Didn't get as much sleep from my nap as I would have liked. I had a neighbor playing music where I could hear it. put up with it for about 40 minutes before it started to really bother me, but it did keep me from getting to sleep. I finally got at most 20 minutes when I turned on a fan I keep near the bed area, and put in an in ear earphone. Only one side works but that is ok. The thing is even that didn't work since some of the beats still got through all that. but it was enough were eventually I did get to sleep. Though I'd guess At most I only get 15 or 20 minutes of sleep.
I do wonder if this is some lesson for me that I'm totally missing, or if it's just the other person. Since for a long time, about 10 years, maybe 15 years, I use to have one neighbor after the other who all played very loud music. at least 1 neighbor and in some cases 2 neighbors. I wonder if it is something I'm missing, some lesson for me that I'm totally not getting or if it's them.
I had a nice break of I'm not sure how many months of no neighbor playing loud music, and one of them has started doing it a bit here & there intermittently. Sounds like they are still playing it, about an hour and a half after they started.

I did the 20th meditation of Radiance: self exciting, building the light body and i regard this guided meditation as a total failure. It may be due to the after effects of the music from earlier. while there was a flow of energy it was feeble and it quickly died to nothing. The fullonia light I could feel a moderate amount and the Vee light energy I could not feel at all whatsoever. not to mention I still have no idea what Daben is talking about when he talks about going under. it is all gibberish to me.

I did the meditation for the 2nd time. 30 minutes early, but figured with my messed up schedule and after a brief nap I was feeling better so why not go ahead of schedule. Things went much better, but took an unusual turn.
At first it went as normal, with me able to feel the energies pouring out form all directions and the different frequencies of the energies having each their own feel. Can't see so no idea what they look like. and as before I at first imagined them & the Fullonia cocoon larger then the solar system. But this felt constricting, so I instead just did the intent of it being the size of the universe, and the energy pouring from my body and going everywhere in the universe.
Then sometime around when the Vee light body center was brought ito play, a bit before really I think as I recall. I felt the Fullonia & light body cocoon outer layer dissolve. Then it felt like the Fullonia and light body were expanding, I think around this point the Vee light body center energy was brought in. It felt like at first my light body, Fullonia cocoon were expanding till at one point this universe could no longer contain it and it was outside the universe, larger then the universe, outside it. Then it all dissolved away and I was left with a type of formless body or formless form. hard to describe. Felt like the Vee light body center energy helped to accelerate this. Being in the formlessness or formless body, whichever it was, that felt right, much more relaxing, more like either the real me or I reached a new level.
All in all it went great.
