I did the lift out gateway 3.1 again today. Still not 100%, but I am very close to that. This time o the 3rd time I went very deep. At first on returning I didn't remember anything. But the memory did come after a bit, which has happened before so I was expecting that. I do recall I was in a park or garden somewhere & I was talking to someone. Now I don't recognize the voice, though it may be that the being I was talking to was 100% accurate whereas if they have talked to me before I get some distortion and it's filtered through my mental voice.
As I recall the being and I were talking about a few things. They mentioned I should try to eat raw organic vegan if I can. and that I would be able to trance channel soon, within a year even perhaps and I would be as totally aware as this <here it's hard to translate to English the closest is human collective matrix grid> allows to be possible as a maximum extent.
I did get some mental images of a part or garden, with a small stream and a small pond in 1 area of it, trees, plants, bushes, flowers and such. Not sure if it was somewhere in Agartha, one of the Sirius worlds or somewhere else. I didn't see the being in my memory, if they had a form. While I was resting before the guided meditation where Robert Monroe had me rest. I got some mental images of the garden or park. I asked what the being I talked to looked like and I got a mental image of a snake like being. Not sure if it was a naga, or some other snake being.

Snake being: I enjoyed our conversation earlier. As to who and what I am. Think of me as another part of yourself, say further along. That would be an excellent way to regard me. You're in tune with yourself, let's say, in tune enough for us to be able to communicate in a way that you are consciously aware of. There has been recent changes in your life and there will continue to be. My advice is for you to just ride it out as you do try to be, as well as what I mentioned this afternoon when we talked. But that, as always is up to you. And we are indeed a sexual being, but you've already known that.
I choose this form since it is one of the forms that I do like. This does not mean that you'll not see your other selves you've been talking to and Bill and the others like Gaia, you will indeed. In some cases it may be say higher reflections of those other facets or selves of us. This is as it should be. Some others are reflections of beings you've known before, higher and more aware. Maribelle among them. Now some of these beings will be aware of this, some less so, and others will become aware of this over time. Each at it's perfect time and flow, as things happen when and how they should.
You're doing great and indeed you'll be able to trance channel which will help many of the then present, past and future. Though that may sound like odd wording it can indeed work that way. Things will continue to change and improve for you. There may be times of more changes and times when things seem to settle down, though this is as it should be. Some that you've met you'll talk to again, and in some cases it'll be higher reflections of the beings, and at times it'll be new beings that you've aware enough and your personal vibrational level of resonance is high and clear enough for them to communicate consciously with you. This can get more complicated then this but let's keep it simple since we do prefer simplicity in most cases. Though a touch of complexity can be fun to indulge when one is in the mood.
It may sound odd but I am slowing down our communications, well on my end when I send it to you for your convenience since the matrix of earth is slower, in part due to it's density and other reasons. This new year will mark a lot of changes for you as the last one did. A great many indeed. 1 year from now you'll be surprised in some areas where you'll be. In some areas not so much.
You'll have some abilities such as your body needing less food. This is a normal process and will progress and grow over time. Being able to even more easily communicate with those on this side. Trance channeling, as well as consciously projecting and bi-locating. Being as fully totally aware as the local matrix and human collective allows.
Now if some wonder at my use of the term matrix it is in fact real that not only is the earth a matrix but really everything that is what some call physicality is a matrix, an underlying holographic type of constriction, even those of say the 6th and 9th and up dimensions and densities are all these, just that the 6th is less dense then the 3rd and on up. Many beings do love various types of physicality, some prefer non physicality. many prefer to drift between then 2, as the mood strikes them. There are also many universes, each one with different themes, rules, ideas and such. Theme is the usual reason the universe was made. Such as, in this one let's have dualism. In this one let's have it be only what some call light/positiveness. and so on. Some are more strictly done then others, with some being let's set up the beginning conditions and let it go in whatever directions happens after the creation. Some may have some levels of freedom but have certain defined limits like good tends to win, this type is more powerful then that, this is a faster way to grow in wisdom of the self, and so on. many variables since there are many individuals across all of existence and there are many creative beings and souls. Some of which love to create universes, as well as other levels of reality.
now those we know that are our various selves, lovers, family, we will be in immediate contact with, especially once you are fully on this side, which will inevitably happen sooner or later. just relax and ride things out. Things will grow better & improve and sooner or later this very unique experience will end and you'll be here on this end. But happy to be here at your true one, but also in some small ways missing the uniqueness of this incarnation but knowing it had to end sooner or later and you'll be far happier on this side then, but all things in their proper time. Relax for now and we'll talk again very soon.
The angelic realms as some call them, we call them home. That'll likely be the primary place you rest once you're fully on this side. but all in good time. at the proper time and not before. You'll also visit other realms as well. But enough of that in time.

During your incarnation you can help me to understand humans better and what it's like to be incarnated there. Among other things. ANd once your incarnation is over, perhaps we can be more then just friends. and if you can project consciously before that, maybe before your incarnation ends. But we do have an eternity, literally, so we have no need to rush. We can take all the time we need to get to know each other.

Sirius Cetacean Me (he's in a dolphin type form today): You would do best to try to pick foods that are primarily organic, raw, and the like, perhaps vegan , or veganish. I do feel this would be best for your body at this precise present time. As for the reduction of the amount of food you eat, this to is normal. In certain areas you are in the forefront, the very forefront as far as your body shifting to a higher degree, non carbon based, or whatever term you want to call it. So you will continue to eat less. Your body will continue to want and need less and less food as time where you are progresses and your awareness of your true self and true identity increases. As you become more of your true self you need less food, it all is going hand in hand, and indeed it is possible in the possible futures if yours I can see form here that you may get to where you either won't need to eat at all, or perhaps at most you may eat say 5-10 almonds and that is a whole meal. So indeed indeed continue to listen to your body, it'll tell you as it has how much it needs when it comes to food. An indication also of this change is how fast you are progressing through this cold that you have.
your awareness will continue to grow and increase as time progresses. SO continue doing the gateway guided meditations that you are doing. These are helping immensely and at this point in your progress are far more helpful to you then the light body & graduate light body courses. They were great help to you then but the gateway and later on the hemi-sync will be of greater help to you then the light body or graduate light body. Later on you may not need any of that and may just go with what we and other beings who'll be talking to you are able to tell and teach you. You'll be teaching yourself what you need, and later you'll just know what you need to know and it'll be great indeed.
So to summarize, listen to your body as you have been doing. And in the time your incarnation has left, and this is highly variable at this time. it is entirely possible for you to get to where you do not need to eat, but just need water, and basically nearly 100% that you'll be either fully aware, or as fully 100% aware and as much as 100% aware as the current gridwork/matrix there allows at that time.

I did the lift off gateway guided meditation. It went pretty good considering my caughing and some other physical things that I'm not totally well yet.
I was in a garden somewhere. The other me there was the royal naga me. I saw over the course of this what looked like a robot attending ot the huge garden and also some other alien. The other me said this is a garden on one of the Sirius worlds.
he said that it woudl be best if I were to adopt an organic raw vegan type of foods that I ate. at least as much as I can afford to do this. he went on to explain that this is normal and part of my shift of my body into a higher density and it's changing and the overall shift the earth and human collective is going to also, just that I'm one of the ones at the forefront of it, of this, shift.
He also said that due to the fact I'm an empath I don't really need to clear myself nor my chakra and light body energy centers at this point. The fact I'm an Empath, especially in the human collective sense, that does effect me, it can affect me without me being aware of it, though I'm getting more sensitive to this. So the fact the human collective has certain feelings and things in it, those may be what I seem to have myself when in fact I do not. it is in the human collective but not in me, it's part of the human collective , the illusion, not the real me. He said as time goes by and I become more aware and more in tune with my true self and more in tune with myself and being myself, my true self and not with a layer of this illusion. I'm getting to where I can tell, this is not me, that means it's the human collective and the illusion of here. The human collective, at present, has certain things the true me does not. Though in the past it seemed like I did have this, as if it were part of me, when it's not.
Also forgot to say, during my first nap, well really just before or after it, don't recall which. I was talking with my Sirius Cetacean self and he mentioned that I can indeed claim to be Naga Royalty, Positive Alpha Draconian, & Carian royalty since those are other me's. They are me, just another me. So yes I can claim those and am. he also hinted at, and other royalty too like insectoid. I did try to get more specific species but all he mentioned was all he'd say was insectoid for now. With a slight humorous tint in his mental voice.
I am feeling better, I guess why they did some conversations with me today. I do feel almost fully well, but not 100% yet. So I'll keep it short today. That's why I didn't post Monday or Tuesday nights, I was sick and didn't feel like I should try any conversations. Still not sure if this is conscious channeling that I do, telepathy, or both. Not that it really matters, just curious.

Bill (angel) & Naga from Agartha (Sun 12-27)
Bill (the angel Seraphim): Greetings again. We're dong what we can to aid in your getting better soon. Though things are better then yesterday.
as you suspect there are other you's then you at first suspected. It maybe a surprise as to some of the species, but then again some you may suspect so some will not be a surprise. Since you are active across many levels and dimensions, and places. Not just 1 or a few at a time.
Things are going marvelous and will continue to grow ever better over time.
It does look like that naga from Agartha has taken a liking to you, excellent. Another potential friend, close friend perhaps in time, along with some others who may become close friends to you and are friends, lovers and or close friends already to your other selves. But you'll discover that over time & we can discuss this over time in the future, so no hurry or need to discuss all this right now. Some of the species you can tell, satyr, unicorn, centaur, and others.

I went to a spiritual new age meet up and it went well. I enjoyed it and met some new people, though I wasn't feeling 100%. Just a mild sore throat, so nothing contagious. Got home managed to take a short nap, and had a strong fever that broke, then chills that broke. back to a milder sore throat and feeling weak. But overall pretty good since I've felt much worst. As I've said to myself about things in the past, "and this too will pass." Think for tonight I'll mainly watch a funny Brit's channel I have been watching some videos of new and then. He's humorous. Also had the naga from Agartha talk to me about some personal stuff. I do think he and I will be very good friends.

at the meet up the person did a guided meditation. Despite the sore mild throat distracting me I did manage to bilocate. For part of the meditation I was first in what I guess is Agartha talking to a Naga briefly, then for part of the meditation I teleported over to where source was and merged with it, experiencing that everyone is one, but also an individual. A great experience, that I've had before a few times I think. Though distracted by my mild sore throat.

Naga from Agartha [Sat 12-26]
Naga from Agartha: now as to the surface area that is liveable, overall I would say that Agartha has more then the surface of the earth, as well as we are in harmony with nature. Also you see we are not restricted to the size of the interior of the 3d earth since we are not of that dimension. You see we dwell in another dimension, another vibrational plane. So our surface area and area where the beings who live here live, is larger then the surface area of the earth overall, if one were to flatten it out. This may not sound possible but it indeed possible.
Much like a Dyson sphere, we live on the inside of the sphere. Though there are many who live in the oceans here as well. Though there are some who can easily travel back and forth, some do not. We're not restricted by water since we do not need to breath, not in the same way that the 3d beings do, due to their density and other factors that I'll not go into here since explaining the dynamics of 3d is a complicated subject, especially if one does comparative 3d and 4d dynamics.
Also like the dolphins of Sirius you've visited we can travel in and out of the water. Some of us do fly around like the dolphins of Sirius do, but some of us do not, not having any interest in such a thing. As well as teleporting around. Some do it all the time, some only to cover large distances, and some don't like to teleport much.
now as to the dolphins of earth and Sirius, there are quite a few differences, as there would be between say a 3d human and one who is native, lives in, say a less dense area like 5d, 6d, and so on. There would be and are differences with them also.
For example, where it comes to say water. On the 3d earth one can't just walk into the ocean and keep walking without breathing apparatus. While here in Agartha or the Sirius world where you visited the dolphin pod a few times a year ago. One can walk from the beach and walk into the ocean and down to where the underwater city is. One would not really notice much difference since the so called water is just a perception thing. One can choose to not perceive the water and they would not see any water, or just a faint thing if they so choose. So someone can just perceive a beach with no water and some mostly aquatic types who do have their city, like where the dolphins are that you visited.
Now as to that place, yes it is not far from one of the places that some go to for healing. The large crystals from your memory do indeed inhance, & amplify certain healing frequencies of energy and there are groups such as the dolphins you recall being a part of at 1 time, during one of your multi dimensional self's visits to that world, where you were doing some healings using what earth humans would perceive as the dolphins singing, to do a certain type of healing using certain frequencies that the giant natural crystals focus and amplify. We have much the same and similar technology, if one wishes to call it technology here in Agartha, in certain areas set aside for healing.
Now as to a bit of the history. There are some humans here. Most of them are from the atlanteans, and others, who survived the destruction and came down one of the pathways, tunnels, tubes, into the inner earth that was here already at that time. Some others were already here before and some other beings came after.
Some of the beings here do eat, though eating and drinking are not needed. I usually don't bother myself. Since we know we are part of source, or the one as some beings and races, cultures, call it, we do not really need to eat. Though some do enjoy eating or have the habit of eating from past incarnations so do eat for that reason. I usually don't bother myself, unless perhaps if I'm with some that do eat then I may, but usually not.

I did the lifting out gateway today (3.1) and the 3 times Robert Monroe had me lift my resident energy balloon. I think by his saying float upwards that he meant me to just float up to the ceiling. for a moment I was near the ceiling or in-between floors. Then I was in some garden or part, with some flowers & plants around, some trees, and in front of me was the back of a naga. he was wearing what looked like leather straps crossing on his back and I think I was in a naga form also.
The 2nd time he had me left out I was momentarily where in some what looked like all white bright light. Then I saw the walls and doorway or archway of a place similar to what I saw in the Astral City movie (it's a movie about the afterlife, though it's in Portuguese, the version I saw had English subtitles, wish it had been English dubbed). I think the archway or doorway opened and as I was looking at it then I was inside it for a moment. Think I saw crystal or white buildings, not sure. Some had clear crystal ceilings & parts of walls. I was also flying above it for a short time also.
The 3rd time I was somewhere where I could hear a stream flowing, or a fountain. It looked and felt like a natural setting. Maybe either Agartha or an Astral City type place. Though the exercise was about 30 minutes it seemed to last only 2-4 minutes.
I was pretty distracted so I'm surprised I got anything since though my sore throat has improved greatly over the course of the afternoon and early evening. I did try to heal it with energy work, no idea if it will work but it has worked so far. I'm still feeling weak though, I have felt weak all day off and on and when I inhale it is a bit distracting since there is a spot on my throat sensitive to the air when I inhale.

The large crystals from your memory do indeed inhance, & amplify certain healing frequencies of energy and there are groups such as the dolphins you recall being a part of at 1 time, during one of your multi dimensional self's visits to that world, where you were doing some healings using what earth humans would perceive as the dolphins singing, to do a certain type of healing using certain frequencies that the giant natural crystals focus and amplify. We have much the same and similar technology, if one wishes to call it technology here in Agartha, in certain areas set aside for healing.
Now as to a bit of the history. There are some humans here. Most of them are from the atlanteans, and others, who survived the destruction and came down one of the pathways, tunnels, tubes, into the inner earth that was here already at that time. Some others were already here before and some other beings came after.
Some of the beings here do eat, though eating and drinking are not needed. I usually don't bother myself. Since we know we are part of source, or the one as some beings and races, cultures, call it, we do not really need to eat. Though some do enjoy eating or have the habit of eating from past incarnations so do eat for that reason. I usually don't bother myself, unless perhaps if I'm with some that do eat then I may, but usually not.

I did the lifting out gateway today (3.1) and the 3 times Robert Monroe had me lift my resident energy balloon. I think by his saying float upwards that he meant me to just float up to the ceiling. for a moment I was near the ceiling or in-between floors. Then I was in some garden or part, with some flowers & plants around, some trees, and in front of me was the back of a naga. he was wearing what looked like leather straps crossing on his back and I think I was in a naga form also.
The 2nd time he had me left out I was momentarily where in some what looked like all white bright light. Then I saw the walls and doorway or archway of a place similar to what I saw in the Astral City movie (it's a movie about the afterlife, though it's in Portuguese, the version I saw had English subtitles, wish it had been English dubbed). I think the archway or doorway opened and as I was looking at it then I was inside it for a moment. Think I saw crystal or white buildings, not sure. Some had clear crystal ceilings & parts of walls. I was also flying above it for a short time also.
The 3rd time I was somewhere where I could hear a stream flowing, or a fountain. It looked and felt like a natural setting. Maybe either Agartha or an Astral City type place. Though the exercise was about 30 minutes it seemed to last only 2-4 minutes.
I was pretty distracted so I'm surprised I got anything since though my sore throat has improved greatly over the course of the afternoon and early evening. I did try to heal it with energy work, no idea if it will work but it has worked so far. I'm still feeling weak though, I have felt weak all day off and on and when I inhale it is a bit distracting since there is a spot on my throat sensitive to the air when I inhale.

Bill: You are doing very well. I know we say this a lot but is worth mentioning since you are. As well as the others, many of which are incarnated on earth for the first or only a few times before. There may be annoyances where you live, but that is part of being incarnated on the earth, and as has been mentioned the fact you don't embrace fully being incarnated on the earth isn't a bad thing since the earth isn't really suited for a place you'd want to incarnate, assuming you want to incarnate which this you is one that very likely will find no desire to do so, but as we have said there are many options available on this side.
We'll be physically together again once your incarnation is over and you are on this side. Though we are together, since we can talk and once you gain the ability to consciously project & bi locate then we can be physically together also, but no hurry to that.

I was thinking of some old tv shows like Highway to Heaven, Touched by an Angel & Quantam Leap.

But that is why certain things felt wrong to you as you watched the shows, but you did resonate and still do, with certain elements, on a mission away from home to help others.

You do feel a bit lonely at times and sort of cut off, though you really are, just that you really are not cut off, since we can talk to you. You consciously may not know yet how to project and visit home and other places yet. You can easily do that on this side, though being as dense as the earth is at present, and with the illusion of a sense of total separation and not consciously knowing you are part of source and the blank slate when you're born, all together complicates things. Though you are doing very well really.
So if say you are a master on another world, density, dimension, going ot a place as dense as earth will give you a certain heads up as far as learning, it is still different then less dense places. Though part of that is also your overall mission. and your full awakening was delayed for a few decades, well 4 to be closer to accuracy, and you were helping to clear the collective, as well as being an empath that you are helped and complicated this both at the same time.
Though not all empaths are the same nor work the same. There are differences, and not just because they are individuals.
But as you've learned, reptilian is a big part of your heritage of what you've experienced and been with, incarnated as, ect. Insects is a fairly newer thing. Also add in cetaceans, and not all of them were Sirius types, but others, like the biped dolphins you recall incarnating as. The most ancient and oldest, well besides being a seraphim that we are of course. reptilian, carian, those are very ancient parts of your heritage. Though you've incarnated as many species as you did various missions to help others through a shift, collectives and the like. Though not every one of you does these sorts of missions all the time.
Some do other things. But still helping others, doing what excites you, what you love to do. As many have said that is the key.
Having fun is a great thing, part of being there will be easier. Remember we are always here for you & with you, even if you do not hear or feel us.
Your awareness and knowledge of self and external will grow as time goes by. Also keep doing as you are doing, though taking breaks now and then is not a bad thing at all, but can be a good thing.
There are various sources of information out there that you'll like. As in all things let your intuiting guide you to what feels right and what does not since some may have more distortion then others. Some may be this person's interpretation or trying to explain their interpretation. So use your intuition as to what feels right to you. and your knowledge will grow faster. That is 1 reason we don't tell you everything ourselves. we want to tell you some stuff, have you remember some stuff and use your intuition to sift though what is available out there, using your intuition to feel what is true, what feels true to you. Do these things and as you are doing and you'll do great indeed, as great as you are doing already and currently. You should be pleased with yourself. That is why you get some stray thoughts from the human collective, stray feelings, emotions, from the human collective, especially those nearby. most often when you are relaxed mentally. Not to the degree we are on this side, but you still are, especially in regards to others also incarnated in human bodies at present. Also you may also gain more experiences of being able to experience things as us. Just relax and let the experiences come as they will and continue doing the gateway. But only 1 a day. That is enough. While listening to the audio. Sometimes doing a 2nd one if you want to do one of the others like release and recharge. But you can do a 2nd meditation that day for say some chakra or other reasons. Doing the gateway once a day is enough while listening to the audio.
Your abilities will increase as will your overall awareness, knowledge of yourself, memories from non physicality, your knowledge. As some have said trance channeling, project when you want, bi-locating as you have been doing spontaneously, though you'll gain more control over this over time.
Also it's fine you don't fully embrace being incarnated on the earth since the earth is not for everyone. The groups you're active in currently are ones that you do fit in with the best, thus far.
Just continue with what you are doing. You'll be surprised where you will be in 6 months, let along 1 year from now. Look at how you were 1 year ago. 6 months ago.
now as far as Agartha is concerned, you'll enjoy visiting there. We, those of us who have, do enjoy it ourselves. Though there are many places we enjoy.
not fitting into the earth is ok, it is not the place for everyone. That is fine. There are many places you'll really enjoy and love to visit and stay at for periods of time.
There's some you'll find you have relationships with if you wish, besides Gaia, of course. There'll be others also. Like some of our lovers, mates, close friends. Some you've talked to previously, many of them are lovers & close friends of ours. Also there are some that you'll find have incarnations or selves who are more aware that you'll be closer to & resonate with since you have progressed well and resonate with higher beings then you did before. This is natural and does happen at times, especially in your case. There are also cases where you may be in between, not resonating with a lower facet or multi dimensional being, but not yet with a higher one. This is natural also, since with some incarnations the varius selves may not all be at the same level of awareness across all of them.
There are others you'll meet that you enjoy being with, but that is for the future, both in your current incarnation and especially afterwards. This is enough for now, we'll talk again very soon.

Male royal Naga me: it does seem you have attracted the attention of some at Agartha, excellent. Though I didn't think it would happen for a while yet. A very good sign indeed. But enough about that later.
You are progressing very well, very well indeed. at current think of yourself as say a being who is 6d aware, moving on to 7d, but who is still presently incarnated within a 3d earth human body, though that will change over time. Perhaps not within your lifetime, though among the human race & collective this will change over time. We'll speak more later. This is enough for now.

Bruticus (sentient gorilla type being): greetings, I am what could be called one of the council of Agartha. We have noticed and noted your present development as has other beings as well. This is going all according to your prenatal plan that you had before this all started. Though this present you technical didn't exist till around the age of 3 or so. A unique perspective since of all your selves you're the one that has the most experience of being a separate being. Things are progressing well and will continue to do so. As the gatekeeper, well one of the gatekeepers, said you yesterday there are some other you's that have visited and others that do visit. This you at present is welcome ot visit when you can. Though we are careful about who we extend the invitation to, this is more open ow then it once was and in the future there will be a day when travel to and from will be as easy as traveling to and from one city to another. Though the use of airplanes and other types of vehicles will be needed for now. But this will all occur within the time that some present humans would call the future. Though no future is set in stone this one is very highly probable and very likely, it's just when will this happen that is flexible and not very easy for us who can see possible futures in their full array can easily see. SO when this will happen as well as the full public disclosure & knowledge of non homo sapien sentients being present within not just the universe but other parts of the earth and other vibrational planes and such will come more and more closer till it is the present.

Royal Naga me: You are at the point now where meditating to the sound of Tibetan singing bowls will do you some good. The stuff you got at the meet up today will give you a new perspective in some things as well as be a way for you to learn some new things.
Yes, that was me you experienced in the meditation. You were aware of being sorta being in my body since we are the same being you can experience being me. I was doing a restful meditation at a certain place in the underground naga city in earth. Since I was visiting there today. I thought it may be an interesting experience for us both if I meditated at the same time you did. Interesting experience. We got to experience a bit of being the other. Take it nice & slow, you are doing great. The stuff you got will help some with the basics. We can teach you the rest, though you'll likely remember some stuff as you have been doing.
You really are doing well. Just keep doing as you are doing. Don't be discouraged. Our multi dimensional self did incarnate to help the earth through it's shift including the human collective and you are doing that perfectly well, continuing down the planned path and soul plan and all that. Though it may not seem as such to you, you really are. Things are progressing great and as they should. This is not just a new experience for us all, but it fits in also with our general service to others also, while having fun, and doing what we want, though there are some non fun aspects to being incarnated on the earth. A very unfortunate circumstance, but we knew it would be unpleasant at times. Just keep going on. Once you are on this side you'll really understand why it was worth it. You'll be able to see the larger picture of it all first hand. Though we do feel you may be starting to recall it, or perceive a bit of it, from where you are now. As was said before, see yourself as a 6d aware, moving on to 7d, roughly though in certain ways you are 6d, 7d, maybe higher, we'll leave that to a surprise. But you are still in a very dense 3d body, so that does change the experience, but that in itself is reflected onto the human collective and is part of the primary reason our multi dimensional self choose to incarnate to you. Not to worry, things are going well and will improve. you'll be able to project, bilocate, consciously soon, by the time you finish the gateway program you are doing. Also you'll be given the chance to learn how to trance channel from us, with some others helping also. We do think you'd enjoy this as well. That'll come in time. We do suggest you focus on chakra for now since your light body energy centers & light body centers are doing very well. Zed, mantid me, Royal naga me [Mon 12-21]
I felt some ant, a bit of mantid, and some naga energy in my apartment last night. This morning I feel less energy but some of the same, with also positive alpha draconian, unicorn, carian maybe, others maybe?

Zed: hello sir, I use sir since you do have some other selves that are royalty you are royalty too, being the same person, just another facet or expression, or whatever term you prefer to use.
But yes we have been working with some other insectoids, mainly mantids and ourselves, also some others like reptilians, namely positive nagas and positive alpha draconians. Some of the nagas are from elsewhere, another worlds, but some are from that charming place that is within the earth. and also some more nature, I think some humans see them as mythical or magical races, unicorns, satyrs, merfolk, mermaids, and others of that ilk and type. Gaia's insistence really, we certainly don't mind working with her, an honor really and not unlike work we've done before, elsewhere on other worlds when they were going through a similar shift, and some of us are an another world or 2 that is going through a similar sort of shift as the earth is. one of them is the slightest bit ahead of the earth, but it's all going as well as here.

Zed: an excellent sign of progress. You are shedding more of your old self, the 3d self, earth humaness, like and not unlike, just like really, a naga or snake being shedding their skin. The ones who do shed their skin, some decided to never shed their skin but still grow, but that is their choice. Some still like to experience it since it is one of the really old ancient ways. or for other reasons.
You really are more and more like say a 6d, 7d or higher aware being, but still incarnated within a 3d body. Though that body is shifting bit by bit. at the forefront compared to some others, but that is as it is supposed to be and progressing wonderfully and charmingly well.
more proof of that is the way your body wants & needs gradually less and less food as the past year has progressed.

I had a dream where I was somewhere, talking to Zed and I think my Mantid self, though Zed did most of the talking. I'll try to recreate what I recall, hopefully they'll help me to recall.
Zed: Part of your being royalty is you do various things, duties, missions ect. The fact you are royalty in more then 1 species is a great help since you understand the positive alpha draconians, nagas, and such since you have 1 or more, current incarnations as them and perhaps past ones also. Being a diplomat is among the various things you do. One benefit of this you here, once this incarnation is over, of teleporting around, to go home for a while, visit your various other selves, friends, close friends, family, lovers, and such is that for example if someone wants to approach you with an idea of, do you think the mantids, positive alpha draconians, ect, would like this, then you can answer it and though this you incarnated in a human body is as royal as your incarnated selves who are incarnated as royalty of this or that species, this you is sort of an informal type of setting another could approach you to talk informally. Then it can go up the next step and so on. Some species prefer this, with steps before it gets very formal and such. others prefer an informal type of approach, some very much so, like certain Sirian cetaceans.

Being all the various species you are and have been does add greatly to your knowledge.

We do understand a number of species, & do enjoy being them, either incarnating as them to live an entire lifespan, or visiting, manifesting a body to live as one for say a few minutes, but usually at least hours, days, even weeks or longer. it all depends on preferences, so you see it does quite fit in having some of us who don't want to incarnate into a set lifespan or species such as I or some of us have done. You'll find what you really enjoy doing very quickly. As some of us have said, I do feel you'll be one of us who does pop around, as you say, staying here for a few hours or days, there for a few weeks, changing to various species and so on. quite a lot of fun you'll have, but that is for the future.

It vibrates at a different rate so those incarnated on the earth can't just walk over to there, not yet anyway. It's not like the parallel, or other earth if you want to call it that, where some like Unicorns, satyrs, merfolk and others live. That is more like earth 2, with where you are incarnated as earth 1, or vice verse if you want to switch the numbers where they are whole worlds that vibrate at slightly different rates. The reasons behind this can get quite complicated and there is no need to go into that at this time. Though the inhabitants can travel between the 2, if they know how. or can just teleport like we can. it does have places where there are Gaia's groves as some call them. Places set aside for certain races & species. Some philosophers on this side debate, is it an extension of this earth, that extends into other dimensions or vibrates at different rates then the majority of earth or are they a separate plane/realm/world of their own. There are some who love debating this and getting them started can mean they won't stop their debating for hours. Though it's not heated like on earth but more of a fun debate. Agartha is one such place, Gaia's groves are another. Some have another name for such a place, but to each their own.
after that my naga self did the energy and telepathic equivalent of embracing and kissing deeply, sharing love. a great experience, hard to explain. This whole dream took around 30 minutes. at least that is the earth time, not sure how long it really took. I remembered it in bits after I awoke, not recalling it at all at first, though that is not unusual.

I was laying down to take nap when some naga came to me mentally to talk. He said he was a gatekeeper of Agartha, or something like that. He then seemed pause then said that he could tell another me had been to Agartha due to the feel of my energy. he said Agartha's physical location is inside the earth, but it is on another vibrational plane then the primary earth is. He also said that this me was welcome to visit Agartha due to my service of the past, & due to what I am. he said my royal naga self has visited Agartha but he doesn't stay there, but he has some rooms in an underground naga city and he stays there instead of in Agartha if he does feel tired. he said he, my naga self's, rooms in the underground naga city is in the royal diplomat section of the city.
Then my royal naga self appeared to give me the equivalent of a energy & telepathic deep caress & kiss, saying it helps and was time for me to get more in tune with myself again.
The naga who said he was a gatekeeper, in my mental image, looked large and muscular, but I didn't feel intimated or anything and he did seem very friendly.
He said one can't just walk to Agartha, but as one goes along certain paths it can elevate one's vibrations enough so you can become in alignment with Agartha. Though once I'm not incarnated as an earth human I can just teleport in. He did say again I'm welcome to visit anytime I want. The gates to Agartha for me are not closed but open. he also showed me some mental images of what it looks like, lakes, natural areas, looks like a great place to live.

Ant, Mantid me [Sun 12-20]
Me: I had a dream where I want on a ship. I recall having conversations with beings. Don't recall the species, greys, insectoids, mantids, not sure.
Zed <I see an ant type head>: greetings, I can be called Zed. It is a name I like the sound of. I was one of those you were on the ship talking to. We did take steps to try to be sure you would recall the dream. We are pleased you recall at least some bits of it. it is mainly insectoids on the ship. Ants such as myself mainly, but some mantids as well. a few greys and a wasp and scorpion, but they were elsewhere and you didn't meet them.
We were helping yo with certain things. part of the reason you incarnated, so as humans would say it is to help certain parts of your soul plan and contract. It is to help you with projecting, channeling of the trance type. and you do have a connection with us. namely in the mantid you did incarnate as one of us before. and you do have other connections. let's just say friendships, love, continues past an incarnation. So there is still that between us.
it was the right time for you to visit us and you'll visit again. A thing that we will continue to help you in the soul contract & plan, with certain abilities. It is possible for you to do this alone but if we help it'll make it much easier and faster for you as well as helping the human collective, while you are incarnated there as well. Braver then me since I'd never choose to incarnate there. But you've done this sort of thing before and we have helped you likewise before.
Your abilities will continue to grow over time. We will help over time, at a safe pace. We'll talk again. You should go and do what you want to do for now. I'll be around so we can talk later.

But yes you were on our ship, I say our though I do not own it but I was present as well. You were on the ship. It as, well is, a mantid ant ship. it was a joint manifestation since some of us thought it would be a good sign of us being close to each other if we manifest one together. There are other species on the ship also. a scorpion and wasp as Zed said earlier, but you didn't meet them since they were in another parts of the ship doing other things. You mainly talked to us. Male Royal Carian me: Greetings, I do see that your becoming deeper more intune with our whole self and us individually is coming along very well and in a great way. Things are going great in this area, we are all very pleased with it. Very nice. Things are progressing as they should.

Male Royal Carian Me: Indeed, the majority of your human body's genetic structure is non human. We had some, what you could call grand masters of genetic manipulation, including the, what you can call the royal Carian genetic council & the royal positive alpha draconian genetics council. These were asked to help and exist since there are many of us, royals, and us as our multi dimensional self, who does incarnate on other worlds and do need help with some genetics infused, inserted between the conception of the body and some at that point as well as some after that but before being born or hatched. SO the council exists since there are experts needed who are experts in this area and the Positive Alpha Draconians and Positive Barians are what you could call grand masters in this. It also was very well hidden so the humans would have to know what to look for. Being royalty is not a thing we find 'important' but it is most in alignment with our various missions and focusing on the larger picture, for certain species anyway where their royalty fits into this. Though as another us said you can feel free to visit us, when you can and are able to. Since we are all the same multi dimensional being, these are your rooms also, though you'll not stay here forever. You'll love visiting us, we visit each other all the time, well not all the time, but when we want and are not to busy ourselves.
I feel you'll eventually settle down to a life you enjoy, no hurry. you do have an eternity to find out, though even once you do feel free to visit all of us, and our lovers and such. At times we may even ask if you'd like to live our life for a few hours or days, as we take a vacation. it gives us a break and though we are the same being, we get to see the incarnation, the life we lead, in a slightly different perspective, and I mean not just you and me, but the rest of us that you find may interest you. Positive Male royal alpha draconian me: You've met Bill, a very close and great friend. Not just to this me, but to all of us since he's friends with our, what you could call our primary self, though that's not fully accurate since we are all the same being and all the primary self. But the part of us that originated from the angelic realms that all of us do return to to visit and stay for varying lengths of time. You can say also that part of us never leaves the angelic realms, but that tends to get complicated in the telling of it.
We can focus our attention and be in more places then just 1. Think in terms of when you bi locate, but instead of your human body having to be very relaxed while your other body is say visiting me or with another of us, instead you can do things with your human body while in your human body, but also simultaneously visiting with me, doing things with me as well, and equally aware of what both are doing if you focus, nor even not needing to focus, since you are aware of both simultaneously. Now this is an example and taste of our true multi dimensional nature. Our primary self, that we are all parts of and the same being, can do this a number of times, say 5 or 10 times, having us all doing things simultaneously, and we are each individuals but also the same being at the same time, and ourselves are also multi dimensional beings.
So you can be simultaneous doing various things, incarnated as various species as we are doing, or not incarnated, since I do think you'll be one of us that no longer incarnates once this incarnation of yours ends. Which is ok since not all of us incarnates or does so only once. But you see we are all the same being, multi tasking as your computer can do, each tab a different us doing this or that. Except we can visit each other and spend time with each other. Share with each other. We can even, so to speak, melt into each other. Though it's all us so it's different then if we merge with another being. Though if we merge with another of ourselves we can also unmerge at some point. Similar but different then if we merge with other. Some may say it's identical but different and in some ways it is.
Though in our case, the 2 of us and our Carian counterpart, we are all deepening our connection with each other as well as helping you reach a deeper alignment with ourselves, yourself, all the same being. Now your deepening your connection with us and you could say us deepening our connection with you is an important step in your ascension, becoming more aware of our greater nature, becoming more in alignment with us and through us your own greater self, our greater self. Now you can do all this on your own but if we, other us's, other aspects or selves of the same being, aid you, it is immeasurably easier then if you were to attempt or do this all on your own. and as we help you we help ourselves too of course since we are the same being, but also the human collective is helped at the same time since what you are going through as one of the forefront, what some may call the wayshower, what you go through is reflected in the human collective that you have a connection to and are temporarily a part of, as long as the incarnation lasts. Then once your incarnation is over you'll no longer be a part of the human collective, but will have helped it to a very great extent. More then you can imagine at this point. Though once you are on this side you'll understand much more, more of the whole picture you can say.
This is fine and as it should be going. Now you are not a human deep down, not really, as you know. You are a visitor, there just to help the earth, Gaia, & human collective. This is a difference. But the details are not important at this time, just saying it so you understand that. though you've known and felt that you are not really a human. There is a difference, to being human in a human body, to being incarnated in a human body with a set mission & there as a 1 time thing, a very big difference, though many beings will not understand nor see this. Though some may in time. and though you'll take your experiences with you, and we all learn as you learn since we share experiences being the same being, we're not nor ever will be really human. We are outsiders who went there to aid the shift of the earth and human collective for a single incarnation, then we'll go our way elsewhere and do each of us our own things. So through this it is of immense help to you, and as you grow we all do, since we are the same being, the same multi dimensional person. But also as I mentioned it is reflected in the human collective.
Bill is one of us, a fellow angel, but he does not truly incarnate. Though he is like a best friend. I use he though really he is androgynous in truth, both genders combined, even more combined then a hermaphrodite. Which we do switch at times into being, an androgynous gender in whatever species we are. Though often we are a male leaning herm or male leaning. Though if we do adopt a herm or androgynous gender in whatever form we choose to adopt, we are still male leaning as part of our base personality. That is just us being us. Nothing unhealthy about that since we are being true to ourselves. Though we have adopted a female genderform at times, when we are in the mood.
So to close, your awareness will grow as well your connection to us, primarily myself, our carian self, a bit later some other of us. Our connection will deepen, you'll grow more and more in alignment with yourself, your real true self that we all are. Silverllight, Silverleaf, Draconian me {Fri 12-18]
Silverlight: your slight reduction in removing 1 of the foods from what you normally eat is your body's natural need for a bit less calories and that particular type of food since the body & planet are going through a shift, your body and you are more at the forefront, a trailblazer, as some would say to enable it ot be easier for others who come after. your multi dimensional self has done this on other words for much the same reasons as well so this is not new to the greater whole you.
Silverleaf (her older brother): Indeed, everyone is going through this, but most are far in the back sicne they have no real awareness of what is going on, but a sizable group is becoming aware, each in their own rate and methods. one day it shall be the majority and this will heavily change things.
There are a number of races. One can't classify all of a race as positive or negative. Some may say insects, reptilians are negative but the truth is there are many species of insects and reptilians, many individuals and whole societies that are positive. We are on very good terms with many of them as well as other types of sentient species, who's forms some would find surprising indeed.
many of these races choose the technological route, or a blending of technological and non technological route. Just as we, and many others choose the non technological route. None of these routes is better then another, but each does have certain characteristics the other lacks or does not have as strongly. and there is a lot of overlap, especially once a society has gotten past a certain point or level of awareness where things start to blend more and more.

Male Positive Royal Alpha Draconian me: Yes, as to our society, it is quite unlike what some call the negative alpha draconians, though saying very self centered is the more accurate term, with some racism mixed in, for many of them. Not unlike humans of centuries past and the middle ages. Our culture is quite loving and enlightened some would say, but in truth we are simply more aware of things. It matters not what dimension most dwell in, we are active, well some or most of us, across more then 1 dimension or density. Though we do have many individuals of our collective that remains within 1 dimension, doing their various things they do.
Now being royalty is not a status thing, what it is a deeper responsibility, deeper duty. In most cases deeper knowledge and awareness of things. Though it does have perks as some would say, a so called commoner could have a mansion they live in if they really wish or drive a fancy car, if they wish. So it is not all about we're better due to birth or hatching. Not like it is in some less aware places and in some less aware collectives.
I would go into more details, since we are the same being, there is no secrets for me to keep from you, but basic information is enough for now. We can go into details later if you wish, unless you recall the information yourself consciously.
Also it is permissible that you can use my rooms as we can use our royal naga self's rooms since we are the same being. Though being the same being we do know how far we can go without being annoying to our other selves. Though popping for a visit will certainly be liked, if contacted before. Since we can share some fun that others are not able to, share in deeper ways then even those of the same gender can, or differing genders, since we are the same being when we share it goes far deeper indeed and is not only permissible but quite normal since loving and sharing with one's self forms the foundation for any other relationship and sets other foundations also. Now how we share with ourselves is fairly unique for each being, though there are some similarities. For us or example, being sexual beings, to use an earth human term, having our sharing times and sessions including what some would recognize as sex is quite normal for us. But we can go into more details later, another time.
now there are more us's then you have met since it would not do to suddenly have you met say 20 or 50 of us even within a week or a month. Better to spread this out over time. A dragon is another such as us, living in another world, let's say, though he does visit us as we do visit him, as well as other us's of various species, and there are many types and species of dragon. But this is enough for right now I think.

I did the 1 month patterning gateway meditation and it went very well. I was in focus 12. During the latter part of the guided meditation I felt my male positive royal alpha draconian self and my male royal carian (biped avian) give me the energy version of a kiss and a hugging embrace. They mentioned something about they are closer to me, but didn't elaborate on that.
Then a bit after this I got the mental image of a biped lizard type being. he said he was a guide, a background sort of guide, not one of the types that usually talks to the person. I then got a mental image also of a biped ant and mantid type beings, perhaps they are background type guides also. I then got an image of another insect type, but this one wasn't a biped. I had a mental image of one built similar to a centaur, quadraped body with a biped type upper body from the waist up. & a mental image of some sort of staff or bladded staff weapon and a feeling he was a guard sort of being.

male positive royal alpha draconian: what I meant by we're closer is due to certain things, we're the ones that you can say are the easiest to connect to you since we have deeper connections. Though over time your connections with your other selves will deepen overall. Though you'll likely find you prefer visiting and being with certain ones of our multi dimensional selves then others. Though we are all the same being, we do have variants of the same personality you can say. After all if you look at it you don't have the same exact personality or mood all the time. It may sound odd but it is true. We are varying shades of the same person, the same multi dimensional being. So it makes sense that you personally will prefer certain of us over others to spend time with. Like you will find with any individual. Since though everyone is source, not everyone will get along with everyone else. And an aware person can still be a jerk.
Our mates & lovers really like you too. I think Silverleaf and Siverlight will come closer to you over time. But as in any relationship on this side, just let things flow naturally. Your and Gaia's is along to a fantastic start, and I'm sure there'll be others you find you get along with and have a deep connection with also. But more on those later, some of which will wait till you're fully on this side.
Our connection has deepened, and is deepening nicely. Though as I said there'll be other selves of us that you form deep connections with, but enough of that in time. your relationship with yourself forms the basis and foundation of any other relationship and a deep connection and love for oneself is a healthy thing. Silverlight, Gaia, Bill
I was thinking, from what the female royal alpha draconian said. Part of the reason the ones who talk to me keep changing could be due to me becoming more clear, more aware, maybe a higher density or dimension which means I can reach a higher reflection or multi dimensional self of them. maybe them when they are older or another future incarnation from their point of view. I think this may be the case for some of the beings. I do think there are other reasons, maybe they were contracted to contact me for just a brief time, maybe they are mainly waiting till I return to the other side, dislike the chaotic, dense stuff here so are happy to connnect to me briefly and that is it. They may be busy or got busy and will talk to me later. maybe some are from specific alternate timelines. I'm sure there are a variety of reasons, not just 1 that covers all of them.

Now as to when I said I like the feel of your energy, indeed I'm serious about that. I do think we'd be good friends, once we get to know each other better, which will take time. I'm sure we'd both enjoy sharing sex as well. This is a much more open situation here and among us who dwell in this world. Though not everyone gets along, but we generally just stay away from those who we dislike. As for us becoming lovers, that remains to be seen. perhaps we indeed will, it depends on how deep our connection and feelings for each other goes. We were there to help raise the frequency of a nearby area and were not to alarmed at his wondering off. We only take him to areas that are safe after all. We knew there was a, well to be frank, one of Gaia's lovers in the area, and we are well aware of who and what you are too and why you're on earth, part of what some call the 1st wave. Really where you live, to those sensitive to such things, it's not to unlike a pleasant light in the area. SO his wondering over into your apartment was fine. as for the other humans who live in the area, none of them can even sense him, at least at present, sadly, but that is also for the best. Makes it safer for all of us. The shift is going slowly, as some said, but this slow speed while not as fast as some would like, gives the earth humans more time to adjust and adapt to the changes, which means more will be able and willing to go along for the ride, then if it were sped up.
Some of the reasons the earth is in it's current state was it was meant to be both a school and also a place where some others can go to experience new things, such as denseness and a sense of separation, illusion of not knowing they are source, an individual expression of source and also a multi dimensional being. Though those who govern the earth choose to incorporate 2 separate systems, both the karmic system, but also what may be called the blank slate system where one forgets everything on being born as well as having the illusion of being a single being, not part of source, or a multi dimensional being. The problem with these 2 systems, in my opinion is that both are equally the primary systems. Both the karmic system, where in this version, you need to work out issues so you can have it fully worked out, as well as the blank slate where you remember nothing, but you still have to resolve issues from past lives, which together makes a system where folks will continue to repeat the same mistakes since the base personality is often the same, beings are still individuals after all.
Though The way things are now, forgiving yourself and others, does a tremendous amount of good in releasing past issues, energy, and other such things. And you do have to mean the forgiving yourself and others, this is really all you need to do. Do not hold onto the anger, sadness, fear, ect, as many earth humans do since they are use to such things and releasing this is something new, plus they are besieged with fear and anger stirring and stimulating things through a variety of media including news since such things bring in ratings, sensationalism and such being what it is. if good news did this then the various news and media would be focusing on this. Violence also brings in ratings, as does combining these, violence & anger stirring, stimulating and so on. Many earth humans do not enjoy change and resist change. This is fine, but the earth is changing, nothing can change that. So many, most in fact, will adjust, in time. The few who are unable or unwilling to will have other avenues they can pursue or change, chose from.
now as to some other of my family, you've met my parents and younger brother. I also have an older brother you've not met. he was in another are doing other things. Though he knows of your presence and existence. Lovers of Gaia, the news and fact does spread among Gaia's groves, though she does not brag, news & facts do spread, of such things. So if , when really, you do visit, then do not be surprised if some beings mention this, though some who know won't mention it.

We like doing this rather then telling everything or telling you what you don't recall or gain access to that your true self knows.
Things will improve. You can't be there forever. Once it's over you'll be returning home to rest and recuperate. So all's good.

Unicorn mare [12-16]
I had a dream last night. Gaia had this guy making her a spaceship/starship but the guy she had building it wasn't doing a very good job, he was dragging his feel. In the dream I do recall why don't I make it, I'm sure I know how from one of my multi dimensional selves or past incarnations and Bill the angel friend last night (who was just a voice in the dream) said yes I do know how, I just have to get into a deep hypnotic trance state.
The ship, of what I could see from it, looked like non metals were being used, including a lot of crystals.

I awoke extra early. after a bit of trying to go back to sleep it seems a unicorn colt wondered over to my apartment to talk to me a bit. Seems his parents and some others were nearby doing something. After a minute or so he said his mother was calling him and he went off to be with her. She then came over to me and we talked for a bit. She did say I was part unicorn, then she said she could tell I was an angel as well as a unicorn, a rare thing, having an angel incarnated on the earth.
She said yes there were some unicorns nearby. Then some other unicorns came over into my apartment. A stallion said they liked the feel of the energy in the area. he said they were helping to raise the frequency of the earth in a nearby area. He mentioned it was ok to mention there were unicorns on the earth since it may give some hope and higher spirits knowing there were unicorns on the earth helping with the shift.

Then a unicorn mare came over to talk to me. She did seem to like me. She said liked the feel of my energy and she then said she was willing to have sex with me and would look me up later. I asked if she was from eartn and she said yes. I asked if she was from Agartha and she said no, she had been foaled in one of Gaia's groves. She then said that Gaia and me being lovers does get around, not like Gaia brags or anything but such news does get around in Gaia's groves. I got the feeling from her that in the groves, are at least the one she's from that there are other beings besides unicorns, maybe nymphs, dryads and such. No idea where these grooves are, how many of them there are, their size nor anything else. SO news to me. A great encounter all around, I enjoyed it.

Some folks talk of the elves, faeries, ect and don't want to hear about et's, some don't mind or want to hear about et's but not mermaids, faeries, ect. and others don't mind or want to hear from and about angels, but not the other types. The actual thing is all them do exist and it's not right to focus on just 1 and ignore the other types. Though each person has their own freedom.
Now part of this is what some call the elementals, or mythic races, from what I know of my intuition knowledge, is every race collective, comes to a point early in their history, maybe at their creation or a short time after, is do they want to peruse a technological route, like certain others did choose, various non earth races. Some others like say faeries, satyrs, unicorns, choose to not go down the technological route. Each path has advantages and benefits the other lacks. Some like say the technological route while each individual's personal spirit or soul abilities may be largely undeveloped, awareness, they do have movies, books, video games and such. Though with the non technological route one may not have movies, video games and such, but each individual has their abilities far more developed then say a pure technological route, but a point is reached when this is largely both are on equal terms and above a certain awareness level tech isn't really made anymore since you can just manifest, poof, something. Like want to go somewhere distant but don't want to teleport, or teleporting may not be allowed or supported there, you can just manifest a ship, poof and go there without having to go down to a store or go online and buy one.
Just my thoughts and feelings on a few things and how I feel it is away from earth. many of the so called mytical or magical races, choose a non technological route. Though I'm sure there are some races that choose a balance of the 2. Since that logically would be a choice also.

I do think we'll get along well. as friends and perhaps more.
