Feel like the message is from me. I guess more of my full self, higher self or something.
other me: Greetings. As you can tell, we've been getting some information from a variety of sources. Some more of the information you were told, some you remembered by accessing our memories, some our intuition was the source. some you came across through a variety of ways, seeing channeled sessions like today, and such.
me: I guess there is no conflict in that I'm from the angelic realms, not sure what the member of the angelic space & party means. But I guess means being an earth angel is an angelic being who is is here to help the earth and the human collective?
other me: indeed, that is what it means. and there is no real conflict. it can all be true, as you said.
me: So I can be from the angelic realms, but also be like the royal cobra type naga said, be from multi dimensional genetics, a unicorn, Sirius cetacean, a royal cobra type naga, royal positive alpha draconian, carian of an ancient royal lineage? Since being a planetary being or an angelic being are different levels of being?
other me: indeed that is true and it can all be true. Since as you said elsewhere, angels are not 1 set species and can be any number of species, as well as non species really. They are a level of being. Not better then a planetary level of being or an individual who incarnates on this or that world. Those could be from previous incarnations as well as what we were and what we inherited from our 'parents'. You do recall you were told before you've ascended past being specific species. The collective we are a member of are of like minded angelic beings, and others, who we counted as our family, friends, very close lovers. We do various things, some of which you can guess and yes, being an angelic being is a level of being. Though not higher then other levels of beings. it is the level that suits us perfectly since we ascended to that level and really enjoy it. We are active across a number of levels. We are among those who travel out to be active in various realms across various dimensions, planes, realms and levels of being. Though we do go back and spend considerable amounts of time at home too. Time being relative and non linear to us we can do any of this and the time it takes does not matter. We are continuing to grow and learn. as you know intuitively growing and learning never stops. Some may thing that the end goal is returning to source, but that is often those like humans who can't really conceive their non physical existence going on literally forever. Which it does. Though some do merge their expression of self fully into source. most do not do this. What some of this comes from is their thinking returning to source once the human expression of being is over is really their returning to their true self, choosing to merge back into it. Just that they do not fully comprehend what is going on at their present level of being. Though this will slowly change at levels that they are perfectly suited to as for as speed and degree of learning.
if you go looking for information just go with what feels right for you, or you can not do that and rely on your intuition and other internal sources, or a mix of these. Basically you've been told what we do. Primarily going out to help other worlds going through a shift or about to. We are often one of the first on, like wave 1, and often may or may not stay for the entire shift. With earth we're undecided. We may remain on this, well the other side to help since we're not really needed to incarnate after this one is over and really incarnating doesn't interest us as much as it use to. one of the perks, well makes sense really, is through doing this we do count some planetary beings and other such beings among our friends, lovers, and such.
SO yes angels are not just 1 species though some may think they are. It is a certain level of being. Like Gaia is, a different level of being then someone incarnated as a human not higher but another level of being. That is the more correct way to think of it. There are the angelic realms where we do have our home and do spend a great deal of time there. Though some may just say that is another series of dimensions, say dimensions above x are the angelic realms. but really it is another level of being. hard to describe in English. But that is close enough. So do spend a great deal of time there, but also outside the angelic realms. and the angelic realms are very varied, as varied as any other level of being realm is.
Things will become more clear over time. Just stick with what you are doing and rely on your intuition instead of just following what others may say since things are more varied and can be seen as more complex then what some on earth may suspect. Since for explaining in a 3d language certain things are left out and translating experiences to a 3d mind can also leave things out, some things can be varied or explained and understood.
There are many beings on many levels of being doing various things and it is not unusual for some to travel to various levels of being doing this or that or a number of things. Even sometimes just visiting to have a good time or a bit of fun.

We have experienced various things, incarnations, as multi dimensional beings. Some of these you have seen flashes of. some we have inherited form other experiences. We are angels indeed. The exact type matters not since it's not like this type of angel is higher then that one. it's about focus or personal choice, what do you want to do.
Also some focus to much on I'm a star seed. I'm an otherkin ect. When actually the exact details may be they are a mix of these an other things. say an unicorn who lives on a world of the Sirius system, or a merperson who does, they would be both otherkin and a starseed in that case.

Sunday 11-8
I had a dream last night. I don't recall if the dream was 1st or 3rd person. I think first. What I can recal was going into some small temple or shrine. It had what was called a snow hermit in it. He seemed very old. When he first saw me it was in the dark and said I was a seraphim and wanted me to come closer. I slowly did. For some reason I had my back to him and walked in backwards and then turned around, no idea why. He was very old. I went over to ease his pain and suffering and he died peacefully. No idea what the dream means. It's just gibberish stuff to me, as all the other dreams are. I doubt they are messages from the subconscious since I think if they were I'd know what they meant. I think dreams are just gibberish stuff. Maybe based on what you experienced during the day or random past memories, past dreams ect. or maybe it is all gibberish stuff.

Did something different different the first time I did the Release & recharge, but instead of listening to the audio cd for the 1st time like I would usually do since there was something going on called crystal healing & reiki meet up on youtube I thought why not have that playing in the background and I would do the Release & Recharge. I did it in a more freeform version. I think it lasted about 48 minutes where I was doing that, but it felt like only a few minutes. I was able to get myself into a very relaxed state, not deep but I don't know maybe focus 10 or whatever level it was at I have no idea. It went well. I did it starting off similar to the way Monroe does it in the audio cd but added in other stuff. The crystal healing thing was somebody sing various crystal bowls and glasses of large size as he used some device to lightly tap or rub them. I only saw this after I came out of my relaxed meditative state to see what was going on on the monitor screen. he did this while changing in some language, no idea if it was an earth language or one of those galactic language or just stuff he made up himself.
I did the usual removing things from my energy conversion box and releasing it go float upwards and vanish as I had before. but after a while I got an idea to have the universal or whatever you'd call it, sun suck what I no longer needed directly out of me and my apartment I live in while I was surrounded by a blinding intense light, though not one painful to look at but soft and easy to look at. Felt like I was half there and half in my body. I could feel it sucking out what I no longer needed, blockages and such. afterwards i felt, when I came out of the very relaxed meditative state, again no idea what focus I was at. I felt, hard to describe, much lighter, diffidently, better. Still have what feels like slightly to much energy in my head, but this may be from the resonance toning I do, heaving learned it from the earlier audios of The Gateway Experience, just a minor feeling, nothing major. I had the sun suck this up but it seems to quickly rebuild up to the level it was at before so maybe it's a normal thing.
early on I also got a mental image of a female avian. She felt Very female. and a lover or maybe mate or non exclusive mate, like maybe at the native levels we do lovers, but not mates since mates is more of an exclusive thing. Felt like there was diffident love between us like we are close lovers or something. Like she is diffidently royalty also. At our awareness and development level we are lovers yes, and love is love, but by ancient traditions it shows even more that we are both of royal linage since she'd not have a lover outside the royal lineages. Not that we or they do this really anymore, just this is according to ancient, old, traditions and is symbolic, but there is diffidnetly a lover type feeling of that is our relationship.
We could be mates, but the mate thing at our level and the planetary being level I'm active at, no idea if she is a planetary being or a non planetary being. But it feels like at our level we don't usually do mateships but we can, but for us that is a non exclusive thing and there is not a lot of difference between lovers and mateships. Just mateships is from an old ancient traditions of securing lineages and one's offspring is of these lineages. nowadays we, they, don't do mateships or if some do they are for ones who we feel are lovers yes, but closer then lovers or some may do non exclusive mateships for close lovers.
I also felt that my having 1 or more planetary beings as lovers or friend lovers, is not an unusual thing for me, or maybe for others like me, not sure on these details, just the general thing I did get. Also there are 1 or more unicorns involved that I may be friends, lovers, or something with, not sure on those details either. & diffidently got the feel of dolphins too.
no idea if the avian is connected to the avian race who created what some call the alpha draconians or not.

Though there are some who wonder all over and incarnate on many worlds.
now, there are beings such as yourself my son who does have multi dimensional genetics. being 100% of a number of species. in your case various reptilian and cetacean ones. Like for reptilian you are of my lineage and species, royal cobra type naga, positive of course, though positive in a balance way and not an extreme way. There are differences but we can go into this at a later time. you are also of another royal ineage, that of positive royal alpha draconian as well, or what this species is called on earth also. As I've said you were not made in a lab in an unemotional way. We did want to create a son and we wanted our son to have certain qualities. we can go into the details. you were made with love indeed. Some others were involved in your creation since you are of more then just 1 species or a hybrid between 2 species. your species are multi dimensional since we do have access to multi dimensional genetics, a thing few folks do go into or know of, on earth that is, and many do not bother with this, even those who do have access or the knowledge of this.

Royal alpha draconian, positive type of course, royal cobra type naga, unicorn, this was added in because of certain qualities that unicorns have, angelic and light of the higher planes, the exact details are unimportant. Also a certain avian species, that I'm sure you can guess my son. and I do use the term my son not cause in a general way since I'm a guide, but since I am also your mother also. not earthly, I've never incarnated on the earth, but I have been there physically, or a phsically as I can be said to have. Cadian. Indeed you do have one as one of your lovers. We are more, loose about things then those on the earth and , shall we say fully negative. there are those that can be seemingly negative but are not. But that is a, complicated and some would say controversial subject.
When they heard of our, project but you were not a project, but as we said made out of love since the 2 of us did want a son as I said with certain qualities. A cadian or 2, the details don't matter, did want to contribute. The thing with royalty is at our level isn't like some thing, oh look I'm so special. It's more of the type that we, some of us, may have higher knowledge or, some perceive us as having this when in fact at times we do and at times theirs is as high as ours, but some perceive us as having higher then them. We do the service to others, helping others, even if it's just helping them to realize their own knowledge is one they can access and is already there. But your specialty if you wish to call it that, among other things, is helping worlds going through a shift and to an extent the collective of that world. But usually not in an individual way, others help with that. yours is often the world itself and the collective in the way you are doing on earth. Some of this does lead to the planetary being and yourself becoming friends, or indeed lovers even. not a lot to tell about the 2nd time I did the Clearing and Recharge. I did it again without listening to the audio, on a whim, after waking up from my short nap. Thought why not do it today without listening to the audio. and it went ok. I did it similar to before, short resonating toning, taking some things from my energy conversion box, and some of it was me visualizing it being taken, sucked sorta, out of my aura & being, surrounded by bright solar light of whatever higher realm. Went well I thought. I could feel some positive changes.

I got a free reading from someone and interestingly they said I'm of the angelic realms and have a strong connection there, and some other things. Interesting indeed. There may not be a conflict since the way I see it angels and the angelic realm is a certain level of being, like planetary beings are, and individuals incarnated on a planetary surface. so hence 3 levels of being. So I could be those species, say angelic level of being. Since i would surmise that angelic beings could be various species and some no species maybe. Since that is a level of being , the angelic realms, instead of a set species. Just my take on it.

Saturday 11-7
had a dream during my 1st nap where I became lucid during it or partially lucid. In it some of the other folks in the dream were telling me that they had fears they are trapped incarnating on earth forever when they came here just to help with the shift. I even told 1 guy who said that that free will doesn't work like that and he said no, we came here knowing we may be stuck and trapped here. Though in the dream I didn't believe that that was how free will would work for those coming here from outside the system to help with the shift. Then he pointed at the sky and said look, that is the sigh they were looking for, a certain weather pattern. I awoke up a few seconds after he said that.
I think part of this dream was symbolic and I say I was partially lucid since I did remember some stuff and recalled I was dreaming but I didn't have access to my full memories and information that this me here does. Not usre if those others I were talking to were actual other beings or if they were aspects of my true self or aspects of myself, not that it really matters I guess. It did show me that I guess there are parts of me that feel they are trapped here but have seen signs recently that they/we/I am/are not trapped here. Also that I'm really not the sort that would enjoy incarnating on the earth and this me isn't the sort that would enjoy incarnating at all. The other parallel or past incarnations are likely ones that my true self has done but perhaps this me here has not done and indeed this should be my final incarnation, first too for this me here, since incarnating is not a thing I'm suited to. Some beings are, but I'm not one of them and there is nothing wrong with that. i'm sure there are an infinity of options for those who incarnating is not suited for or to. No diea if that means my true full self will stop incarnating or if it will still do so and just this me won't do it anymore. Though if I feel this way I'm sure there are other me's who feel the same and incarnating is not suited to them either.

Think I'll continue doing the 4th audio exercise of wave 1 twice a day, once listening to the audio and once not. Though after a while, maybe starting Monday or Sunday I may drop listening to the audio totally and just do it twice a day not listening to the audio. after that I may do it once a day or do the exercise a few times a week not listening to the audio.
anyway I did it for the first time today and it went well. I listened to the audio. I feel lighter. I went through a lot of stuff. Faster then Not sure what else to say. The info I seemed to have go to the surface is much like what I knew already.
I came here to help with the shift. a 1 time incarnation, with the agreement of no karma can build up, once this incarnation ends I'm out of here and gone. This me isn't the type to incarnate, though other parts of my true self may be. I'm not a human at the true species of what I am I'm a royal cobra type naga, positive of course from a higher plane and positive royal alpha draconian, but also Sirius cetacean and unicorn with the light from higher planes and some angelic light since my 2 parents did have a specific being in mind when they wished to have an offspring, create a new being, though I was made with love, the love that they shared and they didn't make me like a lab creation. they created me with the love they shared as well as wanting some who could help worlds going through a shift. Not sure if this is this me here or my true self they made. So that could be this me here, or my true self. I'm sure on the details, but I'm sure I'll get more details later. So all in all it went well I thought.
Though as I type this I get the feeling that it may be this me here. So part of my true self but not my whole true self? But not all of my trueself? Not sure if this is possible. I guess it could be. But would this make me an individual being if I have certain traits my true full self didn't have? Or am I a special case? i'm sure I'll get more details soon.
Though I do feel it is possible, and I'd still have the choice if I want to merge into my true full self or go more of an independent being.

The feelings I got was I was modified from my true self, and or a special project, adding some stuff or something along that. Again not sure of the details, but I do feel it was done with love. Maybe it was my true self that was modified and not just this me, or maybe it was just this me. Again I'm not sure on the details but I'm sure I'll learn more eventually.
Also something about certain qualities I have explain why some planetary beings are initially interested in in me like Gaia and I feel a Sirius planetary being from a Sirius system that has cetaceans, dolphins or mainly or a lot of aquatic sentients on that world.
again just general feelings or intuition. Not sure of the details.

I did it without listening to the audio and it felt like it went pretty much like it did before. though not as strongly as before. i guess since many of the issues were dealt with before. and the info I got or remembered, I've already posted about before.

Though I do have certain qualities or something that may initially attract or catch the interest of a planetary being, i do feel those I have relationships with is built on friendship, love, mutual interest, love. That sort of thing, & not sure if I am in relationships with planetary beings or who many or what types. Gaia, and an aquatic one, maybe one of the Sirius aquatic planetary ones in one of the systems maybe, or something like that. I feel there may be more, not sure. not that I'm bragging or think I'm better then others. That may be one of the levels or circles, or levels or being I am active in. just a question of interest, and focus, not one level of being is higher then another level of being.
and by relationship I don't mean like we're mates, or having lots of sex. There are different types of relationships and I feel things are much more open on the other side where I'm usually active. Some I'm likely lovers with, some others perhaps friends, some both. or being lovers may mean we're friends too. I'm sure I'll find out the details eventually.
I think part of this dream was symbolic and I say I was partially lucid since I did remember some stuff and recalled I was dreaming but I didn't have access to my full memories and information that this me here does. Not usre if those others I were talking to were actual other beings or if they were aspects of my true self or aspects of myself, not that it really matters I guess. It did show me that I guess there are parts of me that feel they are trapped here but have seen signs recently that they/we/I am/are not trapped here. Also that I'm really not the sort that would enjoy incarnating on the earth and this me isn't the sort that would enjoy incarnating at all. The other parallel or past incarnations are likely ones that my true self has done but perhaps this me here has not done and indeed this should be my final incarnation, first too for this me here, since incarnating is not a thing I'm suited to. Some beings are, but I'm not one of them and there is nothing wrong with that. i'm sure there are an infinity of options for those who incarnating is not suited for or to. No diea if that means my true full self will stop incarnating or if it will still do so and just this me won't do it anymore. Though if I feel this way I'm sure there are other me's who feel the same and incarnating is not suited to them either.

Think I'll continue doing the 4th audio exercise of wave 1 twice a day, once listening to the audio and once not. Though after a while, maybe starting Monday or Sunday I may drop listening to the audio totally and just do it twice a day not listening to the audio. after that I may do it once a day or do the exercise a few times a week not listening to the audio.
anyway I did it for the first time today and it went well. I listened to the audio. I feel lighter. I went through a lot of stuff. Faster then Not sure what else to say. The info I seemed to have go to the surface is much like what I knew already.
I came here to help with the shift. a 1 time incarnation, with the agreement of no karma can build up, once this incarnation ends I'm out of here and gone. This me isn't the type to incarnate, though other parts of my true self may be. I'm not a human at the true species of what I am I'm a royal cobra type naga, positive of course from a higher plane and positive royal alpha draconian, but also Sirius cetacean and unicorn with the light from higher planes and some angelic light since my 2 parents did have a specific being in mind when they wished to have an offspring, create a new being, though I was made with love, the love that they shared and they didn't make me like a lab creation. they created me with the love they shared as well as wanting some who could help worlds going through a shift. Not sure if this is this me here or my true self they made. So that could be this me here, or my true self. I'm sure on the details, but I'm sure I'll get more details later. So all in all it went well I thought.
Though as I type this I get the feeling that it may be this me here. So part of my true self but not my whole true self? But not all of my trueself? Not sure if this is possible. I guess it could be. But would this make me an individual being if I have certain traits my true full self didn't have? Or am I a special case? i'm sure I'll get more details soon.
Though I do feel it is possible, and I'd still have the choice if I want to merge into my true full self or go more of an independent being.

The feelings I got was I was modified from my true self, and or a special project, adding some stuff or something along that. Again not sure of the details, but I do feel it was done with love. Maybe it was my true self that was modified and not just this me, or maybe it was just this me. Again I'm not sure on the details but I'm sure I'll learn more eventually.
Also something about certain qualities I have explain why some planetary beings are initially interested in in me like Gaia and I feel a Sirius planetary being from a Sirius system that has cetaceans, dolphins or mainly or a lot of aquatic sentients on that world.

Got a message about the image I mentioned before.

Though you've never incarnated on worlds anywhere as dense as the earth is at present. you've never incarnated on a world under 5th or 6th dimension, with only a very few exceptions & not one anywhere as dense as the earth is. you plan was pretty much to lay off of incarnating totally once that one was over.
Most of what you've done, you personally and your full self, has done is helping others through a shift, your specialty has mainly been, more or less, focusing on worlds. There are other selves who focus on helping societies. Those are other parts of your full true self.
That's why Gaia has that special interest in you that she has.
Anyway after this incarnation, my son, your original plan was not to incarnate but to help from this side since with incarnating you had said you felt like you've done it all, of what interests you and incarnating didn't really interest you anymore. Friday 11-6
I did the 4th exercise of wave 1 today called Release & Recharge. Overall it went mediocre at best since after a while I kept having to move my left leg since I got that feeling of no idea what, to much energy, resonating, whatever it was, & there is no ignoring it once it gets past a certain level. I have to move my left leg. Very annoying. I got down to what I guess is focus 10 but due to that and the rest of my body having an odd sensation of like very thin needles being poked into it I would have to touch that body part. So at least half the exercise was done at what I guess is focus 1, 3 and 5. I still have some of the sensations now, but they are milder then before, which I'm glad of. no idea what is causing the sensations. the needles being jabbed into my skin happens at times when I'm starting to get to warm but not sweating type of hot yet, but it can also happen at random. Though usually not when I'm cold. No idea what the cause is. Think I may try the exercise again later without listening to the audio to see how it goes.
I did seem to get more info that I recalled. I am the son and a prince of a positive royal cobra type naga and a positive royal alpha draconian. No idea of the dimension but it is at least 6th or higher and we don't bother with exact specifics, which I can see why. don't need exact specifics. Also I am a Sirius cetacean and unicorn. I'm 100% all of these and not 25% this or that. it's multi dimensional genetics that allow me to be 100% of each of these, and the Sirius is not dolphin or any other specific species but a general Sirius cetacean so I can be any specific species I wish to be among the Sirius type of cetacean. I was created yes, with this in mind, using multi dimensional genetics. Not the right term but it's the closest i can say in English. Also they added in high dimensional light of various types, angelic being one of the types so I'd be a type of star also, though not of the same type as Sol is.

I was indeed meant to be their son, a royal prince of both of their lines & lineages, but they wanted a son with specific qualities and having high dimensional knowledge or friends and being master geneticists or having access to all this enabled them to do this. One could help worlds through shifts. Though we normally don't go anywhere near places as dense as the earth is at present or was in the 1960's. We usually focus our activities on dimensions & densities that are higher. maybe 5th dimension and up maybe, maybe with very occasionally to 4th, not sure on the specifics of this. maybe 5th is not common, just some missions or activities we do? again not sure on the specifics.

Thurs 11-05
I was thinking today that so I don't have these posts, which I doubt anyone's reading them, but so when I re read them I won't have to re read the negative stuff, when I do re read the posts, which isn't often but I do sometimes. but anyway I decided so I won't have to re read the negative stuff and to keep the negativity out I'll only post positive stuff from now on. Just a not to my future self if I do read this post.

I did advance focus 10 again to day, for the first time today. I tried an experiment that successfully worked. I did the exercise (listened to the audio) of this gateway exercise, wave 1 3rd audio, instead of like I have before where I was reclined in my sorta anti gravity chair, not really anti gravity but it was a good price and I liked the way it can recline. instead I moved it aside and pulled my fold up bed over in front of my desktop and lay on my back on the bed and did the advance focus 10 on that. I got where I was totally floating and really only aware of my breathing as far as physical sensations I'm going to try it again later today and see what happens. if it works around as well or better I'll do it like this from now on.

I did the advance focus 10 for the 2nd time today, 7th time overall across 5 days. Think I'm ready to move to the next one. the 4th exercise of The Gateway Experience called: Release & Recharge. Wonder what that'll be like. I'll find out tomorrow. I'll likely do that one just once tomorrow. Saturday & Sunday I may do it twice on each of those days, depends on how things go. As for today it went well. I got a mix of feelings. At times I felt a sort of floating feeling and at other times, most of the time really, just relaxed. one thing I did feel was a very powerful resonating from below my knees and a slight resonance above my knees. Glad none of it was on my knees since that would have really have made me end the exercise with needing to move my legs. I wonder what the cause of that is. I've been doing chakra clearing almost every day and it can't be that since I doubt my chakras would be that blocked up with me doing it daily for a week or week and a half. maybe it's just one of those mysteries of the universe.

You're doing very well and are doing very well despite what you've been through and experienced."
considering the conditions on the earth at present you could have been doing much worst then you are doing. You are in fact doing very well. I am your mother & for 1 I am very proud of you and what you have accomplished.

Her: "yes, a royal cobra type naga and your mother, if your true self. the human you are in at present is a vehicle, not your true self as you know. You know you are part of your true being, multi dimensionally and I'm your mother, yes a royal cobra type naga, and your father is a royal positive alpha draconian. one can say you have other parents since you are also a unicorn and a Sirius dolphin or cetacean as well, since multi demensionally one can have complete sets of genetics in a process as of yet unknown on earth, but as far as reptilians and our species are concerned we 2 are your parents and you are of 2 noble royal lineages. Though where we're from being a royal and a noble is not about look how better I am then you. It's about helping and assisting others, though only in ways you find fun and love doing. None of that you have to do this or that. just be yourself and do what you want and love doing. Earth will be like that one day. Sooner then later all of us here hope. but that'll happen all in its own time and the proper speed.

The light body courses are good but the gateway will give you a more firm and broader foundation if you focus on doing that first and some hemi-sync stuff that interests you and either when you're much farther in the gateway or once you've fully finished it, then if you still want, do some light body courses, but you'll find that most of them you either are not interested in or don't feel the need for. and that'll save you a great deal of money. an important thing where you are, but not here. but enough about here later.

Wed 11-04
I had some dreams last night. One was to me a nightmare. I've not had those in ages. it was about me being at my home, though not where I live currently. From what I can recall it was about a woman who stayed outside a bedroom window and I was in the bedroom for the part of the dream I can recall. She was laughing evilly and I felt very afraid of her. I then started to pray to god. I kept that up, no idea why I did in the dream. at first nothing happened then it seemed to start to work since I started to feel less afraid and she stopped laughing evilly and giving me an evil look. Though I did feel she didn't want me to do what I was doing. I awoke feeling very afraid though that did fade fairly quickly. I concentrated on asking archangels, angels, ascended masters, my 2 reptilian parents, reptilian guide, and unicorns for help. a bit overdoing it maybe but figured why not. I did feel the archangel energy and what may have been a few unicorns pop up. one of them said they'd look into it and if it was some other being they'd keep her away, if it was some aspect of myself that needed integration or something they'd give me any needed treatments while I was asleep. I did eventually fall asleep.
another dream or 2 I do recall a bit. I think it was me talking to either 1 or both of my true self's parents or my reptilian guide, not sure if it was 1 dream several or what. But from what I do recall I was talking to them about my creation and they did say they are master geneticists again. and though they said that while yes they are my parents since the primary essence, genetics, ect came from the 2 of them I also got I also have some essence of angel, unicorn and I think Sirius cetacean (not sure if they said dolphin, beluga or the details there) they did say the way it worked for me was I was say 100% royal cobra type naga, positive royal alpha draconian, unicorn. They said they wanted to create a being together that would be a son, but would haev also certain traits and got permission to do this. They didn't go into detail how they went about this and the details really don't matter. Anyway I think I do recall this. They are my parents though some others did aid in my creation, well me as in my true self that I'm a part of.

I did the advance focus 10 exercise today from gateway wave 1 for the 1st time today and not sure if I did well or not. My physical body was very relaxed but not asleep. I know it's called body asleep mind awake so naturally I assume your physical body should be asleep. If it's supposed to be just very relaxed and not asleep that would mean it's misnamed. So overall I'm not sure how to classify this. I'll just say unsure and my physical body was very relaxed. No idea if I got to focus 10 or not.

I did a hemi-sync guided meditation, a 22 minute abridged version for clearing and activating your chakras. I think it went well. it wasn't the first time I've been doing this. I've been doing this for roughly a week. I did the long nearly 1 hour one once. Think I may do it again this Sunday. I think starting Saturday I may cut back on doing the abridged version where I may do it only say twice a week. I'm thinking maybe Thursday & Saturday and I may do the long one Sunday. or I may do the long version Sunday, do the abridged version Thursday and a few other times do an abridged version of the abridged version on a few other days, not using the guided meditation. Maybe doing it across 4 or 10 minutes. I'll see how that goes next week. I doubt I'll need to do a chakra cleansing and activation every day. the first week maybe. But my chakras mainly feel fine. With maybe the heart and throat ones not being 100%, but they may be and it could be just my being overly critical and nothing need to be perfect. The gateway exercise on release & recharge may help too. I'll start that over the weekend or Monday.
I also got like a download on how my true self can be more then 1 species and still be 100%. I was shown the DNA helix, and it was explained to me by audio, or telepathy maybe. Imagine a full DNA helix, regardless of what it looks like, a complete fully functional one for each species that I am. These are extra dimensionally existing together. This is possible for beings such as myself to be. SO thus I can be 100% a cobra type royal naga, positive royal alpha draconian, unicorn Sirius dolphin & cetacean. Each of these is 100% totally complete and functional and all extra dimensionally in the same spot and all the species I am. making me equally all of these species at the same time.
Not so sure but think I got some other bits, something about me, a special project, a successful completion, fully stable. still totally their son and of both their royal lineages and heritages. with some angelic type light added in so I'd have the light of the upper planes as well as part of my being.

Think I got another info download or maybe it is that I naturally remembered more. This clearing and issues that come up is not a result of my sliding back or more stuff magically that I need to clear. part of it is stuff that I do indeed need to clear, but at least some of this, not sure how much, but at least some of this is helping to clear the human collective since normally I'd not be connected to it, but since I'm incarnated in this human body, wearing this suit so to speak, it connects me to the human collective, temporarily and part of why I'm here is to not just anchor in certain frequencies, but also to help clear some of the human collective while I'm here. Not forever, but for a certain amount of time. then the phase 2 will start, though there'll be a sort of overlap between phase 1 and 2. My clearing and coming to terms with certain things helps the human collective to be a bit more clear, while I'm here. Also phase 2 will be a mix of some helping groups of others to help themselves, to come to terms, and such, but also to some will help individuals on a more individual to individual level. There's going to be less and less need for me to be here. Since at least some, maybe all, of the phase 2 folks and the phase 3 being born or having been born, will hold and anchor certain frequencies just by their being here, but they needed certain frequencies to be anchored here in the first place before they could incarnate into the human body vehicles present here. Things will gradually change over time where vehicles will not be needed here anymore, by vehicles I mean the human bodies. There'll be an overlap period where you can have a human body or not. I'm not clear on the details but I don't need all the complicated details.
I also got that though they wanted a son they wanted me to be a herm so I'd have more freedom on the gender thing, being able to share as male or female, able to have more freedom having both genders or maybe since I have both it frees how I see myself. Not sure again of the details but I don't need the fine super details.

I did the advance focus 10 for the 2nd time today. it went ok for most of it. I was very relaxed, but towards the very end my left knee started to bug me. That was very distracting. I wonder why it does that at times. What I feel is hard to describe, a sort of resonating or energy in my leg around my left knee that only goes away for a bit of I move my left leg. that works for a short time. it can be rather distracting.

Doing stuff mainly left handed I find not hard, now that I've been doing it for a few months. I even fill out my checks left handed. My writing daily on the good things in my life is also left handed, except for now and then I'll do a quick right handed writing. My left handed cursive handwriting is better. though at times it can be sloppy, it can also be at times very neat.
As for my not having anyone to hang out with since my Thursday afternoon d & d gaming group switched to Friday nights. I don't mind. it was time to move on from that group. I think I'll try meeting some spiritual type people. That is really my primary interest currently. There are some meet up groups. Technically I'm a member of 1 group but the organizers as of last month disbanded the group, I guess since they can't get together, the 3 of them, Since they have very busy schedules. To bad, I really liked the group and the smaller size. There is another group that has over a thousand members that I may try to meet with since it's a large group and they are having some sort of large get together in a hotel that is about a mile from home on the 15th, so I can walk to that. With winter coming up I'll try that group. Maybe no other. There is another group or 2 I may try when spring comes. I'm more interested in that then in trying to find a gaming group. Unless of course I come agrees one of these spiritual groups that have some members who do some rpg gaming also on the side.
