Thurs [12-3]
I did wave 2.3, 1 month patterning. overall it went pretty well. During a short bit I may have dipped very deep since it seemed I lost some time, not sure if it happened or if so what happened during this time. Overall I'd say it went very well. I was very relaxed and I did feel much more expansive.

Thought I'd try getting very relaxed and try typing with my eyes closed then try open eyed meditation when I felt ready while this relaxed, to see if and what I get.

Greetings my brother. I am another you've not spoken to as of yet. Since I do dislike going to a place far dense then where I am at present. Our contact and communications requires you to be more relaxed then you usually are and as clear as you are at present, which is excellent news to and for you. and others as well since it means the process and project is progressing exceedingly well. congratulation.
You are getting very clear and more aware, as much as is possible at present. as for form and species I am one of those who lacks a different set form, since I prefer not to incarnate but to be in a not fully defined shape and form, as you can some hat feel at present given your more relaxed state. I do hope you continue doing things like this so we can talk more in present, your future that is, and you continue doing an progressing in the gateway. I have been practicing slowing down my thoughts I send so I can send them at the speed you are use to. Since compared to some other places humans are often thinking in something like slow motion.
But on on to more positive things, you are getting comfortable at being more and more of your true self, which is good, though it may mean you are even more alien to the earth in your thoughts, feelings and such, but that is fine. it is best for you to be more true to yourself then to be more like an earth human, given the shift going on and over the long run things will be going exceedingly well for you and for them as well that are at present incarnate don the earth. If I were to pick a form I think something like a sea serpent tor snake would be more ot my liking bu t I prefer not to incarnate into a set form or species, or function, doing things as I like, much as you do, bu t with fewer species and forms set. since in many places formless beings such as myself are welcome to come and go as we please to help others or just to relax and have a but of fun. I am as you would say from the same realm you are from, so this form is more natural to us both and you do spend time here as well, well at our home I should say, as well as here where I am too. Though I'll go at present before my energy may cause more then a temporary mild headache, it is good to speak to you again my brother and I do use the term since from a being standpoint as some earth humans would say we are of the same a soul group or family, and at an energy being stand point we are brothers as the earth humans would classify it, if I were to have a gender that is. if I were to limit my gender to male or female I do think male would fit me but iI do not limit myself to a set gender definition you lea lean more naturally towards male but are not a full male, think of yourself as others have said and you have said yourself, a male leaning herm. we'll talk again brother, it is good to be able to connect to this facet of yourself, I have been waiting for the right time to do so, bye for now and continue to be true to yourself.

I do think that went well, despite that meaning I"ll have to go and correct all the massive typos. The last bit of it I typed with my eyes open, but looking to one side so I could not see the screen and not fuss if I saw a typo.
I can say he felt, & I use the he term loosely. But he did feel formless, but also like a warm and loving being and felt like I knew him from somewhere but couldn't place it.

I feel it's as simple as doing what you came here to do. Being true to yourself is not being ashamed if you get mad at something, accept that since you will get mad at times, as well as other things that you'll feel. Accept that as part of yourself and your true feelings. No need to feel bad about your feelings. Though how you act on them and let them make you feel is another matter. You can work on yourself if you want, being more and more of your true self instead of the conditioned programmed self that starts once one is born if not before that. All the folks doing that, conditioning and programming you though most of them are well meaning and think they are doing what is best.
I do hope one day things will change and everyone can just be their true selves and be true to themselves, perhaps one day on earth it'll be possible. Things do seem to be improving every day so that is one very good sign. Though remembering to do this can be the not easy part.

Wedesday 12-02
I had a dream where I was laying on the floor and there was a bed, sofa or something next to me with insects on it, very small ones and they didn't seem to be dangerous types, just maybe a little annoying at most seeing them there.

I did the focus 12 problem solver. Not a lot to say since I did get very relaxed and did get some answers to my questions. about the same as if I got quiet mentally and attempted to use my intuition or asked myself a question, only thing is I was much more relaxed and felt more expansive.

As I was doing the focus 12 for the 2nd time today I felt a being come to talk to me briefly. he said basically that I had reached my true self and knew my true self. I do feel that, though not fully perhaps with the full knowledge, memories & abilities, but I do feel like I do know myself, I do believe. & will learn more over time. he went on to say he's from the 8th dimension but came down to the 6th to reach & talk to me. He said he was my brother from another world. He said he usually doesn't go past the 6th dimension in most cases, unlike the others that I've been talking to that go down to the 4th dimension to reach & talk to me. He felt like an indistinct form, sort of a reptilian or a shark. he said he had no set usual form, but when he does do a form that he usually does a biped reptilian or shark type of being.
He also said that while he doesn't indulge in sex type sharing often. he's not as open I am, though that is my style, and normal for me. he does so only with those very close to him, sometimes, such as myself, and then not as often as I do, but when it feels right and both are in the mood. Though he does enjoy it as much as I do. Though the way I do it is normal for me and me being true to myself. Though he said he does enjoy sharing with me and those very close to him. He said he is a member of my soul family.
I do think I got most of what he said down.

Tuesday 12-1
Monday night (Female royal carian): you are doing very well. Taking a day off now and then from spiritual stuff is a very good idea.
Positive royal alpha draconian: indeed little bro. You are doing very well. Just using a few human terms since you're incarnated on earth. and I do agree, taking a break to have fun is a great idea, though doing spiritual stuff you do find fun, taking a break now and then is a good idea.

Though us being here for you doesn't require that we need to be sitting around in 4d all the time since we can keep an eye on you from here where our native level is. Distance doesn't matter.
Me: I wonder, when this incarnation ends will it take time for me to return to my home like diver coming up from the depths having to pause a certain depths?
Female Royal Carian: indeed, but returning home is far faster and easier. Though you can take the 'scenic route back home with 1 of us as a guide. Visiting various friends & lovers.

This morning before I got out of bed when I was mostly awake felt like a female reptilian gave me the energy equivalent of a kiss and hug, and it wasn't the royal naga female since her energy felt different. Think she was a female positive alpha draconian.
Male royal alpha draconian: yes, she's your girlfriend/ lover, well of the you that's incarnated as my younger brother. Though she is also of some of the other you's, since you're all the same person, just different facets or selves, being multi dimensional as you know there can be more then 1 of you around at a time."
Me: interesting, well I'm interested in possibly continuing the relationship with this me, no need to rush into it, plenty of time to think things over.
Female royal carian: indeed and she and I are good friends, having met through you of course.

Sunday 11-29 + another me & Male Sirius Dolphin
I had a dream where I was a younger unicorn and I we were setting somewhere, sorts of like a picnic and we were eating a slice of cake. I don't recall much else. The setting I think was like a part of forest.

I had another me pop up and talk to me briefly. I did ask him to talk to me again here and to add on other stuff if he wanted. He looked like a sphere of light of a very dark color, at least in my mind's eye image that I saw briefly.
Other me: yes, I certainly don't mind repeating myself. Think of me as not your higher self. It's more accurately to say I'm another facet, say a portion of our selves that has lowered our native resonance frequency of our energy so that in this case I can easily talk to you. I have lowered my resonance to to able to talk to you.
the dream you had is you recalling a scene from a past life of one of your parallel selves. It can be complicated but to have it be simple is as you become more aware and expanded you become more aware of yourself as a multi dimensional being and the other selves, some of which are incarnated or have incarnated. Also when you experienced them merging with you, they experienced you merging with them and what was happening was you were becoming more aware of another aspect of yourself as you trully are. You were both ready for this to happen. and basically you & them were at the same level of awareness and personal growth. All of our selves work hand in hand, even if they are not aware of it, in gaining new experiences, growing, learning, expanding. But doing so doing things that you enjoy doing, that you love, what excites you, and like that, not like earth that you have to do. It is different there, but that is changing bit by bit. and things will be very different as time progresses.
You and we are facets of the same being. learning, growing, expanding together. Once this incarnation of yours is over you'll be able to do what you want to do. We do no need to incarnate, we incarnate either because we wish to help in a specific mission or a certain experience appeals to us. We do have some other selves that, like you, don't really incarnate after their first one or a few. They go around, like you will likely find you prefer. Going around where you want doing what you want, mostly visiting and spending time with family, friends, lovers, both from past and concurrent incarnations as well as what some would regard as soul family members, friends, ect. as well as going if one of them asks us to help with this or that. It may sound complicated but it is easy really. one of this things that sound complicated but once you see & do it it's really easy.
We are indeed from the angelic planes/realms and do return there to stay for periods of time as well as other places especially others such as yourself who don't really incarnate. Some of us do and some do not. You'll become more aware of yourself as both a multi dimensional being and as you truly are. This is part of our, well your, soul contract before we incarnated as you. As the shift progresses this enables and supports this as well. We'll talk again later as well as the others you've talked to more recently as well as some others too.
Me: And the color looked like a very dark blue
Other me: Indeed. Think of our color as a very very dark blue, indigo or violet that looks black if you glace at it, but if you look at it for more then a glance you can see it's not black. Though we can look like whatever we want with whatever color, that is what you may call our default color if we go with our default form, which looks like a sphere of colored light. Default isn't the right word but it is a handy one and sorta kinda close to what it really is so useful enough for rough basic explanation.

I did the 2nd audio exercise in the 2nd wave, problem solving. It went pretty well. I was able to get very relaxed and down to focus 12.
the male Sirius dolphin appeared briefly. We had a short conversation and he helped me to relax.

male Sirius Dolphin: indeed. Just relax and be yourself. You can use the gateway you did today to do some communicating. Just practice that and you can try it while typing for say short periods of time and that'll help with communicating and channeling with us. You'll feel a stronger deeper connection. Just experiment.
As for our society we are very sexually open, earth, sadly, is one of the places where it is more of a sexually repressive society, as well as being suppressing in other ways, but that is changing. But enough about that.
We have been friends indeed, but also lovers as well where usually we were both males, but you've been a female a time or 2 and a herm often between or when you are not incarnated fully, and by fully I mean an incarnation where you plan to be incarnated for a long period of time instead of briefly. Though with you briefly could be a few hours, days or weeks. Here where we live usually we can be whatever gender we wish or form even. Though I usually prefer being male myself. So yes we've been friends yes but also more then just friends, but as I said lovers as well. Though with us it's not unusual if one is friends that they are lovers also and for one who has incarnated as one of us, a Sirius dolphin it may be much the same, being friends and lovers. Though there may be some differences it is a very fine. We see that as much the same, such as the 2 of us being very close friends and lovers, deep lovers, both at once and the same time. As are the others you have been talking to recently.
me: I guess the reason names are not used is if you're telepathic you know who the person is talking about if they say something like "I went to the store with him." Or "he visited me yesterday." and if they don't know the person they get some basic information.
Sirius male dolphin: indeed, some at lower dimensions do use names, but after a certain point of awareness for a collective it's pointless ot use names, though some do still use names either since they do like using names or with some like if they communicate with beings on earth they may know they use names on earth so pick names for themselves or just tell others to pick a name. And if they have incarnated on a place that uses names they may choose to keep the habit or cause they like certain names. So there may be a variety of reasons why a being may use 1 or more then 1 name.
So yes we are a very sexually open society, seeing what some call sex as just a part of sharing of love, closeness, comradeship, pleasure, one's being, among other things. Though we only do this with ones we are very close to, or close to. Not just anyone. There has to be some connection at the least and the other being has to be open as well, though being telepathic it is easy to know this. We are all just being true to ourselves as many other being do try to be, as all beings should be, being true to themselves and their true selves. Just be true to yourself and you'll be true to your true multi dimensional self to.

Saturday 11-28 + Royal Postive Alpha Draconian
I had a lot of fun at the meet up get together. Lots of great energy there. Some of the same people and some different ones. I guess that is normal. Some only come to some meetings.
We did a loving & kindness meditation. I felt like I was in 4 places at once, in my body, somewhere outside space & time & the universe, & also some place where everyone is spheres of light & also some place that was all white that I could not make out to well.

This morning I had a male being come to me. At the same time I remembered, or something, or maybe from the feel of his energy, that in what may be a concurrent incarnation that another of my multi dimensional selves is doing, he's my older brother & he's a positive royal alpha draconian. I'm a younger brother of the royal family I felt since it gives me more freedom to do my mission or missions, or reasons for incarnating. Whereas he as an older brother has more responsibilities
he did the energy equivalent of a very loving hug. his energy was very loving & he felt like a very loving being.

male royal alpha draconian: yes, as I said before, in a parallel incarnation you are having I'm your older brother. since we are positive we are not like our, darker some would say, brother in or kin, though it's more accurate to say they are more self centered, either need to learn certain things, which they will in time when they are ready, or other reasons such as they wish to experience that type of life, or other reasons. As a seraphim type you prefer to focus on the larger picture, the overall whole, as we ourselves the positive royal alpha draconians prefer to do also. so it does fit in with the same things that you like doing in that regard. so yes we are aware and have been aware that you are of the seraphim type of angel origin from the angelic realms. Now some angels never leave it, some leave it for short periods of time, and some like you have some multi dimensional selves leave it for periods of time to either incarnate or to visit and spend time with other friends and family. though when you incarnate it is most often for a specific mission. though not always so. at first you did incarnate mostly on Sirius at first to get the hang of incarnating, though you can say that was your primary mission.
Once this incarnation is over you will likely prefer to not incarnate and instead you'll likely do as you have posted before, visit friends and family. Some of these visits will be cause you want to visit with them, other times it may be due to they want your help with this or that. Visiting your other selves is also allowed in many places and a thing you'll do.

as for earth, the existence of aliens will be revealed over time as the human collective is ready for it. but that doesn't concern us at the present or near future since the less human you are as a race/collective, the later you'll be introduced to the human collective, also the existence of other dimensions will come much later then that as well. The rate you are doing so is at the best speed for you at the present and moment. Since you've experienced separation you'll carry that forth and though you'll always be a part of your multidimensional self you'll be an individual also, though more alike and identical then not and very unlikely to merge into your multi dimensional self as some do.

I do wonder at times what that fall on my head at the age of 12 when I feel 15 or 20 feet on my head did. using today's terminology, I was aware that this universe is like a solid hologram, so to speak. not quite right but hard to say since I am not sure of the right terms, if there are any, I'll say that. Friday 11-27
I did focus 12 for the 1st time today and it went very well. I was able to get very relaxed. Very deeply relaxed and fully mentally alert. and then on to focus 12 I felt like I was more expanded then I was before, or more expanded then I normally am day to day, more accurately to say. It does feel like I did get more stuff again this time, as I usually do when I get down to focus 12.

I did the focus 12 for a 2nd ti without listening to the audio. I combined this with the release and recharge. I think it went well overall. I do feel more like my true elf and with less of the concerns I had before. I do think the gateway is helping me a lot. I look forward to what wonders I'll do for me next.

I do feel lik I do have more access to the data that my true multi dimensional self has. In that I am from the angelic realms and am a seraphim type of angel since I do prefer working on the larger scale rather then the small scale, not that I ignore the small scale, but the large scale such as helping the earth go through this shift as well as the human collective is my primary focus, instead of helping folks 1 on 1 a some others are doing. Both are needed at a good healthy functional balance and neither is more important then the others. There are other methods as well such as making sure the frequencies and such are more evenly distributed so that the worst of the side effects such as increased volcanic activity, earthquakes, and other things as well as solar activity, are minimized to keep things as close to normal as possible and minimize the effects on the collective of folks incarnated here.
Though this is stuff I have posted on before or been told, it is stuff I do recall now. hard to explain the difference. It's stuff that I do know.
What I recall is sorta basic stuff, not many actual memories. More like data stuff, though like I said with some memories.
I do recall data that I know some gryphon males and females. no real set memories, anthro gyphons, maybe non anthros. I have a sort of memory of being an avian type, male I'm sure, Carian maybe, or is it another avian species? Me as a unicorn stallion. Though I do feel my gender may be either male or herm, or it may flow and switch based on my mood.
I do specific missions, not incarnating for the long term to do specific things are. I've been a number of species, various Sirius ones, including merfolk, dolphins, blue skinned humanoid, and others, unicorn, Carian. I do feel like I know myself better today then I have before. Not sure what else to put down. Guess this'll be a short post for today.
I'm realy looking forward to tomorrow's meet up with a new age spiritual group. it's the same group I got together with on the 13th of this month. I really enjoyed it. THough a cold front came in with lots of rain, I did manage to get someone who lives close to me say they can give me a ride so that is good. Though winter is a natural part of the year, I look forward to spring. Especially since I'm so cold sensitive. Overall today's gone great.

I had a dream when I finally got to sleep. I don't remember all the details. Something about a creature teacher.

I think I recall, diffidently I have the feeling that I only incarnate for specific missions. Each incarnation is a different mission or a different reason. I also feel or think I have incarnated on Sirius or the Sirius system/ worlds, or whatever the term is so I'd get the hang of incarnating first, and perhaps for other missions also.

Somedays I can see it taking longer & other days it may be faster to get down to the same level of relaxation. I did get some stuff I think. Nowadays I only incarnate for specific missions and reasons. The annoyances and the sensitivities I have to many things is normal. It's not a sign of my being a new or any other sign. It is normal for someone of my level if I come to a place as dense as the earth for the first time since I've not incarnated on anyplace as dense as the earth before.
I also got the feeling that I have incarnated often on Sirius, in part to get the hang to incarnating, and also for minor missions to get the feel of that, before I did other incarnations like the Carian royal male.
I also got the feeling that I've incarnated as other species. Also other information Like if I could teleport to a Sirius world to hang out with a dolphin pod and manifest a body there & hang out with them for a few hours or days. That could count as an incarnation. if say a friend or lover in another place wanted me to visit there or if they wanted my help with something, then some hanging out time afterwards. if I then teleported over to be with them, that would count technically as another incarnation.
choosing to be born into a Sirius pod, Lyran, or other races, or to hatch from an egg, after talking to some that you choose to be your parents, is an option, it's not a requirement like the earth is, though some do prefer doing that. Picking a linear existence is a thing some folks really enjoy and prefer, picking a linear existence and being in just 1 incarnation for however many centuries the race normally lives and their plan fits into.
I do feel there are options like these and others in places other then earth.

Some are helping behind the scenes and others are waiting till you return to this side, as well some of the behind the scenes helpers of yours.

Royal nagess: indeed, this is what this specific you prefers and likes to do. Think of it as a royal or seraphim type angel who teleports around, doesn't like being constricted to just 1 incarnation. Though other you's don't mind this as much. You, as I, am active across a number of dimensions, planes, realms. Many things we are doing at the same time and indeed you can be yourself doing just what you want to do, and you'll learn, grow, and so on, while I do the same, many of the things we do together as a couple, friends, mates, you do with others. also not only is this different dimensions, realms, planes, but also various timelines, alternate timelines. So it is very varied indeed and we are active in more then 1 place at a time.
our love runs deeper then the sun is hot, as does the love you share with others. you've been various species with them also, including the sirius female dolphin you mentioned. I've incarnated primarily as nagas, since I prefer this, that race, but there are others I have and do enjoy and have other selves incarnated as. and by you I mean your whole true multidimensional self.
We regard you as the same being since you are the same being, just that you are an individual facet of your full true multi dimensional self as I am mine. So you see based on that how say our relationship can be simple and complex at the same time?
