Some places where some of our other lovers & friends live is one, this or that orca or dolphin pod, and others.

male dolphin: some would consider us that yes, since we are from a higher, one of the upper dimensions , as some classify such things, and we are indeed very ancient. we do originate from before this universe, though you you do not. but we indeed are, and you have access to our full memories, knowledge, being, though where you are presently incarnated does pose certain limits. though those limits are going away bit by bit over time. They'll all be gone soon when you are fully here among us, then everything will be so clear.

164 vehicle + journals [Mon 10-18]
Well that was a dude. Gaia did another part of the energy thing, a bit different this time but it did nothing. She said she was puzzled why it didn't work this time and she'd have to do some research, and she did apologize. I suggested she go to the person she learned the technique from and after 10 or 20 minutes she returned to say she was going to try it again with the being observing and she did the treatment and nothing happened, unlike before. the being did something, some sort of energy, no idea what he did. Then Gaia said he's puzzle as well and she apologized again saying she thought she was onto something this time. I've give up hope of ever being able to sleep normal. For however long this incarnation lasts it'll likely be like it has been the past near week, except for the past 24 hours. the body is sleepy, I can feel that it needs to sleep but it won't or can't go to sleep till some random time and I'll spend at least 12 or more hours miserable. I may start seeing about getting sleeping pills to see if those will work, though I've heard bad things about that. Feels like while this body does need sleep it's loosing it's capacity to sleep.

I'll now do the 6th mediation of Radiance; self exciting xpanded for the 1st time today. wonder if i'll get anything. i'll go and do it and see. I use to be neutral to being on earth since early September, excited about my life on the other side will be like, but I was ok with waiting for the 20 or 50 years I'd have to. now it's starting to get where I really dislike being here. wonder if folks need to sleep on the other side and if I'll be able to there. but I'll stop here adn do the meditation.

Though my energy felt odd. during it at times I felt like there was electrical surges or something going through my breast bone. my energy felt and feels odd feels like this body and my energy and body feels like it is resonating or something, very loudly, if it were a sound. This was a shorter then usual meditation, about 15 minutes. I couldn't really feel the fullonia light or th solar light, but i just had faith that it was there. I could feel a bit from the renawre cocoon. also I could feel love coming from some outside source.

This body finally got to sleep. I slept 3 hours then 2 hours so I have about 5 so far. much better, but still messed up sleep.

I did the radiance: self exciting meditation for the 2nd time today and it went ok. It was a short meditation. I could feel the Fullonia and solar light. I visualized the light filling the entire universe. 2 vehicles popped up.
Car: think of us as the same being.

starship: we are different beings though. I also come to say that the tour route are all picked out when you'll be returning. I thought why wait till the last minute.
me: good thinking but it may be 20 or 50 years so no need to hurry. 163 GAIA [Sun 10-18]
Me: things have been going better for me today, I do hope that
continues. The treatment seems to have helped. not sure aobut the
various other things but it did help with the sleep. I hope it's not a 1
shot or a 1 day fluke.
Gaia: I am glad it was such a great help to you. I too help it continues to help you sexy. Once we've done it a few more times I can start adjusting it to your uniqueness and it should help you more. I've asked some others to help with me doing it at the same time I do it. I do think only a few times a day at most may be all that's required. She is one of the types that though a planetary being she also has a multidimensional self that is in one of the forms of those living on her surface. helps her to understand those living on her surface better as well as let's her have some fun too. She also has an avian self as well. Your energies and selves do resonate since she is a lover and close friend of at least 1 other of your multidimensional selves. So she is diffidently one of us planetary beings who do have an interest in you and you have a resonance for, myself, C, Levi, and others.

4 hours and 20 minutes last night, the most I've slept in a week or more. Gaia came to me last night and said she had knowledge to help me & she did it, some sort of energy work. I felt like she was astride me, her legs sorta at my hip level and most of the energy work was done on my back, with some moving up and down. It did help me to go to sleep last night.
When I awoke at 4.20 I was unable to go back to sleep even with the energy work. She did say this time that while it may not always help me to go to sleep it would help with my energy systems and help alleviate my symptoms. She said she had to go to like her guide then her guides guide and on back. she said it was like in that one transformer's episode (very late season 3 after optimus is brought back) where something happens where Optimus had to go into the matrix to get information. The previous prime had no knowledge so he had to keep going back, and back till he had gone way way back to get the information he needed. She had to go pretty far to get the information since my situation is pretty unique and not very even rare since I'm a high order being who normally doesn't go anywhere near the level of density that the earth is presently in. My energy is also totally alien to the earth as well as my genetics being very alien. So they had said that the energy treatment would need to be done continuously and while it would not always help me to go to sleep it would also help my energy systems and would help alleviate my symptoms and she also said that I'd not have to suffer to much longer, soon I'll be back on the other side and back in my natural normal area. She then smiled and said then the real fun can started in our relationship.
I did suggest maybe she could teach some of my friends, lovers and such who don't mind doing energy work on me in this dense world so it wouldn't be just her as the only one who can do this but others could take turns. I thought of others could help also.

I did the 5th radiance: self exciting expanded audio course and i went very well. I was able to feel the light cocoon and Fullonia light stretched out through this universe and stretched outside the universe to outside time, outside space where there is the eternal now where it felt like the rest of me is there and that is my native place, home. Hard to describe. Time has no meaning there. it's just the eternal now there, outside time.
I also got I think a better feel for how & what it's like and how to better go with the flow with being true to myself and going with the flow. hard to describe my experiences, but I've tried to the best as I can. Gaia also appeared briefly to talk to me a bit.
Gaia: I'll have to adjust the treatment I have given you today. The one who taught it to me said for it to be most effective I will need to adjust bit by bit as he so it can be most effective since to be most effective it has to be adjust to not just the energy and frequency of your source self but also your energy systems and unique genetics of this body. But the basic treatment does work. As I said before it may not always help you get to sleep but need to be done regularly to help with your energy symptoms and alleviate with your symptoms and suffering. So thought it will help you go to sleep at times, the main purpose is to help your energy symptoms and alleviate your suffering. sleeping better will be helped by this. While your suffering and symptoms were not a total surprise the severity of them was since it couldn't be sure how much it would be till the events became your present.But as I said before your suffering should not go on for much longer since you should be returning to the other side & your native level and area, but I've talked about that before so I'll let you get back to your meditation.
Where she said the above Daben was talking so I didn't really miss much and was able to still get the general thing Daben was talking about in pretty good detail.

As before I could feel that with the fullonia light & light body cocoon that part of me was outside the universe, outside time & space in some eternal now here time had no meaning there. Also I could feel various flows and think I have a better feeling of how I can go with the flow and be more true to myself and what'l keep me flowing upwards and what'll have me flow more downwards. Hard to describe.
I also wonder if Gaia can find out a treatment to reduce my skin sensitivity by at least a little. Though the treatments that help with sleeping and such that she did a few times is of immense help and more important I'd say. Wonder how often I need to get those, maybe a few times a day. and as she said once she has adjusted and perfected one for me perfectly taking into account my source self frequency, energy bodies frequency the genetics of this body, then she can teach that to some others of my family, lovers, friends so she's not the only one doing them. C: well we mainly use vertical farming and hydroponics. vertical farming saves a lot of room. we have some in orbit also doing that. The energy we use is renewable and natural. Our technology is more advanced then the earth. Some aspects are not unlike certain articles in some Popular Science and bits in science fiction here & there, and some things not thought up or seen on earth, or not thought up and made known by a lot of individuals. As for hydroponics there are various systems we use, including what some may call aeroponics. but most of us consider that and other types to be related to or sub types of hydroponics instead of it's own type of ponic.
Plus we are as open about sex as dolphins are, non earth dolphins more especially since they are fully sentient and have technology. In some ways similar and in some ways different then ours. We & them do get along, sexy, rather well in fact. Just like I know we well.
Me: You mean how well we resonate. I do feel it.
C: you're not the only one sexy. mmmmhmmm, and boy do we resonate. Not sure if I have a favorite between your various selves. Some are slightly different, since one does not have the same mood all the time, and other reasons. We'll have a lot of fun, sharing love, fun, sex, pleasures of all types. C: well we mainly use vertical farming and hydroponics. vertical farming saves a lot of room. we have some in orbit also doing that. The energy we use is renewable and natural. Our technology is more advanced then the earth. Some aspects are not unlike certain articles in some Popular Science and bits in science fiction here & there, and some things not thought up or seen on earth, or not thought up and made known by a lot of individuals. As for hydroponics there are various systems we use, including what some may call aeroponics. but most of us consider that and other types to be related to or sub types of hydroponics instead of it's own type of ponic.
Plus we are as open about sex as dolphins are, non earth dolphins more especially since they are fully sentient and have technology. In some ways similar and in some ways different then ours. We & them do get along, sexy, rather well in fact. Just like I know we well.

I do feel how you are suffering and it is as you have been told by others since you are overly sensitive to certain frequencies, similar to how your present human body is overly sensitive to certain substances, light, sound ect. That is due to the large degree of non human genetics in your make up as well as your energy, your very being being totally alien to the earth, my gridwork and the human and animal kingdom collectives.
