"that was from a previous incarnation you had with one of your lovers. you 2 are close. and have had various incarnations being various species on various worlds and systems. you don't restrict yourself to just 1 world as some do. not that there is anything wrong with that. Some prefer incarnating on 1 world, some on many, others on a handful of worlds. it's all about personal choice and what one wants to do. "
Though you've never incarnated on worlds anywhere as dense as the earth is at present. you've never incarnated on a world under 5th or 6th dimension, with only a very few exceptions & not one anywhere as dense as the earth is. you plan was pretty much to lay off of incarnating totally once that one was over.
Most of what you've done, you personally and your full self, has done is helping others through a shift, your specialty has mainly been, more or less, focusing on worlds. There are other selves who focus on helping societies. Those are other parts of your full true self.
That's why Gaia has that special interest in you that she has.
Anyway after this incarnation, my son, your original plan was not to incarnate but to help from this side since with incarnating you had said you felt like you've done it all, of what interests you and incarnating didn't really interest you anymore. Earth being a special case due to what it is and what it has. after your present incarnation your plan was to not incarnate but to remain on this side, and do the various things that interests you. many options indeed, many. more then an individual can imagine.
You have a number of friends, lovers my son, most of your lovers are friends too actually, they are much the same here and we don't really classify or label here like on earth. and family too. your family is a very large or good size. but you'll find out all about them once you are here. We all live primarily on a, well one of the higher planes as some would call it, but many of us are active across a number of levels instead of just staying home all the time. Though some do that too. and some do stay there for varying lengths of time as well. and then there are others who seldom come home. Again it's all about personal choice and preference.
Gaia isn't the first world among your friends, companions, and lovers. though she is one of the younger planetary beings that is. one of the sirius worlds is also. One of the ones that has cetaceans, and others on it. Not an unusual thing for certain beings like us to have some or certain worlds among our friends, companions, and lovers. Some on earth may think so but it is not unusual at all. Here most are non exclusive, though some are. You can have more then 1 lover, friend or companion. Sharing is more common and open to many of us, though there are some beings my son who have little interest in such things. But that is great for them as being more open is great for us.
We are not open with just anyone my son. Just with our family, friends, lovers, companions, like that, but we don't use labels really. So is one a friend, companion, lover? they can flow and change between those and they can all be the same at once as well. So you understand why we don't use a lot of labels, though some labels can be helpful for understanding. Here we are telepathic so we can just transmit the meaning so with that you can see why the labeling is not needed here since we know what you mean and you know what we mean.
Verbal language is not a thing we use here, which is why you're not into the galactic languages thing. Some races still do verbal language as a hobby or side thing or prefer it even after a certain evolution or awareness point is reached by their collective. But many like us either are partially or fully telepathic. We prefer full telepathy ourselves. Smoother and easier we think and feel.

Friday 11-6
I did the 4th exercise of wave 1 today called Release & Recharge. Overall it went mediocre at best since after a while I kept having to move my left leg since I got that feeling of no idea what, to much energy, resonating, whatever it was, & there is no ignoring it once it gets past a certain level. I have to move my left leg. Very annoying. I got down to what I guess is focus 10 but due to that and the rest of my body having an odd sensation of like very thin needles being poked into it I would have to touch that body part. So at least half the exercise was done at what I guess is focus 1, 3 and 5. I still have some of the sensations now, but they are milder then before, which I'm glad of. no idea what is causing the sensations. the needles being jabbed into my skin happens at times when I'm starting to get to warm but not sweating type of hot yet, but it can also happen at random. Though usually not when I'm cold. No idea what the cause is. Think I may try the exercise again later without listening to the audio to see how it goes.
I did seem to get more info that I recalled. I am the son and a prince of a positive royal cobra type naga and a positive royal alpha draconian. No idea of the dimension but it is at least 6th or higher and we don't bother with exact specifics, which I can see why. don't need exact specifics. Also I am a Sirius cetacean and unicorn. I'm 100% all of these and not 25% this or that. it's multi dimensional genetics that allow me to be 100% of each of these, and the Sirius is not dolphin or any other specific species but a general Sirius cetacean so I can be any specific species I wish to be among the Sirius type of cetacean. I was created yes, with this in mind, using multi dimensional genetics. Not the right term but it's the closest i can say in English. Also they added in high dimensional light of various types, angelic being one of the types so I'd be a type of star also, though not of the same type as Sol is.

I did it without listening to the audio. Went pretty well I think. I did get more knowledge but it was pretty much the same as before, so like reinforcing what I get the first time I did this.
I also got a flash of a naga that looked either pregnant or egg heavy. Not sure what that was. I'd guess either a lover of mine, a friend, either current or a past incarnation.

Thurs 11-05
I was thinking today that so I don't have these posts, which I doubt anyone's reading them, but so when I re read them I won't have to re read the negative stuff, when I do re read the posts, which isn't often but I do sometimes. but anyway I decided so I won't have to re read the negative stuff and to keep the negativity out I'll only post positive stuff from now on. Just a not to my future self if I do read this post.

I did advance focus 10 again to day, for the first time today. I tried an experiment that successfully worked. I did the exercise (listened to the audio) of this gateway exercise, wave 1 3rd audio, instead of like I have before where I was reclined in my sorta anti gravity chair, not really anti gravity but it was a good price and I liked the way it can recline. instead I moved it aside and pulled my fold up bed over in front of my desktop and lay on my back on the bed and did the advance focus 10 on that. I got where I was totally floating and really only aware of my breathing as far as physical sensations I'm going to try it again later today and see what happens. if it works around as well or better I'll do it like this from now on.

I did the advance focus 10 for the 2nd time today, 7th time overall across 5 days. Think I'm ready to move to the next one. the 4th exercise of The Gateway Experience called: Release & Recharge. Wonder what that'll be like. I'll find out tomorrow. I'll likely do that one just once tomorrow. Saturday & Sunday I may do it twice on each of those days, depends on how things go. As for today it went well. I got a mix of feelings. At times I felt a sort of floating feeling and at other times, most of the time really, just relaxed. one thing I did feel was a very powerful resonating from below my knees and a slight resonance above my knees. Glad none of it was on my knees since that would have really have made me end the exercise with needing to move my legs. I wonder what the cause of that is. I've been doing chakra clearing almost every day and it can't be that since I doubt my chakras would be that blocked up with me doing it daily for a week or week and a half. maybe it's just one of those mysteries of the universe.

You're doing very well and are doing very well despite what you've been through and experienced."
considering the conditions on the earth at present you could have been doing much worst then you are doing. You are in fact doing very well. I am your mother & for 1 I am very proud of you and what you have accomplished.

Though where we're from being a royal and a noble is not about look how better I am then you. It's about helping and assisting others, though only in ways you find fun and love doing. Continue doing the gateway and things will unfold much more naturally. The light body courses are good but the gateway will give you a more firm and broader foundation if you focus on doing that first and some hemi-sync stuff that interests you and either when you're much farther in the gateway or once you've fully finished it, then if you still want, do some light body courses, but you'll find that most of them you either are not interested in or don't feel the need for. and that'll save you a great deal of money. an important thing where you are, but not here. but enough about here later.

Wed 11-04
I had some dreams last night. One was to me a nightmare. I've not had those in ages. it was about me being at my home, though not where I live currently. From what I can recall it was about a woman who stayed outside a bedroom window and I was in the bedroom for the part of the dream I can recall. She was laughing evilly and I felt very afraid of her. I then started to pray to god. I kept that up, no idea why I did in the dream. at first nothing happened then it seemed to start to work since I started to feel less afraid and she stopped laughing evilly and giving me an evil look. Though I did feel she didn't want me to do what I was doing. I awoke feeling very afraid though that did fade fairly quickly. I concentrated on asking archangels, angels, ascended masters, my 2 reptilian parents, reptilian guide, and unicorns for help. a bit overdoing it maybe but figured why not. I did feel the archangel energy and what may have been a few unicorns pop up. one of them said they'd look into it and if it was some other being they'd keep her away, if it was some aspect of myself that needed integration or something they'd give me any needed treatments while I was asleep. I did eventually fall asleep.
another dream or 2 I do recall a bit. I think it was me talking to either 1 or both of my true self's parents or my reptilian guide, not sure if it was 1 dream several or what. But from what I do recall I was talking to them about my creation and they did say they are master geneticists again. and though they said that while yes they are my parents since the primary essence, genetics, ect came from the 2 of them I also got I also have some essence of angel, unicorn and I think Sirius cetacean (not sure if they said dolphin, beluga or the details there) they did say the way it worked for me was I was say 100% royal cobra type naga, positive royal alpha draconian, unicorn. They said they wanted to create a being together that would be a son, but would haev also certain traits and got permission to do this. They didn't go into detail how they went about this and the details really don't matter. Anyway I think I do recall this. They are my parents though some others did aid in my creation, well me as in my true self that I'm a part of.

I did the advance focus 10 exercise today from gateway wave 1 for the 1st time today and not sure if I did well or not. My physical body was very relaxed but not asleep. I know it's called body asleep mind awake so naturally I assume your physical body should be asleep. If it's supposed to be just very relaxed and not asleep that would mean it's misnamed. So overall I'm not sure how to classify this. I'll just say unsure and my physical body was very relaxed. No idea if I got to focus 10 or not.

I did a hemi-sync guided meditation, a 22 minute abridged version for clearing and activating your chakras. I think it went well. it wasn't the first time I've been doing this. I've been doing this for roughly a week. I did the long nearly 1 hour one once. Think I may do it again this Sunday. I think starting Saturday I may cut back on doing the abridged version where I may do it only say twice a week. I'm thinking maybe Thursday & Saturday and I may do the long one Sunday. or I may do the long version Sunday, do the abridged version Thursday and a few other times do an abridged version of the abridged version on a few other days, not using the guided meditation. Maybe doing it across 4 or 10 minutes. I'll see how that goes next week. I doubt I'll need to do a chakra cleansing and activation every day. the first week maybe. But my chakras mainly feel fine. With maybe the heart and throat ones not being 100%, but they may be and it could be just my being overly critical and nothing need to be perfect. The gateway exercise on release & recharge may help too. I'll start that over the weekend or Monday.
I also got like a download on how my true self can be more then 1 species and still be 100%. I was shown the DNA helix, and it was explained to me by audio, or telepathy maybe. Imagine a full DNA helix, regardless of what it looks like, a complete fully functional one for each species that I am. These are extra dimensionally existing together. This is possible for beings such as myself to be. SO thus I can be 100% a cobra type royal naga, positive royal alpha draconian, unicorn Sirius dolphin & cetacean. Each of these is 100% totally complete and functional and all extra dimensionally in the same spot and all the species I am. making me equally all of these species at the same time.
Not so sure but think I got some other bits, something about me, a special project, a successful completion, fully stable. still totally their son and of both their royal lineages and heritages. with some angelic type light added in so I'd have the light of the upper planes as well as part of my being.
not sure of this but thought I'd put this down. I got all this as a sort of between a poof and a high speed play through. Not sure what to make of it. Their wanting to have a son, a special one with all of this and being fully stable and compatible. Not sure of the details but I'll shrug mentally, accept it and I'm sure I'll get more details later. and I don't need to know the complicated how it was done. The complicated explanation may or may not interest me, but I don't really need to know the how, just what it means to me personally.

Something about they wanted to have a son who would be of greater service to others in a special way, though one can change to any other form they want, he (I) would be a number of other species at the same time which would mean he'd understand others in a special way. Not sure if i got all of it or understand it but that is what I think I got, or something like that.

Think I got another info download or maybe it is that I naturally remembered more. This clearing and issues that come up is not a result of my sliding back or more stuff magically that I need to clear. part of it is stuff that I do indeed need to clear, but at least some of this, not sure how much, but at least some of this is helping to clear the human collective since normally I'd not be connected to it, but since I'm incarnated in this human body, wearing this suit so to speak, it connects me to the human collective, temporarily and part of why I'm here is to not just anchor in certain frequencies, but also to help clear some of the human collective while I'm here. Not forever, but for a certain amount of time. then the phase 2 will start, though there'll be a sort of overlap between phase 1 and 2. My clearing and coming to terms with certain things helps the human collective to be a bit more clear, while I'm here. Also phase 2 will be a mix of some helping groups of others to help themselves, to come to terms, and such, but also to some will help individuals on a more individual to individual level. There's going to be less and less need for me to be here. Since at least some, maybe all, of the phase 2 folks and the phase 3 being born or having been born, will hold and anchor certain frequencies just by their being here, but they needed certain frequencies to be anchored here in the first place before they could incarnate into the human body vehicles present here. Things will gradually change over time where vehicles will not be needed here anymore, by vehicles I mean the human bodies. There'll be an overlap period where you can have a human body or not. I'm not clear on the details but I don't need all the complicated details.
I also got that though they wanted a son they wanted me to be a herm so I'd have more freedom on the gender thing, being able to share as male or female, able to have more freedom having both genders or maybe since I have both it frees how I see myself. Not sure again of the details but I don't need the fine super details.

I did the advance focus 10 for the 2nd time today. it went ok for most of it. I was very relaxed, but towards the very end my left knee started to bug me. That was very distracting. I wonder why it does that at times. What I feel is hard to describe, a sort of resonating or energy in my leg around my left knee that only goes away for a bit of I move my left leg. that works for a short time. it can be rather distracting.

Doing stuff mainly left handed I find not hard, now that I've been doing it for a few months. I even fill out my checks left handed. My writing daily on the good things in my life is also left handed, except for now and then I'll do a quick right handed writing. My left handed cursive handwriting is better. though at times it can be sloppy, it can also be at times very neat.
As for my not having anyone to hang out with since my Thursday afternoon d & d gaming group switched to Friday nights. I don't mind. it was time to move on from that group. I think I'll try meeting some spiritual type people. That is really my primary interest currently. There are some meet up groups. Technically I'm a member of 1 group but the organizers as of last month disbanded the group, I guess since they can't get together, the 3 of them, Since they have very busy schedules. To bad, I really liked the group and the smaller size. There is another group that has over a thousand members that I may try to meet with since it's a large group and they are having some sort of large get together in a hotel that is about a mile from home on the 15th, so I can walk to that. With winter coming up I'll try that group. Maybe no other. There is another group or 2 I may try when spring comes. I'm more interested in that then in trying to find a gaming group. Unless of course I come agrees one of these spiritual groups that have some members who do some rpg gaming also on the side.

I know it's called body asleep mind awake so naturally I assume your physical body should be asleep. If it's supposed to be just very relaxed and not asleep that would mean it's misnamed. So overall I'm not sure how to classify this. I'll just say unsure and my physical body was very relaxed. No idea if I got to focus 10 or not.

I did a hemi-sync guided meditation, a 22 minute abridged version for clearing and activating your chakras. I think it went well. it wasn't the first time I've been doing this. I've been doing this for roughly a week. I did the long nearly 1 hour one once. Think I may do it again this Sunday. I think starting Saturday I may cut back on doing the abridged version where I may do it only say twice a week. I'm thinking maybe Thursday & Saturday and I may do the long one Sunday. or I may do the long version Sunday, do the abridged version Thursday and a few other times do an abridged version of the abridged version on a few other days, not using the guided meditation. Maybe doing it across 4 or 10 minutes. I'll see how that goes next week. I doubt I'll need to do a chakra cleansing and activation every day. the first week maybe. But my chakras mainly feel fine. With maybe the heart and throat ones not being 100%, but they may be and it could be just my being overly critical and nothing need to be perfect. The gateway exercise on release & recharge may help too. I'll start that over the weekend or Monday.
I also got like a download on how my true self can be more then 1 species and still be 100%. I was shown the DNA helix, and it was explained to me by audio, or telepathy maybe. Imagine a full DNA helix, regardless of what it looks like, a complete fully functional one for each species that I am. These are extra dimensionally existing together. This is possible for beings such as myself to be. SO thus I can be 100% a cobra type royal naga, positive royal alpha draconian, unicorn Sirius dolphin & cetacean. Each of these is 100% totally complete and functional and all extra dimensionally in the same spot and all the species I am. making me equally all of these species at the same time.
Not so sure but think I got some other bits, something about me, a special project, a successful completion, fully stable. still totally their son and of both their royal lineages and heritages. with some angelic type light added in so I'd have the light of the upper planes as well as part of my being.
not sure of this but thought I'd put this down. I got all this as a sort of between a poof and a high speed play through. Not sure what to make of it. Their wanting to have a son, a special one with all of this and being fully stable and compatible. Not sure of the details but I'll shrug mentally, accept it and I'm sure I'll get more details later. and I don't need to know the complicated how it was done. The complicated explanation may or may not interest me, but I don't really need to know the how, just what it means to me personally.

Think I got more maybe. Something about they wanted to have a son who would be of greater service to others in a special way, though one can change to any other form they want, he (I) would be a number of other species at the same time which would mean he'd understand others in a special way. Not sure if i got all of it or understand it but that is what I think I got, or something like that.

Think I got another info download or maybe it is that I naturally remembered more. This clearing and issues that come up is not a result of my sliding back or more stuff magically that I need to clear. part of it is stuff that I do indeed need to clear, but at least some of this, not sure how much, but at least some of this is helping to clear the human collective since normally I'd not be connected to it, but since I'm incarnated in this human body, wearing this suit so to speak, it connects me to the human collective, temporarily and part of why I'm here is to not just anchor in certain frequencies, but also to help clear some of the human collective while I'm here. Not forever, but for a certain amount of time. then the phase 2 will start, though there'll be a sort of overlap between phase 1 and 2. My clearing and coming to terms with certain things helps the human collective to be a bit more clear, while I'm here. Also phase 2 will be a mix of some helping groups of others to help themselves, to come to terms, and such, but also to some will help individuals on a more individual to individual level. There's going to be less and less need for me to be here. Since at least some, maybe all, of the phase 2 folks and the phase 3 being born or having been born, will hold and anchor certain frequencies just by their being here, but they needed certain frequencies to be anchored here in the first place before they could incarnate into the human body vehicles present here. Things will gradually change over time where vehicles will not be needed here anymore, by vehicles I mean the human bodies. There'll be an overlap period where you can have a human body or not. I'm not clear on the details but I don't need all the complicated details.
I also got that though they wanted a son they wanted me to be a herm so I'd have more freedom on the gender thing, being able to share as male or female, able to have more freedom having both genders or maybe since I have both it frees how I see myself. Not sure again of the details but I don't need the fine super details.

I did the advance focus 10 for the 2nd time today. it went ok for most of it. I was very relaxed, but towards the very end my left knee started to bug me. That was very distracting. I wonder why it does that at times. What I feel is hard to describe, a sort of resonating or energy in my leg around my left knee that only goes away for a bit of I move my left leg. that works for a short time. it can be rather distracting.

Doing stuff mainly left handed I find not hard, now that I've been doing it for a few months. I even fill out my checks left handed. My writing daily on the good things in my life is also left handed, except for now and then I'll do a quick right handed writing. My left handed cursive handwriting is better. though at times it can be sloppy, it can also be at times very neat.
As for my not having anyone to hang out with since my Thursday afternoon d & d gaming group switched to Friday nights. I don't mind. it was time to move on from that group. I think I'll try meeting some spiritual type people. That is really my primary interest currently. There are some meet up groups. Technically I'm a member of 1 group but the organizers as of last month disbanded the group, I guess since they can't get together, the 3 of them, Since they have very busy schedules. To bad, I really liked the group and the smaller size. There is another group that has over a thousand members that I may try to meet with since it's a large group and they are having some sort of large get together in a hotel that is about a mile from home on the 15th, so I can walk to that. With winter coming up I'll try that group. Maybe no other. There is another group or 2 I may try when spring comes. I'm more interested in that then in trying to find a gaming group. Unless of course I come agrees one of these spiritual groups that have some members who do some rpg gaming also on the side.

Tues 11-03
Using the new hemi-sync cd I got and ripped to flac so I can listen to it on my tablet while sleeping worked great. Had to delete the guided meditation I had in the same folder since the app kept wanting to play both audio files 1 after the other so at first I kept waking up sometime when it was in the guided meditation. Couldn't figure out how to get it to play only Sleeping through the rain so I deleted the other one. Sleeping Through The Rain worked great. I slept overall about5 hours or 5.5 hours across 6 hours from around 12:30 to around 6:30. I took off about 30 minutes since I did keep waking up but I could go right back to sleep using the Sleeping Through the Rain and be asleep within a minute or 2 at most in my estimation.

I did have a few dreams that I recall parts or all of. The 2 reptilian beings I could feel love coming from them as I was awake during one of my waking up times. I do recall talking to them during 1 or more of the dream bits I recall.
I recall they talked about we do help worlds going through a shift, usually higher less dense. I guess they mean like shifting 4-5th dimension or 5th to 6th, for example. We normally don't go anywhere near this level of density where the earth is at present. Though I'm of 2 royal lineages and they do have special permission to have created me and they are master geneticists and can do this. It's sort of expected that I will have offspring, children, create new beings with both species, but there is no hurry since we're immortal and not of a limited lifespan like earth human vehicles, though for earth humans that'll change since they'll stop using their vehicles that are their current bodies at present.
It'll be true love that'll decide who I end up having offspring or creating new beings with, not me being assigned to breed with this individual. Both species will benefit from my doing this but again no hurry, let true love decide which of the other royals of both species I have true love for and will create new beings with. Also creating new beings, offspring, whatever you wish to term it is not like on earth. With them the way it is is for example let's say a naga royal and I create an offspring together, the offspring wishes to be a healer but let's say neither of us is a healer so they'll go off to be with a healer to study under them just as in the future a younger naga I'm not related to at all may come to me to be a guide to them and learn from me. and they did say I'm more of a mystic sort, to use earth type labeling. Though we all do what we want really.
My guide type popped up saying he's not been around as much since though I can call on him for help I'm more indipendant and my learning from the gateway and hemi-sync and some light body stuff, picking out what interests me, is a great idea, but that means he doesn't need to be around as much, but I can call on him for help, advice ect. and he still looked like an biped reptilian, no idea on the race of his or my biped reptilian parent. who I do recall has wings on his or her back, though not sure of the genders of my parents, but I guess it doesn't matter.
I think either they (1 or both of my true self's parents) or the guide mentioned that sex is much more open and not like it is on earth. What some may see as 'sex' is sharing love, & pleasure in a fun sensual pleasurable way which is normal and natural, not the way it is seen on the earth. and it is normal for some beings who care for each other to share with each other in this manner.

Also had another dream I vaguely recall that my grandmother, the one who raised me and died when I was about 17. Don't recall much but her being in my apartment saying positive stuff, how we really use to have some fun together. Good times then. I'm doing well and what they are saying (she meant the 2 reptilian parents of my true being) are saying is true.

Wasn't surprised this time when he brought me out of being at the focus 10. No real experiences and my mind did wonder, but that is ok. I would guess being very relaxed is the main point of this exercise. So all in all not a bad experience. it was relaxing being at focus 10 and i guess that is the main point of the exercise so in that it did succeed. I did feel my REBAL which like yesterday did feel very strong and fully formed.

Monday 11-2
I only slept an hour and that was 3 hours ago that I awoke. During the hour I slept I did have a dream. I remember the general constant of the dream, I'll copy down my notes below:
I was talking to my reptilian parent, still not sure if it's a male, female or a herm. the other reptilian being who said he or she was a guide was there also and the 3 of us were talking. The parent acknowledged that I am his, her or hir, son and we are royalty of the royal line. both of us had wings folded on our backs my notes say. We talk about my being or having light, I don't' recall and my notes are not clear on this. like a sun or star. I have been incarnated on other worlds. & I have other heritages also. I'm more of a mystic sort. I think it was mentioned the guide present is also. I've been to other worlds and incarnated. Normally I don't go anywhere near places as dense as the earth is, but the earth is a special case.
I have friends and lovers across multiple species across numerous worlds and levels of being.
I do remember some lines said, in a kidding sort of fashion.
"one of the perks of being royalty of a royal line." meaning in relation to my having friends and lovers across multiple species across numerous worlds & levels of being.
"you have an interesting heritage."
not sure, got the feeling maybe I was created or when I was created as a non physical being specific genes (or whatever the non physical equivalent is) were purposely picked and chosen.

I did the advance focus 10 exercise today. it went ok to well. I was caught by surprise when he said it was over. I had taken off the thing I had over my eyes and just figured it had gone by quicker then I had thought. Then I noticed it had about 11 minutes left and I did put the stuff back over my eyes & reclined. The first time I was in focus 10 I felt very relaxed, very aware of my breathing but dimly aware of the rest of my body. The 2nd time While I didn't feel as relaxed I did feel light I was floating and had like 2 bodies with 1 of them resonating and energy flowing quickly or strongly.
I did get a message from 2 reptilian beings both times I went to focus 10 during this exercise. I'll put them together into this as 1 and condense and summarize it. The Rebal, forgot what that stands for, something ball, resonance ball or something like that, felt fully formed and strong. I could feel the energy and it coming out of my head and into the soles of my feet making the bottoms of my feet sorta tingle.
1 was what looked like a naga, reptilian from the waist up and the other looked like a biped reptilian. they both felt positive and like they were mentally smiling warmly to me. I couldn't tell the genders of either. I did comment that 1 looked like a Naga and what species was the other. I think I got alpha draconian but then one of them said that their species doesn't really matter. They did say they were both my parents and they are both of royal lines. They got, special permission to have children since it would benefit both species since it would add diversity and both would benefit. Thought they did say that part of the deal was, and they were smiling a bit at this, that I was expected to have children, breed, with some of both species, but when I asked about any pressure like I remember Dianna mentioning she had that and they said no, no pressure really. We don't have to hurry and produce heirs since we'll die in under a decade and need replacements. While it's expected that you'll eventually do this, and some may see it a a duty, you can take all the time you need. It has to be true love, not like we or anyone is going to assign you some to produce offspring or new beings with. and when I asked they did say that they and I are indeed immortal so I literally had forever to do this, all the time I wanted and remember it has to be true love.
I asked about a female dolphin since I felt I had remembered some stuff about her or something and they did say the yes there was a female dolphin in a previous incarnation or mission (not sure which word they used or if it was both) that I had reached resonance with and was lovers with, while not planned it was not unexpected since we have close ties with, and the term i got was Sirius dolphins. and this just gives closer ties since our relationship, hers and mine, are build on true love. that is why our energy resonates so perfectly or closely, not sure which terms they said or exactly what they said. Think they also said that there is that Sirius dolphin pod that considers me a full member of the pod.
I did ask where the guide who had appeared before was and one of them said he is with one of his other charges.
The 2 times we talked I felt like I was maybe only 10 or 15% there at most.

Sun 11-1
I did the intro to focus 10 for the 1st time today and it didn't go as well as yesterday, but that is ok. I don't expect it to be always as great as the past 2 times went and I'm still early on in the gateway experienced, not even half way done with wave 1 yet. I feel I may have reached focus 10 maybe, but I slipped back up to being fully awake, that is if I was able to ever reach focus 10. I maybe was somewhere between focus 3 and 10, but again that is ok, I don't expect it to be the exact same every time.
I was able to briefly have a conversation with the biped reptilian being. She was either a female or a herm and she did say that I am her son and we are of royal linage, though again no idea what species she is or her name, or hir name. I could feel she was proud of me and she did love me and is a loving being, but maybe not the same way that a mammal may love. She did hug me close to her again and this time I was able to see that she did have wings on her back and a tail. Felt like I had wings and a tail and was the same species as her. if I recall things correctly and I wasn't exactly attempting to see what I felt or looked like, just impressions I had. So all in all it went at best as ok I'd say. I'll do this a 2nd time later on and see how the 2nd time goes.
