Me: Anything you want to say?

Lugia: not a lot dear.  Except that you've been doing very well.  We're learning a lot through you and you've made impressive improvements, not counting the new self you have been talking to.  We do wait your soon return to us here, your true home. 

Till then it may be a good idea to treat each day as your last since it'll put a much more positive spin to the day, but also one day it will be. 

I see you've learned some things from and gotten closer to Fred as well as the you that you've been talking to and yes, as you know, time is fluid enough that you can alter it like that, your own personal time. 

Things are progressing well, and things will continue to progress nicely for you as well as the shift.  There are many who do want the shift to progress for the earth.  Some of them in fact want it to progress faster then it is, but there is a safe speed.  Within this speed there is a margin where it can be slow or faster.  Though it can't be done poof, though many do wish it could go poof.  I do wish it could go poof.  Despite that it is progressing very well indeed.   

You are growing and expending very well and nicely.  We're here all so very proud of you, your growth and accomplishments, not to mention being brave enough to weather incarnating on the earth since it is a special case.  Though you did plan that on being your last incarnation. Your last incarnations have been to primarily help others on their shift.  The one before this being the one that you recall, the anthro dolphin type being.   As you've been told you've long sense lost interest in incarnating.  You still do like to visit some places that are 4th density, totally different then the 4th dimension.  As your self that you were talking to earlier said, a density as we, and he, classifies it, covers many dimensions.  We prefer this since it is far safer.  For those who refer complexity, there is more then enough to find to satisfy them.  Though we do prefer to keep things simple. 

You'll love things here once you get back home here, your true home with your true family, though you do enjoy visiting other places, as many have said and you've figured out. 

Not a lot to say.  I just wanted to pop in, so to speak and say a few things.  You're doing great, things are going great for you and the earth at the moment and things will grow better over time over the future.  We'll talk again my son, and lover, we will indeed.
