I was thinking about a few things and how maybe some more of
my knowledge has popped up. While since I was 15 I've had a feeling I'd
live till maybe sometime in my early to mid 50's at most. While I
would likely miss certain aspects of being incarnated, maybe, I don't
know, maybe I won't. If given the choice I would choose to go home,
especially if they let me ask some questions. Though I suspect it would
be the true me, not this me typing this, who makes the decision. Also
it would fit in with my knowledge.
From what I seem to know it
seems that in a situation like the earth is in, a shift. there is a
group. Let's call them the 1st wave. They are all aliens, no native
earth humans. Their primary mission is to anchor in the energies so the
2nd wave can be born and to support and help the earth grid as well, or
whatever the planetary grid is called for that respective planet and
the solar system. I feel that in many cases they do not live to be
really old. maybe 50-60's at most.
Most of them, if not all,
don't like the earth since they are totally alien. a time comes when
the 2nd wave comes into their own and takes up the mantle. The 1st wave
folks are not needed as much and some, if not many leave. As time
progresses some earth humans start taking up the mantle with the alien
2nd wave folk. and with the 3rd wave that comes later,it may be more of
a mix of alien and humans.
I am sure I'd like it back home
better, and if there is the free will and manifesting then I can just
make my apartment, poof, and spend time in it like I did on earth. I
bet even watching the live streams I do now and youtube even maybe.
also I guess I can talk in the chats and to online friends, either if
they are not fully incarnated, talk to the part of themselves who are
not incarnated, my true family and friends, and other options. Though
I'm sure there are many many things to do and I may not have any
interest in the stuff I find fun to do here, or only some of them.
Though
I'm sure I may help with the shift from the other side, I would likely
not be around 24/7, but I'd come and go. maybe popping up once a week,
every few months or years or something & doing who knows what.
maybe channeling in some energy. Though being incarnated I'm streaming
it in 24/7 and since I'm incarnated I'm always streaming it here, as
well as maybe it gives it a frequency that helps the humans here. On
the other side maybe I can help earth the same or more, and the whole
system, if I do much with the earth shift. I'll decide once i've been
home for a while. I suspect I likely do a number of things. Not 1 at a
time.
I think the 2nd wave, primarily teach other aliens who may
be unsure, but especially native earth humans who are ready to start
taking up the mantle themselves. And over time it shifts so by say one
of the future waves, it's primarily native earth humans doing this,
which I think will be absolutely great. So I feel the 2nd wave is not
really focused on the planetary and solar system grid, unlike the first
wave who are focused more on the planetary and solar system grid.
though there likely are some 1st wave who are focused more like the 2nd
wave are, since they may be among those early folks who teach others.
So it's not a hard and fast rule. Plus the 2nd wave may be channeling
in some energy too.

PS: I looked up Hevisaurus and though I have no idea what they are singing since I don't understand Finnish, I do still like the few songs I've heard on youtube. I do wonder if on the other side if there is maybe some dino, and other species, who have bands of various types.

I did the Radiance: self exciting, building the light body guided meditation, 22nd one on the course for the first time today and it went very well. A bit different then before. I could feel some of the frequencies of energy had like combined or something, but there were still multiple frequencies. This time it felt like my Fullonia Cocoon didn't have a defined size or shape usually. I was both outside things as a point of consciousness, in some large body that had no defined form, or at least not really that I could feel or tell, as well as being in the body on earth, all at the same time, and I could shift where the majority or all of my main focus was.
It felt like the frequencies went through out the universe & perhaps to multiple since some of it was where the main body of me was and some was being sent into this universe as well as around this body also, and covering the whole universe.

I was just thinking a short time ago while I was pming someone. I do feel an inner sense of maybe it's time to move on, type of feeling. It may stem from before on the stuff I posted about. If I call them phases instead of waves, to avoid confusing it with the Indigo wave thing.
I'm part of phase 1, came here to anchor certain energy and frequencies to help with the shift. This is part of that, and we phase 1 folks anchor in certain energies and frequencies into the planetary grid, and maybe the solar system grid, maybe they are both connected. After a certain amount of time or the vibrations or something pass a certain point, the phase 2 folks can start incarnating here. Since they need a certain frequencies to be present. After a certain time, and I think the time is now, or maybe a short time ago or time to come. The phase 2 folks take up the mantle and do their stuff. The phase 2 folks are more focused on the planetary and solar system grid, anchoring in energies into that and certain frequencies into that. The phase 2 folks are more focused on the individual and groups, not much really on the planetary or solar system grid. Though they may anchor some frequencies and energies too. and some phase 1 folks may do stuff like the many phase 2 are doing. Eventually the phase 3 folks will come into their own and take up the mantle too.
it feels like all the phase 1 are all aliens. The initial phase 2 may be all or mainly aliens with some native earth humans taking up the mantle and as time passes a larger and larger percentage of native earth humans will be taking up the mantle till say 100 years from not it may be primarily native earth humans or some mix of them and non native earth humans.
Feels like my plan from the start was to be here for phase 1, maybe a bit of phase 2 till I wasn't needed then go home. maybe watch and help with the future steps of the phases from the other side maybe. I'll decide then. Not like I have to decide right now.
it feels like something has shifted between when I went to bed and early afternoon here. I can feel like something has shifted and I'm not needed here as much, or phase 2 is really getting underway and less of us phase 1 folks are needed, or maybe it's hit some critical point that has passed. not sure. Feels like the time to move on is either here or is approaching. No idea when or how. it may be that it's approaching and maybe who knows, weeks, months, years off.

I did the meditation for the 2nd time today. My mind was wondering all over the place so from a guided meditation standpoint maybe not as successful, but that is ok.
I was aware of myself as the indistinct formless being, at the same time large but large. Maybe in comparison this human body it may be large, but maybe back in my true form I don't see it as large since it is me. But also I was a point of consciousness at times.
My mind wondered to various topics, classic dr who. how do I feel if I had the choice to return to my true home permanently right now, talking to myself about those mixed feelings till I was in total agreement. Also that my sex drive and urges are at a high point.
It felt like I may have been bringing in 1 or a few new frequencies. My Fullonia cocoon felt like it had no distinct size nor shape, Like the outer later, border, membrane, or whatever you want to call it dissolved. Though I'm not surprised since Daben talks about imagine it do this in several of the meditations in this course.
Well not much else to write that I can think of. I'll type up some more if I think about it.
Did get the idea that maybe earth is under some quarantine that may be lifting, that is why maybe it feels like there is some no no about non incarnates who are not incarnated adding to the earth's internet at the moment. I may be wrong, maybe it's just cause it vibrates at to low a rate for it to be added to. or other reasons or a mix. No idea why that popped into my head earlier when it did, but it did.

103 MIX [Monday 9-21]
Me: so, My understanding is once this incarnation is over, which may be soon or very soon or not. I'll have a choice to either merge back into myself, or remain as an, extension I guess the closest term would be.
Full multidimensional true me: Yes, that is 2 of the main choices, including if you wish to remain as aware as I am, which is the default and the choice I would prefer, as well as other choices, but those are the primary 2. You could choose to, experience separation and be like your own being. I would prefer, well, you remaining, hard to put it into English, but the closest is an extension, another multidimensional me. I think you understand, and for you to remain as aware as I am and of yourself as me and me as you. us as the 1 and same being.
me: I think I would enjoy that as well. Being me, you, one being, the same being, but me as a multidimensional me, extension, or whatever the term is. English isn't any good for certain things.
FMD Me: Well, I would prefer that. there are, certain, benefits if you do choose that, that you would enjoy. Besides you would be as aware as I am since you would be aware of being me & me being you. Not the same as Sara and Sam. They are, let's use the term different personalities who we became one being with. We would be the same personality, and the same being. Just we can experience things like that.
me: I would like that. I guess I could do similar to the guided meditation, be a multi dimensional me, an extension, but I could also be fully aware of being you too?
FMD Me: indeed. That is one of your rights after all, free will being as it is. You have as many full rights as I do. and I do prefer it this way. Along with the benefits.
Me: You mean us being lovers, closer then lovers, that sort of things. The closest of friends, lovers, and so on. I guess your family, friends, lovers, would treat me the same since you and I are the same personality and being.

Me: indeed. I guess others do choose this option, instead of just merging into the main self.
FMD Me: some do and some don't. Some merge right away, return to being 1 in their entirety. It's different if say I am using separate bodies to say talk, hang out, or have fun with a few mainly members, be with Moondancer, hang out at another place, all at the same time. Like me doing 3 things in 3 different places. Since you are an incarnation and experienced conscious separation on top of that. You were not really separated, you just consciously experienced it, for a short amount of time. Till you hit 15. Then you contacted a mix of the soul you were using, inhabiting and a less aware aspect. it's complicated. It was, your higher self just to keep it simple, and your soul, mixed. Hard to explain.
Me: I do understand. and I am glad we both really prefer my being an extension, other us, and as aware as you are, full memories, knowledge and everything. As well as us being the closest lovers and friends.

Monday [9-21]
I did the 21st Radiance: self exciting, building the light body meditation today. Not many more days and I'll be done with this first pass.
This meditation went interesting. I felt my true form or body outside the universe. It felt at the same time, gigantic, formless and an indistinct form. Though it had some tentacles or it could have if it wanted I felt also. Though those could be the symbolic separate selves maybe, the multidimensional me's doing stuff at the same time maybe.
I felt a pull towards it and embraced it and the closest thing I can say is I melted or dissolved into it and became me. hard to describe. the Fullonia cocoon was outside the universe, larger then the universe, but also contained the whole universe including the earth solar system as well as the other frequencies I could feel also.
The formless form or whatever it was that was maybe the true me or body was in a place where I could see what were like portals, each portal was to a different universe, including this one. For this meditation I was either a point of consciousness or this immense gigantic formless form being. or both. Felt like I could poof have a form, the point of consciousness but I decided nah, I'll remain like this for the rest of this guided meditation.
Overall an interesting experience.

I do wonder how humans stand it. Being in such limited bodies. Feels like I'm in a suit that is at least several, or more, sizes to small and in a straight jacket that is also at least several sized to small, and forced to live a linear existence in 1 set form and 1 set gender with various other limitations on such a savage world where they kill each other, fight, steal, ect. though earth does have it's fun points, it is really a limited very dense, savage barbaric world. I do hope this changes over the next few thousand years to a 4th density world. I would wonder how the native earth humans can stand it, but I doubt they know what is really out there. Someday they may, but when, who knows, and they may learn more of themselves one day, one day perhaps.

The tentacles were not tentacles were actually different selves, multidimensional incarnated, or that was my understanding of it. I had no distance form. hard to describe. It was like a wall, with lots of small squares and each square was a different time, location, planet. like time was all laid out in front of me as a wall of squares, so to speak. I dwelled outside of time. And some of those were incarnations. That was the extensions. Each one that lead into a square was a separate time and location and or world. For those of me that were incarnated they were embedded inside time, living a linear existence, or as much as each one had to. I would guess some less dense places were less forced linear existence. Earth being a firm locked linear one.
This incarnation is meant to last till the 2nd wave comes into their own and takes up the mantle. Not for the whole shift nor the whole lifespan. I was both this being, but also myself. I did my Fullonia for the entirety of this universe as well as all the frequencies of energies. The full me also did the Fullonia light/energy and all the frequencies, but he/I did it at the entire wall of images, with the intent of it going to every one of the ones I was incarnated into.

102 LUGIA [sun 9-20]
Me: I was just wondering if my neighbors of the past and present all playing loud music is a lesson i'm missing or something else.
LUGIA: no dear, it has nothing to do directly with you. Some of them are just inconsiderate of others, many earth humans are like that sadly. Also some of it indeed may be also caused by either your energy has an effect on them they dislike, since they either don't want to go through the shift, or don't like to deal with what makes them uncomfortable, even if it is for their greater good, so they use music to keep them in the old patterning and resonance they are use to.
the reason the music has an effect on you like it does is you are totally alien to the earth and some music just has an adverse effect on you due to it's vibrations or resonance, which many enjoy since it flows along with either their current resonance or it keeps them there, where they are comfortable instead of then growing and expanding. Their higher selves may set up things so they move near you to help them, but they may not go along with it and the music counteracts that, delaying things and keeping them where they are comfortable, delaying when they will choose to grow and expand, which they will choose sooner or later, if not this incarnation then another, if not on this world then another.
as we've said before, you do not need to be perfect. some us, most if not all of us really, do get annoyed and such at times, we do have emotions here, just they are not polarizing nor as extreme as found on the earth at present, nor as low vibration or resonance as found on the earth.
Due to your alien genes, and the fact you are an alien yourself, totally alien to the earth and that density, many many things will bother and bug you. Especially since this is your first time there and you intended be there for 1 incarnation only then back home, with the intent to never incarnate again. You've incarnated many times and it's really started to loose totally all appeal to you. You only decided to incarnate on the Earth due to the earth's shift being special for certain reasons and they were reassuring you'd not accumulate any karma & certain rules were in place where you could not. you could go in for 1 incarnation and that is it, never again.
We are also over seeing things and applying some, pressure, shall we say, not the right term, but just keeping looking over their shoulder to ensure they deal appropriately with your exit points and they are greenlit so you can return home here to your true home, as soon as possible once your primary mission is concluded and not stay any longer then necessary. Things on the earth may still be in a mess, but things are improving and will continue to do so.

Lugia: well dear you reached more of your true being, the formless larger then the universe. Think of it as reaching up steps. You went through several steps in one meditation. As one grows and evolves they experience themselves as expanding. till their true body is larger then the universe, outside it. and if they choose to move upwards they go through their form dissolving, or seeming to dissolve and they are formless, a sort of formless form. It's really hard to describe but you have done the best that any of us here could have described it dear. Quite a nice accomplishment. You've reached more of your true self. Touched and experienced more of your true self, congratulations, quite a nice accomplishment really. You should be happy indeed.
And as some of us have said. Really what you are doing is uncovering and reaching more and more of your true self. It obviously helps you, but also helps the others incarnated on the earth since you are plugged into the earth grid, for the moment since you are incarnated there, and you clearing yourself, purging, dealing with what you needed to deal with, not very much since you are not a native earth human but that is your first incarnation, that nevertheless does help others there in the same way, as does reaching more and more of your true self. This will help others, especially when more of the earthgrid is plugged into the, what some may call, the galactic or universal grid. Though we, many of us, do wish this could be plugged in poof, there is a safe speed range and the set speed is dictated partially be Gaia and partially by the native earth humans. Though the being plugged in is happening since Gaia wishes it to happen and to go through the shift so it will happen, it's just a matter of when and what speed.
We all do wish it would go faster, the faster the better more on earth would be helped more, but there is a set speed it can happen at, as we've said before.

LUGIA: indeed, though we are not sure of the exact time table, your primary mission should indeed be wrapping up soon, we hope very soon but can't be fully sure on the exact time table. Once that is reached then you should be able to return home here and be fully among us again once more. We all look forward to the day when you are fully among us here, your true family, as well as some of your lovers and friends here. Some of them not being members of the family such as the few that you consciously know of having met them. You are becoming yourself, more yourself all the time. it is a great thing, opening up, awakening, to more and more of your true self. Continue doing it. You even experienced a type of formlessness earlier in the guided light body meditation, great indeed , and congrats again. I knew you would do that. Just go with what feels right inside yourself. a day ago you were native to say 5th density, at least as far as your current awareness, things are progressing well and you're becoming even more aware of your larger true self that is beyond 5th density.
there comes a time, when the other selves merge back together. You've reached that point, or stage. Since it's not poof all at once for most. Most, especially in a dense place like earth, experience this happening over time. Go along with it. Things are going great.

You are multi dimensional and have experienced it a bit indeed. and you are aware of being formless or partially formless, hard to describe. You have also experienced some other selves merging with you. Though they see it as you merging with them, in a way. Doesn't matter since you are all the same being, parts of the same being. There comes a time, that you have reached, where it's time for you to merge with your various selves. The reason for this is you are becoming aware of the various you's that are out there. matters not if they are past or current incarnations. Just they are other you's, or aspects, again the exact details don't matter. You are becoming aware and experiencing your true nature and true being. That is the important thing. The key thing. Keep up the good work as you are doing, you are doing great.
When you soon return to us here, we'll all celebrate. plus you'll have a choice. If you wish to merge with your true self, or you can remain as you, a multi dimensional you with full memories and awareness of being the true you, an extension of your true self. but that is for when you are here among us and there is no need to choose now or then. LUGIA: no dear, it has nothing to do directly with you. Some of them are just inconsiderate of others, many earth humans are like that sadly. Also some of it indeed may be also caused by either your energy has an effect on them they dislike, since they either don't want to go through the shift, or don't like to deal with what makes them uncomfortable, even if it is for their greater good, so they use music to keep them in the old patterning and resonance they are use to.
the reason the music has an effect on you like it does is you are totally alien to the earth and some music just has an adverse effect on you due to it's vibrations or resonance, which many enjoy since it flows along with either their current resonance or it keeps them there, where they are comfortable instead of then growing and expanding. Their higher selves may set up things so they move near you to help them, but they may not go along with it and the music counteracts that, delaying things and keeping them where they are comfortable, delaying when they will choose to grow and expand, which they will choose sooner or later, if not this incarnation then another, if not on this world then another.
as we've said before, you do not need to be perfect. some us, most if not all of us really, do get annoyed and such at times, we do have emotions here, just they are not polarizing nor as extreme as found on the earth at present, nor as low vibration or resonance as found on the earth.
Due to your alien genes, and the fact you are an alien yourself, totally alien to the earth and that density, many many things will bother and bug you. Especially since this is your first time there and you intended be there for 1 incarnation only then back home, with the intent to never incarnate again. You've incarnated many times and it's really started to loose totally all appeal to you. You only decided to incarnate on the Earth due to the earth's shift being special for certain reasons and they were reassuring you'd not accumulate any karma & certain rules were in place where you could not. you could go in for 1 incarnation and that is it, never again.
We are also over seeing things and applying some, pressure, shall we say, not the right term, but just keeping looking over their shoulder to ensure they deal appropriately with your exit points and they are greenlit so you can return home here to your true home, as soon as possible once your primary mission is concluded and not stay any longer then necessary. Things on the earth may still be in a mess, but things are improving and will continue to do so.

Sunday 9-20
Didn't get as much sleep from my nap as I would have liked. I had a neighbor playing music where I could hear it. put up with it for about 40 minutes before it started to really bother me, but it did keep me from getting to sleep. I finally got at most 20 minutes when I turned on a fan I keep near the bed area, and put in an in ear earphone. Only one side works but that is ok. The thing is even that didn't work since some of the beats still got through all that. but it was enough were eventually I did get to sleep. Though I'd guess At most I only get 15 or 20 minutes of sleep.
I do wonder if this is some lesson for me that I'm totally missing, or if it's just the other person. Since for a long time, about 10 years, maybe 15 years, I use to have one neighbor after the other who all played very loud music. at least 1 neighbor and in some cases 2 neighbors. I wonder if it is something I'm missing, some lesson for me that I'm totally not getting or if it's them.
I had a nice break of I'm not sure how many months of no neighbor playing loud music, and one of them has started doing it a bit here & there intermittently. Sounds like they are still playing it, about an hour and a half after they started.

I did the 20th meditation of Radiance: self exciting, building the light body and i regard this guided meditation as a total failure. It may be due to the after effects of the music from earlier. while there was a flow of energy it was feeble and it quickly died to nothing. The fullonia light I could feel a moderate amount and the Vee light energy I could not feel at all whatsoever. not to mention I still have no idea what Daben is talking about when he talks about going under. it is all gibberish to me.

I did the meditation for the 2nd time. 30 minutes early, but figured with my messed up schedule and after a brief nap I was feeling better so why not go ahead of schedule. Things went much better, but took an unusual turn.
At first it went as normal, with me able to feel the energies pouring out form all directions and the different frequencies of the energies having each their own feel. Can't see so no idea what they look like. and as before I at first imagined them & the Fullonia cocoon larger then the solar system. But this felt constricting, so I instead just did the intent of it being the size of the universe, and the energy pouring from my body and going everywhere in the universe.
Then sometime around when the Vee light body center was brought ito play, a bit before really I think as I recall. I felt the Fullonia & light body cocoon outer layer dissolve. Then it felt like the Fullonia and light body were expanding, I think around this point the Vee light body center energy was brought in. It felt like at first my light body, Fullonia cocoon were expanding till at one point this universe could no longer contain it and it was outside the universe, larger then the universe, outside it. Then it all dissolved away and I was left with a type of formless body or formless form. hard to describe. Felt like the Vee light body center energy helped to accelerate this. Being in the formlessness or formless body, whichever it was, that felt right, much more relaxing, more like either the real me or I reached a new level.
All in all it went great.

I see you've learned some things from and gotten closer to Fred as well as the you that you've been talking to and yes, as you know, time is fluid enough that you can alter it like that, your own personal time.
Things are progressing well, and things will continue to progress nicely for you as well as the shift. There are many who do want the shift to progress for the earth. Some of them in fact want it to progress faster then it is, but there is a safe speed. Within this speed there is a margin where it can be slow or faster. Though it can't be done poof, though many do wish it could go poof. I do wish it could go poof. Despite that it is progressing very well indeed.
You are growing and expending very well and nicely. We're here all so very proud of you, your growth and accomplishments, not to mention being brave enough to weather incarnating on the earth since it is a special case. For those who refer complexity, there is more then enough to find to satisfy them. Though we do prefer to keep things simple.

100 7th Density me [9-19]
Me: why was I so sluggish getting up from my nap and just went back to sleep and found it very hard to get up till I asked you for some energy?
7th density me: It is for several reasons dear. one of them is you don't always breath to well while you sleep. one of the reasons you keep waking up, and it's also a possible reason for some exit points.
Also that 3rd density energy there does no good for your 4th density body and with a not very good sleep, well it's not always properly recharged. and the shift does aggravate some of they hybridization problems. So not for any 1 reason. The energy you felt me send you was a mix of proper let's call it 4th density, very upper end, and some 5th density energy. 4th density energy is all your body need, think of it as a type of light energy, but mixing in 5th density light energy is more proper for you at your present level, and it does have other beneficial effects then if I had sent you just pure upper 4th density energy. lower 4th density energy would also work, but it is a difference of like food that tastes plain but is nourishing, and good tasting food that is just as nourishing, and mixing in the 5th density energy is like that same meal with rare hard to describe flavors that enhance the taste, as well as the other beneficial effects you may not be conscious of.

Me: so will I forget my incarnation here once I return home and will I loose the progress I've made here?
7th d: Well, very likely you'll remember some of it. Say the bits that have emotional impact. Some do not like 3rd density at all and prefer to totally forget it once the incarnation ends. That is how most who incarnate on very low density from where they are from, prefer it. As for your progress. think of it as you are uncovering your true real self, as far as the circuitry there of the grid can support. Part of it is not just poof you becoming your real self. Being so dense there it takes certain things, and the current gridwork only supports up to a certain point. That's why certain things one finds unable to do there. Though some of that is changing with the gridwork being reconnected. Though it can be done only at a certain rate. There is a safety margin and within that certain speeds, so it can't be poof 4th density earth. Currently it can support up to a certain level let's say. Once your incarnation ends soon or very soon. That puts you out of the gridwork and let's say back where the only gridwork you'll be plugged into is that of the collective of your true family, which you'll fully flow back into your true self. Depending on how you pass over you may need a very short rest, like a short nap or like sitting in a chair and half dozing. Not much. less maybe, depending how aware you are and how you cross over. Believe me it'll be soon and at worst not to unpleasant. at worst, depending on the exit point and method, any pain will be short term,not like some other method of crossing over that let's say won't be mentioned here.

ME: So once my incarnation ends, whether it is soon or very soon, or a long time from now, I'll soon be there be among my true family?
7th density me: It won't be a long time,I promise dear. things are changing where others are taking up things. So there is a transition where the next generation is taking up things, as was the plan, so the primary mission and reason you incarnated will be ending. the exact dates for these can't be given. Since the shift is well under way, the earth grid is being re-connected. Not like it'll happen tomorrow. and not next week likely. Though your family does wish you could experience at least a bit of the 4th density earth, due to all the work you've put into helping it come about, though much of it was not what you were conscious of doing, the clearing of the mass, anchoring in certain frequencies. They wish you to experience it, for a bit, as a reward for the work you've done, and certain others too. Depends on the exit points though and how fast the shift can progress. Though soon and very soon doesn't meed a few days or next week.
Work on your faith and doubt. this alone wil help a lot. not that you have to crush it. just when you realize you have experiencing it switch out of that thinking, and continue to write down your affirmations like you've been doing. i did sneak in a message while you were doing that. when you sorta fased out of things while you were writing.
I'll also continue with the energy merging, as you requested. It'll help in some ways you are not conscious of, but the things you will notice is certain things will be easier, like you becoming more aware of your true self, who and what you are, your origins, reasons for being, and things like that. More of that will bubble up to the surface faster and easier, let's say, as well as you becoming more of your true self, as much as you can on the earth. You are doing great and things will be going much faster here on out, for the remainder of your incarnation, fun, easy, and the like. continue being relaxed and trying to have fun.
Part of the doubt isn't you, part or a great deal of it is as a result of the denseness where you are and also some other folks who have a lot of doubt. that adds a bit of a flavor or tint to the energy there. just do as you've had suggestions and you are doing and you are doing great. one doesn't need to be perfect really , especially while incarnated on the earth. Believe me, you are doing great as is and soon or very soon you'll be fully home here among us.

me: actually, if you are say my future self, the way time is fluid. if you continue to merge energy with me. I could be kickstarted and instead of being my future self, you could become my true present self, is that not an option available to me and you?
7th density me: indeed, it is an option available to us both. I didn't want to say anything since I was waiting to see if you would think of it yourself. So what do you say, or do you prefer your 6th density self.
me: Well if you are already here, I'd choose you, since you are here. and if it does help me to jump over a few densities, that certainly wouldn't harm anything.
7th: indeed so if you do wish, I will accept. It'll be great, and is certainly an option, though the earth gridwork at present doesn't support 6th density, let along 7th, you can still benefit from this, though you may be largely unaware, unconscious of this. Though you may well notice certain, changes and benefits.
me: I do accept. Though it may effect you also, you going ahead faster since I got to the 7th density faster. But let's just focus on things. So would I notice any changes in the future?
7th: You may notice some, awareness. You may find you understand things more. the main changes you'd notice when you return home here to be with us, and decide if you wish to merge with me, remain separate, your own being, and still a part of the family, or a situation where we are like you and Sara and Sam. Lots of options. Lots.
at the least this will help you to clear out more, be more of your true self, more of your knowledge and understanding to bubble to the surface. In short help you to become more of your true self. Especially the true self the current state of the gridwork there will support.
This is the main effect you'll consciously notice since being incarnated there you are plugged into the earth system gridwork, which supports only up to a certain point. That'll change as the shift continues and in the ages to come as the earth system progresses and grows upwards.
the other effects you may not noticed till you are back home, or on your way back home. No biggie. Just be yourself, true to yourself and things will continue going great. You are being true to yourself even if you are not aware that you are doing so. Things will continue going easy and great for you, they will.
7th density me: It is for several reasons dear. one of them is you don't always breath to well while you sleep. one of the reasons you keep waking up, and it's also a possible reason for some exit points.
Also that 3rd density energy there does no good for your 4th density body and with a not very good sleep, well it's not always properly recharged. and the shift does aggravate some of they hybridization problems. So not for any 1 reason. The energy you felt me send you was a mix of proper let's call it 4th density, very upper end, and some 5th density energy. 4th density energy is all your body need, think of it as a type of light energy, but mixing in 5th density light energy is more proper for you at your present level, and it does have other beneficial effects then if I had sent you just pure upper 4th density energy. lower 4th density energy would also work, but it is a difference of like food that tastes plain but is nourishing, and good tasting food that is just as nourishing, and mixing in the 5th density energy is like that same meal with rare hard to describe flavors that enhance the taste, as well as the other beneficial effects you may not be conscious of.

7th d: Well, very likely you'll remember some of it. Say the bits that have emotional impact. Some do not like 3rd density at all and prefer to totally forget it once the incarnation ends. That is how most who incarnate on very low density from where they are from, prefer it. As for your progress. think of it as you are uncovering your true real self, as far as the circuitry there of the grid can support. Part of it is not just poof you becoming your real self. Being so dense there it takes certain things, and the current gridwork only supports up to a certain point. That's why certain things one finds unable to do there. Though some of that is changing with the gridwork being reconnected. Though it can be done only at a certain rate. There is a safety margin and within that certain speeds, so it can't be poof 4th density earth. Currently it can support up to a certain level let's say. Once your incarnation ends soon or very soon. That puts you out of the gridwork and let's say back where the only gridwork you'll be plugged into is that of the collective of your true family, which you'll fully flow back into your true self. Depending on how you pass over you may need a very short rest, like a short nap or like sitting in a chair and half dozing. Not much. less maybe, depending how aware you are and how you cross over. Believe me it'll be soon and at worst not to unpleasant. at worst, depending on the exit point and method, any pain will be short term,not like some other method of crossing over that let's say won't be mentioned here.

7th density me: It won't be a long time,I promise dear. things are changing where others are taking up things. So there is a transition where the next generation is taking up things, as was the plan, so the primary mission and reason you incarnated will be ending. the exact dates for these can't be given. Since the shift is well under way, the earth grid is being re-connected. Not like it'll happen tomorrow. and not next week likely. Though your family does wish you could experience at least a bit of the 4th density earth, due to all the work you've put into helping it come about, though much of it was not what you were conscious of doing, the clearing of the mass, anchoring in certain frequencies. They wish you to experience it, for a bit, as a reward for the work you've done, and certain others too. Depends on the exit points though and how fast the shift can progress. Though soon and very soon doesn't meed a few days or next week.
Work on your faith and doubt. this alone wil help a lot. not that you have to crush it. just when you realize you have experiencing it switch out of that thinking, and continue to write down your affirmations like you've been doing. i did sneak in a message while you were doing that. when you sorta fased out of things while you were writing.
I'll also continue with the energy merging, as you requested. It'll help in some ways you are not conscious of, but the things you will notice is certain things will be easier, like you becoming more aware of your true self, who and what you are, your origins, reasons for being, and things like that. More of that will bubble up to the surface faster and easier, let's say, as well as you becoming more of your true self, as much as you can on the earth. You are doing great and things will be going much faster here on out, for the remainder of your incarnation, fun, easy, and the like. continue being relaxed and trying to have fun.
