or doing cardio, or something. one or 2 talked to me while they did whatever they were doing, with some others. None of them were human looking in appearance but a few variety of species. I just mentally shrugged, not surprised at seeing no humans among them at all, in fact it seemed and felt very normal. After 5 or at most 10 seconds I popped back into the body. The whole time part of me was off doing these travels, the other part of me was listening to and doing the guided meditations, so I didn't miss anything. Being in 2 places at once was pretty handy.
The latter few minutes my left knee started to bother me like it does at random before. I didn't end the meditation since I was so far along I figured I'd be done soon, and I used the times when Daben was talking, and he was doing a lot of this, to move me left leg, as much as I could the way I was reclined in front of a table. not much room was enough. So overall this guided meditation went great. The last few minutes were meh due to my left knee, but that wasn't to bad compared to the whole rest of the meditation.

Moday [8-17]
I found out I had a unicorn sister last night. Neat. She seems a great person, just curious and not as aware as of yet. Though that fit many on the earth.

I'm still curious what the various dimensions are like. I had some stuff that I thought about. It was stuff like it starts at the individual, focusing on the individual. Then on groups, say a city, country, planet, solar system. galaxy, the whole universe, then whole universes like they are planets or individuals. hard to describe. Also i think a whole species as one is also part of this also.
as one moves up the focus is an larger groups, planets, solar systems, species, galaxy, galaxies, the whole universe, multiple universe.
one eventually moves past being specific species. One can also choose to not incarnate and still manifest in many places as if one had a physical body and had incarnated there. Though there are some characteristics to incarnating, there are some to not incarnating but manifesting. Incarnates are a more linear existence, maybe less multi dimensional, not sure. maybe one is more physical, as far as experiencing sex maybe. if one manifests as a non incarnate, then maybe certain things like sex would be more of the soul experience of sharing energy. Not sure of any of these things I've gotten. Maybe overly simplistic to start with.
I am still curious what happened the night before last as well as what the 9th, and the other, dimensions is like. Also curious how I can get to the 9th dimension so quickly, and was I native to the 9th before and I just awakened to being 9d, and had to move through the various dimensions from 3d and up.
I also feel that one realizes that one realizes one is part of a group but is also an individual.
Though some like me it seems are a bit different. I am, I feel, being nudged to become my own monad or oversoul, group soul, ect. That is why the various me's merged with either me or Kor, my former twin flame who became one of my soul mates, and we share the same soul. I feel it's something to do with parts of oneself merge into one, maybe in my case to form a group type soul or a stage 1 of a monad or oversoul, but they are also individuals, hard to explain.
Though I've written on that before also that they are forming a soul group for me since i don't have an initial soul group since I choose to remember my soul parent's memories & accumulated wisdom. It may be that the time being adjusted so I existed for tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands or millions of years, perhaps this is also a thing where the soul group is being assembled, but also poof it'll have existed for a long time, or some of it anyway.
i feel that is separate from some soul group that I am a member of or will join, like maybe stellar and planetary beings. Also some of the souls that are mates, lovers ect, I may discover at some point are aspects or individual souls, are a part of oversouls and or monads that I as an oversoul or monad being will discover I'm lovers and mates with.

I did the 7th guided meditation in the 4th part of awaken the light body and running the energies was pleasurable. the main part of the meditation was about seeing the relationships as energy. That went pretty well overall. I did focus on smoothing out my reaction to some in the thursday group where I felt some slight prickly energy on my reaction. hard to describe. I do hope this means I'll be more inwardly relaxed and will enjoy things more. Not that I don't, but I may now enjoy it even more.
