Another benefit of sharing, that I recall, and understand and know how it works, is if someone is more evolved, say they have higher light and are more evolved then say pod member 2, then when they share, pod member 2 benefits a bit from the higher frequency energy. not sure exactly how, but I know they do. if 2 shares with let's say 4 and 5, they benefit a bit also. And being around and talking to the more evolved pod member they benefit also. That may be a way to evolve and expand a bit. I feel some beings, or whole groups do this. They have some beings who like to go as high as they can, like me. and the majority like to grow and expand at an even more slow pace that the majority likes, which is fine, it's all about personal choice. But at higher densities, say like the pod, having some members who like to evolve faster, and go as high as they can, does benefit other pod members since these who like to grow and expand faster then the others hang out with the pod, live with them and the pod members benefit from having them around, talking to them and being around them as well as sharing with them too. I feel those who share with this member benefit more or a bit more. Though others benefit if they share with this one who shared with them. Though I doubt I'm the only one who likes to go ahead and grow & expand as much as I can. I'm sure there are others and some who are farther along then me, that I benefit from being around them, talking to them and sharing with them, besides the fact I may be guided by them to personally grow faster then the majority.
The unicorns, pegasi and others who live nearby in a different density may benefit in a similar way and or maybe being and interacting with the pod may have effected them also to adopt some of the pod's ways.
just some more soul knowledge that has popped up. I wonder how fast I can get this and I'd like to get it faster, but i assume there's a safe speed and pace this can be done.

The pod may be about unity. That could be the nature of what they call sharing, is the 2, or more then 2, involved experience unity, merging, or at least a part of this, then separate when the sharing is over, but don't achieve fully merging/unit into being 1 being unless all those participating wish to fully merge into 1 being, so no reason to fear (not that I've ever feared that. I've experienced the sharing with the pod, or as much as I can while here and back when I could project to where the beings look like spheres of colored light, I did experience sharing then too.
Sharing could involve unity of energy systems, sharing pleasure, ect, hard to put into words what I know. But both are positively effected by the experience.
That could explain part of why I really dislike being here, no unity, duality, besides the negativity.
That could also explain how that thing works that I mentioned in an earlier post of how the pod in general benifits if I do stuff that I really like doing like growing, evolving, as much as I can, unlike the majority that like to do so at an even pace to most others. And the whole higher light benefits other pod members if I'm around them, more so if I share with some pod members and they then share with others. part of unity, or unity consciousness. Though I do seem to know that one can be both part of a unity consciousness say like the pod, maybe Maribelle's unicorn glory, and be an individual also. Not sure if unicorns are part of a unity consciousness, that I'm not sure about but I do seem to feel that the pod is about unity consciousness, though some are more evolved then others.

I did the 4th mediation for part 5 and running the energies went very well. Still feels like my heart light body energy center is still very large, like I mentioned before. It also felt like the 1st light body center, the Fullonia expanded in size during this til it filled the entire renawre cocoon area. The SaHa didn't' feel like they responded much, but like the Pieah I don't like the way Daben is so fast on going through those instead of giving more time.
The main part of the meditation was Orin having us go to meet the planetary Logos of the earth. I didn't see or hear anything. I mainly felt energy. I had the mental impression of the being being a ball of energy that was some very dark color that looks black, but isn't black. also during the part of the meditation being led by Orin, at times I got a metallic taste in my mouth, no idea why.
The energy of the being felt like it was very potent, very high frequency. And Multi layered or multi dimensional with different feelings to it. Some of it was so fine, or high frequency I could barely feel it. There may have been some that I could not feel. I also had the impression that the earth was temporary. Not sure if it's like the earth is an incarnation so the earth body is temporary or that it's going through a shift or something so it's present form is temporary.
The only impression I got of any communication was at the end where we are to ask the earth planetary logos what we can do to help it, and I got to continue doing what I'm doing, then it's supposed to give us a gift and it said my gift would be a surprise in the future.
I did ask if I'd have to remain here once the incarnation was over, since it seemed It was willing to communicate with me, and I got the message that no, I'll be able to go back home to the pod if I wish. With a feeling of some sadness. then the guided meditation ended.
Orin did, during the meditation, describe what it's like to be the planet earth, and as interesting as it was, it wasn't my thing. I'd not choose to be a planetary logos, not a solar one either. Not my thing. Though I know, obviously, some enjoy being those.
PS: Forgot the meditation part led by Orin was supposed to be us merging with the earth planetary logos, whatever a planetary logos is. I guess it's a type of soul. Anyway besides the above I did get that Hitler and at least some of those who died in the ovens and maybe all, and died in concentration camps and such, were volunteers. They agreed to volunteer so that they could create an event so horrific that it would deflect earth down more positive futures. I had gotten the feel before, weeks or months ago, that Hitler was a volunteer, not someone who was a dark soul to begin with. Not sure of all this but it does make sense from a long term point of view. Though if true then such individuals must need a long time to heal.

I did the 4th meditation for part 5 of awaken the light body for the 2nd time and running the energies went very well, including using some higher vibration energy with some of the light body energy centers. Before I could barley feel this energy when I did use it, instead of the usual one, but I could feel it better this time. I just go with whatever occurs, the original energy, finer higher vibration, or a mix of the 2.

As for the mediation with the planetary logos, it was different then before, vastly different. I felt intense love/sexual feelings, pleasure, joy, and other positive emotions I can't begin to put into English words. most of the time was spent in a conversation between me and her/it. Does it/she have a gender? The feelings were very intense, and as I said fully positive. I found it a bit hard to think since I was partially or mainly merged. Though that was part of the reason for the guided meditation so likely Orin and the earth were doing things at levels I'm not yet conscious of.
Anyway I'll say she since most call the earth a she. She said she wanted to share with me and she knew of the pod & what sharing means and wanted to do so with me. I asked how long did you want this & what sort of relationship did you want.
She said a relationship of 2 souls sharing and as for length, as long as we shall exist. and when I mentioned souls are immortal she said yes we are.
I did ask why me and I felt like a hand caressing my chest as she said she knows of the pod and me and why wouldn't she wish to enter into a relationship of sharing with me. Let's start with a relationship of us sharing and see where it'l take us.
She then presented a few different forms, like a dark, maybe ultraviolet or beyond ultraviolet sphere, one as bright a sun. Then she presented a female dolphin like form saying, maybe you'd like this one instead. And I do recall it looked and felt very sexy. Odd to say maybe.
She said if I needed more reasons I had helped her a lot thus far and she knew me very well. She then said no hurry, take all the time to reach a decision, after all we do have an eternity for you to make your decision. You know where to reach me, she said in a humorous voice and the intense positive feelings faded very quickly and I returned at a slow rate.
Not what I was expecting, though I had an earlier experience I told Scarlett about. I feel Nagi is willing but not commenting since she prefers if I reach the decision on my own. i asked my 2 mates and they are ok with it. Maribelle said Congratulations (no idea why she'd say congratulations) of course i don't mind. she said.
Spitfire replied in a very humorous manner saying, as long as I keep her satisfied of course I don't mind. again I could feel and knew she meant this in a very humorous fashion.

Channeling 7 NAGI [6-7 Sunday]
having a conversation with Nagi. The main problem is I was talking to a friend online so I kept being interrupted. So it's not one continuous flow including mid sentence sometimes. So thought I'd keep it very short.
We cleared out a lot today. <Indeed we did quite a bit. That is more then we've cleared before together.>
So is it all cleared out? <not everything, a lot was. you may notice more coming to the surface over time. You can minimize that with the idea you got earlier. Sending love and light to your mental and emotional bodies to be sure to encourage higher frequency versions. Continue doing that and it should help. Watch your faith, doubt and belief also. Continue to work on those.>
was that you doing some clearing? <yes I was doing some clearing as well and do so from time to time, though I'm not use to 3rd density. it is very different then what I'm use to. usually I don't' go below 4th density, especially taking into consideration how negative the place you are is and other factors and dynamics. Today I've been trying a new thing to deal with blockages and it seems to work for the short term at least. I take ideas from the change your thoughts guided meditation from part 3 I think it was. I send intent to the mental body grid to send light, energy, love to the gridwork for it to get more light, relax, transmute more limited lower type thinking to the higher reflection. Also i send the same to the emotional body. Today I've also added in the intent for each to relax and the area I feel the blockage to also relax. This morning I can feel like the blockage is an area of tightness and I can get it to relax, loosen . Sorta doing the ideas as they come with me. Going with the intent that I know what to do when doing this even if I consciously don't remember how to do this. guess it's some sort of energy work.
Also i was thinking, Nagi has mentioned she's more aware of us being merged into 1 being then I am. it is due to my being here in this lower density area and my senses are dulled and some of my abilities are blocked. it may also, or may not matter, what density and or dimension it is since I know/feel she travels to different ones for this or that reason.
as for dimension and density I feel that it can be confusing since each is separate, and some confuse them for being the same thing. Like I've known since I was around 15 or younger that this is a 4th dimension universe, not 3rd dimension like everyone says. Though it may be a 3rd density. Though I've also known not to tell anyone this is a 4th dimension universe since no one would believe me so I've always kept it to myself.
When I go quiet, hard to explain what I mean. I can feel Nagi, and her and I are one. Our hearts are already 1, as is our energy systems. Though today I've just started to see if i can use the intuition energy work stuff and intuition if I can have our energy systems flow more freely between us. not sure if it does anything. But it certainly won't hurt anything.
I also find I can recall very basic bits of the incarnation where I was a biped furry type of being and was called a prophet by them and This incarnation was to help them with transitioning, as i said in when i did a guided hypnotic audio where I did recall a flash of that life. Not sure if it was 3rd to 4th density. But I do recall that race, sorta, choose to not develop along technological means, but more along the lines of using abilities, soul abilities type thing. hard to explain. one can do both, develop along technological and soul abilities both. or a race may choose just one of those, and or they can choose 1 to start with and then add the other later.

As I recall the naga incarnation I had. My primary thing I did was to get information, channeled information, wrote it down on a tablet of some sort, not sure if it was a wax, clay, or a high tech tablet, or even if it was a sheet of metal that I etched onto. Then that would be given to another who would put it into a either more copies, another form, another permanent form, not sure. Others would take that to teach others. I feel my primary purpose wasn't to teach directly, but to get the information.
The furry anthro type where I was a female, regarded as a type of prophet, I did strictly word of mouth since they had no writing system.

I did the 3rd meditation of part 5 of awaken the light body and it introduced the 2nd light body center the Saha. They are 2 small spheres. 1 above and 1 below the navel. I guess that is what was causing the slight ache I was feeling in the central abdominal area from this morning onwards. Like in the central chest area I had been feeling a dull ache till I listened to the guided meditation dealing with the 1st light body center the Fullonia. Running the energies went very well. I switched to using a higher finer feeling energy while I was running the energies and also sending energy to the first 2 light body centers. All in all it went very well. The Fullonia first sent out a burst of energy like a long explosion then it was more quieter afterwards, but still with the steady flow of energy. With the Saha It felt like they were sending out a different type of energy. The Renawre cocoon feels slightly different, I think due to the addition of the Saha energy perhaps. All in all I think it went very well.

I think I'll try doing a bunch of short clearing sessions through out the day. With maybe 1 or 2 longer ones that last 10 minutes or longer. I'll see how that works. I'd love to get to the point where I don't need to clear anymore issues or blockages. I've already said my intent to the universe, or whatever, I don't want to clear forever, just whatever annoys me and more importantly, what I need to get back to my native level, whatever that is, during this incarnation.
During the times I feel no blockages or discomfort areas I'll do some clearing anyway, maybe to head off down the road blockages that may get to where I'm conscious of them so I deal with them before I do become conscious of them.

not sure if the society where the anthro dolphin incarnation was had money, but I do remember I was successful, at least somewhat public, and had a good home, not a mansion or a super expensive mansion, but a good home. I think the limits on my income at least for now was wanting to have a decently good life on a fixed income. not sure if it'll be for the whole life or just most of it. I'd like it if the latter few years, at least, things would loosen up and i can have more. Though given the choice I'd much rather go home instead.

From what I remember it felt like it got larger or something. the 2nd light body center, Saha, felt like they went up to golf ball size. it felt like the abdominal discomfort maybe was caused by the Sa, being small, about marble size and the ha being golf ball size already, so I sent the intent and visualization of it increasing in size to to golf ball as I sent love and light to that one. they both responded very well. Though I don't like Daben's way of switching quickly. I can do it myself afterwards and do my own pattern that I do best for me. Maybe part of why the Pieah seems sluggish is he doesn't spend much time there and each vocalization is pretty fast compared to the other light body energy centers.
At the end it felt like the Saha, was sending energy to the Fullonia, and the Fullonia was radiating a lot of light energy, and had increased in size to be larger then my chest. Also it felt like during the running the energies that my Ranthia, light body heart energy center, is larger still. The top being around the nose or under the eye level, and the bottom being the lower abdominal area, about where the hip bones are more or less, and like the 4th and 5th light body energy centers have either merged, started to merge, or are linked together. overall a very good experience. and I'm glad Daben does do that bit of having us come back gradually like he does going to the 7th light body energy center, then to the 4th, since it does feel like I go down pretty deep and do need extra time to return to my normal daily consciousness.

Not sure if I'll get 1 or 2 of the audio light body teacher's course. It may increase my knowledge of the light body stuff. They have 2 I think, but 1 of them as 12 meditations and the other has 24 for the same price. The price is more then the Awaken the light body course, so not sure if I'll get the one with only 12 meditations. But plenty of time to think it over and decide later.

It may sound funny but I do feel like I do really do understand the pod term of sharing. It's like I understood it intellectually, so to speak, but with more soul memories awakening, I REALLY do understand it. Like I said before it's not sex, it is sharing energy, affection, pleasure, intimacy, love (of various types), some of ones very being. Higher light energy, if one has that. Not that sharing with one who is over a lower development level, would do anything negative to one who is farther along. lower energy would get transmitted to a higher reflection, through the act of sharing. or so my soul knowledge says it would, due to the act of sharing, the intent is to share love, affection, ect. That results in higher energy. Hard to explain what I seem to know. Maybe I may not remember the full technical reasons yet. Or maybe I never looked into it since such details didn't interest me, and or I did look into it and it was so technical I said, nah, not important for me to know or study that.

Whatever issues were in my abdominal area have been mainly removed. I did a meditation where I lay back and relaxed with my eyes closed. At first I visualized scooping out from my abdominal with light and love pouring around and into, through and up into the area like a liquid. I visualized scooping out with a net and dropping whatever it was not a bucket that I would hand up to my divine self, and manifest at new bucket. After a while I would just hand up the net and manifest a new net.
it was some sort of hard substance, like rocks or marbles, then a gunk like a tangle mass. Then I got tired of doing this and visualized being on a table with the blue skinned Sirius woman I had had encounters with before and asked her if she could do something about this since I was tired of doing it myself. She had what I visualized like mechanical tentacle things reach in and pump light into the area, like a liquid and other things removed some stuff, like ribbons or something. Then she had to go pretty deep to remove some. One bit she said went very deep. After a while she stopped and it felt like what was left was the size of a marble an inch or 2 above my navel.
I did a short relaxation mediation and asked and she removed some more of it it seems. And after a bit feels like Nagi came and did some also, removing the rest it feels like. Nice to be clear of that.
Seems if I feel spots of very very mild something in my abdominal area I can just focus on sending light and love to those spots and they feel fine.

It's been about 30 minutes and I can feel a slight discomfort area about the size of the top of my fist above my navel. Not sure if it's due to the area being a bit sensitive due to all that removal that was done, and light being pumped in, and or if it's some deep issues that have started to surface since the other stuff was removed. In any case it does feel like the energy is streaming around my system better. Some of the extra energy may be Nagi doing stuff since I think she said to me she's doing some stuff. I do like this bit that we're merged, it feels normal, but I still have to get use to it. i guess it makes sense since I've been just me all this incarnation. Makes sense I'd have to get use to us being 1. Got a message from her, a humorous <You and me both.>
I do feel much better as a result of all that being removed. hard to explain, like my emotional and mental bodies feel better.
Also i think some of the streaming of energy may be from Nagi doing stuff, our energy flowing through me better with the stuff that was removed, and the newly activated light body centers of the Sa & Ha. Daben did say in the manual text that I read that the Sa Ha can produce a lot of energy.

Whatever issues were in my abdominal area have been mainly removed. I did a meditation where I lay back and relaxed with my eyes closed. At first I visualized scooping out from my abdominal with light and love pouring around and into, through and up into the area like a liquid. I visualized scooping out with a net and dropping whatever it was not a bucket that I would hand up to my divine self, and manifest at new bucket. After a while I would just hand up the net and manifest a new net.
it was some sort of hard substance, like rocks or marbles, then a gunk like a tangle mass. Then I got tired of doing this and visualized being on a table with the blue skinned Sirius woman I had had encounters with before and asked her if she could do something about this since I was tired of doing it myself. She had what I visualized like mechanical tentacle things reach in and pump light into the area, like a liquid and other things removed some stuff, like ribbons or something. Then she had to go pretty deep to remove some. One bit she said went very deep. After a while she stopped and it felt like what was left was the size of a marble an inch or 2 above my navel.
I did a short relaxation mediation and asked and she removed some more of it it seems. And after a bit feels like Nagi came and did some also, removing the rest it feels like. Nice to be clear of that.
Seems if I feel spots of very very mild something in my abdominal area I can just focus on sending light and love to those spots and they feel fine.

It's been about 30 minutes and I can feel a slight discomfort area about the size of the top of my fist above my navel. Not sure if it's due to the area being a bit sensitive due to all that removal that was done, and light being pumped in, and or if it's some deep issues that have started to surface since the other stuff was removed. In any case it does feel like the energy is streaming around my system better. Some of the extra energy may be Nagi doing stuff since I think she said to me she's doing some stuff. I do like this bit that we're merged, it feels normal, but I still have to get use to it. i guess it makes sense since I've been just me all this incarnation. Makes sense I'd have to get use to us being 1. Got a message from her, a humorous <You and me both.>
I do feel much better as a result of all that being removed. hard to explain, like my emotional and mental bodies feel better.
Also i think some of the streaming of energy may be from Nagi doing stuff, our energy flowing through me better with the stuff that was removed, and the newly activated light body centers of the Sa & Ha. Daben did say in the manual text that I read that the Sa Ha can produce a lot of energy.

4 NAGI [6-6] Sat.
Thought I would try to channel Nagi since I was able to recall the general details of a past life. In this case its my previous incarnation that I can recall. It was as an anthro dolphin race where I was a male.

So that is normal to happen? <Indeed. it is also that you can't recall the exact details. you'll find you'll recall over time. it is normal for it to happen.>
Ok. how about this being my last? <indeed, in the new timeline you wished to, for your final physical incarnation, to go the full gambit of from sleeper to being a monad level being. You feel tired of incarnating, and that is normal. You can say we are returning to our monad level of being, which is why we came together. We are returning to being 1 and being who and what we are in truth, though with changes. We have new experiences. Though of course we won't be stuck at 1 dimension or density. We'll still be able to travel to and from where we are. Likely never incarnating. I've not incarnated in quite a while. I have had no more interest in incarnating. You had a few, but you've lost that interest also, which is why we came together. you could say it's time to go home and become who and what we are. Though we'll still be able to visit and hang out with our friends, lovers, mates, ect if we wish. And the options are endless. >
So we are returning to what we were, the first part is us merging back into being one? <Actually the first step was you remembering what you were, the veil being fully removed, then realizing you, your soul are the same being. I was the 3rd or 4th step one could say. when you removed enough blockages, reached even balance with your twin flame, hard to explain that. that is why there is no intensity anymore and then it was time for us to merge back into one. Now we work on the remaining blockages, realizing more of ourselves, who and what we really are. The various light body courses you've picked out, though expense, will help a lot in that, making it much smoother and easier then it may be otherwise.>

Saturday [6-6]
I did do a 2 meditations when I awoke, a clearing blockages one and a violet flame one. These were quick ones and i assume they did do some good.

Looking over the Orin and Daben website there are other non light body courses that may interest me, but I"ll think later if I want to get those. Once I've finished the light body courses I plan on taking. Then I'll redo all the light body courses once more. This may take a year or year and a half. During that I"ll think about if I want to buy any of those courses or not. I'll be in a better position to know once I'm done with all the light body course, and even better I think once I've gone back over all the light body stuff at least once once I have everything finished.

I did the 2nd mediation for part 5 and running the energies was pretty meh. Not a surprise since it does happen that the light body energy centers are sluggish to respond. The Fullonia was much more responsive then the light body energy centers were. That I felt like a dullish ache at first but that gave way to waves of energy it felt like, long explosions, I saw 2 flashes of light during this, with my eyes covered and closed. Also towards the end it felt like the waves of energy became more relaxed maybe and constant with a feeling of peace and love type thing. Also It felt like maybe my light body heard and throat centers may be merging maybe. Not sure yet, maybe functioning more in harmony or unison with each other.
It does make me wonder if the dullish sorta ache I felt the few days before in the heart area was maybe the Fullonia starting to awaken or activate.

I do hope I get all these blocks and such cleared since I don't want to spend the rest of this incarnation clearing blockages. I'd like to spend at least the least few years with all my blockages cleared.
I think in addition to doubt, fear, and worry, which are not really major, unlike before, I seem to have anger/annoyance back. Not sure if that is what was buried and came to the surface as a result of my current development, if some of it was Nagi and those and some that I had became our blockages. they are minor compared to before. Though I do hope these don't take years to clear.

I did the changing your thoughts guided meditation and I feel immensely better. I also feel I understand the meditation now that I had missed the other times I listened to it.

I did the clear blockage guided meditation, the 5 minute one, and this time I picked fear. I do feel different, like some change did happen in my emotional and mental bodies.

Next I did a mixed of the non audio sub personality combined with changing your thoughts meditations, taking elements from each and combining them into a new meditation. This time I diffidently felt a, surge of energy, and or a surge of something. I think I hit on something since I did feel an inner
shift and surge of power, or some of my inner energy shifting to a higher light or higher vibration, octave or whatever the term is. Seems I figured out a unique thing that works for me.
I focused on doubt, fear, worry, and anger/annoyance, changing them to rational (belief, faith, patience) & inner power.

I asked Nagi that most likely future of any earth after this incarnation. and she said the likeliest is I may come back as a guide of sorts, channeled guide maybe. Incarnating she didn't see an any of the possible futures, so that is good.
I asked about our most likely futures and she said, kidding lots of sex. then more seriously, we have a lot of fun together, usually in 2 bodies, there are less probable futures where we decide to merge into 1 body, but those are far less likely then remaining similar to how we are now, in 2 bodies. Similar since the most likely futures are me not incarnating as being teh vast majority of the most possible futures. She then mentioned us having kids, nto sure if she was kidding, meaning the 2 of us. We can, but wouldn't they be aspects of us? Though I feel if we intend to create original souls we could though its' our energy. It feels possible that we could do that.

I did the 2nd meditation of 5th awaken the light body course and running the energies went very well this time. The centers were all responsive. Though like usual the Pieah seemed the lest responsive. maybe I should give that one more attention, running the energies just for that one from time to time through the day.
It did feel like my Ranthia, light body heart energy center felt like it swelled in size. It feels like now it is much larger. Like the top of it is around just below my nose, and the bottom is around where my belly button is. I wonder if what did earlier to try to clear some blockages and deal with issues helped it to swell in size. It does feel huge in size. The throat center feels like both it is sorta a separate light body energy center, but also like it may be partially merged with the light body heart center also.
the Follunia felt much more responsive then before. This time it felt like it every one of Daben's vocalizations had it respond with a long explosion or long burst of energy and the burst of explosion of energy went out to the Ranwaree cocoon, changing the way it feels and maybe filling the area within? The Renawre cocoon feels like it's around a foot or 2 away from this physical body.

I did feel some presences, well mainly 1 nearby with the feeling of some others not to far off. Guess more guards maybe. I do feel protected and safe, nice feeling.

I was Thinking earlier, what if, my new reason for here was to try to see if I can go full range from a sleeper up to my normal level as a monad level being. Maybe changed from the original personal mission since I was re-created or maybe not.
then a short time ago I had a sort of poof where I recalled some of my previous incarnation. It was indeed that anthro dolphin being that I had visited in a past meditation.
From what I recall he was doing something similar to what Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer are doing. Channeling, and having lessons for others. Though from what I can recall I could also remember it wasn't all just channeling like they do since I think there was no veil, unlike here on earth. Not sure if he helped with their transition from 4th to 5th density or was just there to generally do some teaching. I do recall I was at least somewhat successful then. Not sure if i was rich or not. Can't remember full details, just a general sort of thing. Not sure if it is normal to be able to just remember the general thing of a past life as clearly as i can or not.
I do still feel like I do want to go home. Though the feeling comes and goes.

Friday [6-5]
I started the 5th part of the Awaken the Light Body. Running the energies started off very slow but got good after a short bit. So better then usual when it starts off slow. Didn't take it long to get up to doing well. My light body heart center felt huge. It felt like the bottom of it was around the bottom of the rib cage or where the diaphragm is roughly, with the top of it around where the Addams apple or upper throat is.
Doing the first Light body center went well, the Fullonia. In the center of the chest. At first it seemed to respond only slightly to what Daben's vocalizations, but it did respond after a bit. There was some slight discomfort. I did feel after a bit like it was radiating some energy very slightly then it grew stronger in the waves of energy I felt it to be emitting. I could feel the tiny point in the center of the chest behind the breast bone. I look forward to how it'll do on the 2nd time I do this today.

I was thinking this afternoon, apart from being physically tired from walking around earlier doing something I needed to do.
I think once the blocks are removed we, Nagi and I, will be even more 1 being then we are now. What it means is we are 1 being, but due to the blocks we can't be the full being we truly are. Though I'm not sure if this reality, or my original soul contract may impose certain blocks. but we will remain 1 being in 2 bodies. I also feel after this incarnation is over we can decide do we want to continue being 1 being in 2 bodies or 1 being in 1 body. I feel this is just a matter of personal preference and not of which one is spiritually higher.
I think removing the blocks is what will allow us to become more and more of what we truly are. or I could say what I truly am since Nagi and I are one, fully 1 being. It is a great experience.
I feel that I would like to prefer to be 1 being in 2 bodies. Offers some nice fun, pleasures, options, ect. Besides just the we can have sex with each other, and express our affection ect.
Had a funny brief conversation. I asked her once this incarnation of mine is over, I think I'd prefer for us to be of 2 bodies, though we are 1 being. I felt her do a mental sort of thing of like tracing 1 of her fingers along part of my cobra neck hood as she said she would like that also. I guess for the reasons said above. I then asked, if we had sex, would that count as a type of masturbation and she responded, <let's try it and find out].> The feeling I got was not to try it then, but once this incarnation is over. Still I find that funny and laughed a bit.
Seriously though I do like the idea of us being 1 being in 2 bodies, even when this incarnation is over. I feel this is a matter of personal preference so either doesn't matter for spiritual development.

I keep something tied across my eyes both so I can block out the light to more easily relax, and to keep my eyes closed since my eye lids, or one of them, has a tendency to jerk a bit.
The Fullonia I also felt the waves of energy and I think once or so a burst of energy. So more responsive then before. I had a thought of wondering if Nagi experienced this also and I felt/heard her thought of <oh yes.> meaning she had experienced it also. I thought she would have, us being the same being now, 1 being of 2 bodies. I'm her heart and she is mine. We having 1 heart, 1 kundalini, 1 energy system and 1 being.

Channel 3 NAGI [6-4]
Decided to talk/channel the Female naga, Nagi, again. Looked it up and saw that a female naga is often called Nagi or Nagini, think I'll use the term Nagi, less letters.

Hello, how does the clearing of the blockages go? <every well. Though instead of focusing on just doubt I would focus, up to you, on doubt, worry and, fear, they are intertwined to a degree, but you do have the good idea of using the short meditation and adding in bits from the awaken the light body courses. I'll be working on clearing our blockages too. If we both do so It'll be done faster.>
And how about any grounding I may need to do? <you let me do that. I can do both that and clearing. You don't need to learn now to ground now that I'm here.>
Thanks. can you tell me much about the pod? <indeed I can, but to keep it short, they are dolphins, but not of earth origin, nor were they really ever. The bipedal dolphin beings you've remembered being in past lives are another species of a lower density who were created by, what you may call, splicing genes of the dolphin being and a bipedal species, one of which were used to create humans, which many played into that. but that tale can get complicated indeed. Some of us, have traveled to the anthro dolphin species you remember and taught them at certain intervals. You were one of those who helped in their last transition from 4th densit to 5th density. They have some contact with Treb's people now. You were quite well known there and could find yourself listed in history there if you knew your name then, but that is not important in this incarnation. The pod you are a member of, are of a much higher density then 5th so does some of the teaching at certain intervals. Though other beings do too. Including some of their own who have evolved individually.>
I guess like some teach the humans and raptors and others? <indeed, though compared to humans the raptors as you call them are few in number. They will grow over time. Though perhaps not as fast as humans, though the future is fluid and changeable. Some of us do go and teach them at certain intervals and times. I think now that you are where and who you are at your realization that you'll join me in doing that sometimes. >
The pod planet is a place some go for healing? <indeed, the planet is primarily dedicated to that, and there are certain crystal formations that help to amplify and focus the ability, certain modalities of healing that the pod uses. As you have gotten glimpses in past lives though not a primary healer you have helped out more in the group support type of thing that most pod members get some basic training in since your interest is in other areas, the healing thing is more of a hobby thing. There is also more then 1 density that the various pod members can travel to to do some healing. The anthro dolphins do something similar while using some technology and other techniques and have developed their own unique style, though they are on a 5th density of another world. Though only certain ones pursue this. the various options open to them being many indeed. >
So just how high are we really? <close to full monad realization. just do what you're doing, clearing, taking the light body courses, and other things that you may come across that interests you and you think of and we'll do fine.
