Me: why was I so sluggish getting up from my nap and just went back to sleep and found it very hard to get up till I asked you for some energy?
7th density me: It is for several reasons dear. one of them is you don't always breath to well while you sleep. one of the reasons you keep waking up, and it's also a possible reason for some exit points.
Also that 3rd density energy there does no good for your 4th density body and with a not very good sleep, well it's not always properly recharged. and the shift does aggravate some of they hybridization problems. So not for any 1 reason. The energy you felt me send you was a mix of proper let's call it 4th density, very upper end, and some 5th density energy. 4th density energy is all your body need, think of it as a type of light energy, but mixing in 5th density light energy is more proper for you at your present level, and it does have other beneficial effects then if I had sent you just pure upper 4th density energy. lower 4th density energy would also work, but it is a difference of like food that tastes plain but is nourishing, and good tasting food that is just as nourishing, and mixing in the 5th density energy is like that same meal with rare hard to describe flavors that enhance the taste, as well as the other beneficial effects you may not be conscious of.

7th density: I'm in a more female mood at the moment dear. that's all it is really. slightly effects the way my energy feels.

Me: so will I forget my incarnation here once I return home and will I loose the progress I've made here?
7th d: Well, very likely you'll remember some of it. Say the bits that have emotional impact. Some do not like 3rd density at all and prefer to totally forget it once the incarnation ends. That is how most who incarnate on very low density from where they are from, prefer it. As for your progress. think of it as you are uncovering your true real self, as far as the circuitry there of the grid can support. Part of it is not just poof you becoming your real self. Being so dense there it takes certain things, and the current gridwork only supports up to a certain point. That's why certain things one finds unable to do there. Though some of that is changing with the gridwork being reconnected. Though it can be done only at a certain rate. There is a safety margin and within that certain speeds, so it can't be poof 4th density earth. Currently it can support up to a certain level let's say. Once your incarnation ends soon or very soon. That puts you out of the gridwork and let's say back where the only gridwork you'll be plugged into is that of the collective of your true family, which you'll fully flow back into your true self. Depending on how you pass over you may need a very short rest, like a short nap or like sitting in a chair and half dozing. Not much. less maybe, depending how aware you are and how you cross over. Believe me it'll be soon and at worst not to unpleasant. at worst, depending on the exit point and method, any pain will be short term,not like some other method of crossing over that let's say won't be mentioned here.

ME: So once my incarnation ends, whether it is soon or very soon, or a long time from now, I'll soon be there be among my true family?
7th density me: It won't be a long time,I promise dear. things are changing where others are taking up things. So there is a transition where the next generation is taking up things, as was the plan, so the primary mission and reason you incarnated will be ending. the exact dates for these can't be given. Since the shift is well under way, the earth grid is being re-connected. Not like it'll happen tomorrow. and not next week likely. Though your family does wish you could experience at least a bit of the 4th density earth, due to all the work you've put into helping it come about, though much of it was not what you were conscious of doing, the clearing of the mass, anchoring in certain frequencies. They wish you to experience it, for a bit, as a reward for the work you've done, and certain others too. Depends on the exit points though and how fast the shift can progress. Though soon and very soon doesn't meed a few days or next week.
Work on your faith and doubt. this alone wil help a lot. not that you have to crush it. just when you realize you have experiencing it switch out of that thinking, and continue to write down your affirmations like you've been doing. i did sneak in a message while you were doing that. when you sorta fased out of things while you were writing.
I'll also continue with the energy merging, as you requested. It'll help in some ways you are not conscious of, but the things you will notice is certain things will be easier, like you becoming more aware of your true self, who and what you are, your origins, reasons for being, and things like that. More of that will bubble up to the surface faster and easier, let's say, as well as you becoming more of your true self, as much as you can on the earth. You are doing great and things will be going much faster here on out, for the remainder of your incarnation, fun, easy, and the like. continue being relaxed and trying to have fun.
Part of the doubt isn't you, part or a great deal of it is as a result of the denseness where you are and also some other folks who have a lot of doubt. that adds a bit of a flavor or tint to the energy there. just do as you've had suggestions and you are doing and you are doing great. one doesn't need to be perfect really , especially while incarnated on the earth. Believe me, you are doing great as is and soon or very soon you'll be fully home here among us.

7th density: yes dear. It matters not if I am your future or true self.
me: actually, if you are say my future self, the way time is fluid. if you continue to merge energy with me. I could be kickstarted and instead of being my future self, you could become my true present self, is that not an option available to me and you?
7th density me: indeed, it is an option available to us both. I didn't want to say anything since I was waiting to see if you would think of it yourself. So what do you say, or do you prefer your 6th density self.
me: Well if you are already here, I'd choose you, since you are here. and if it does help me to jump over a few densities, that certainly wouldn't harm anything.
7th: indeed so if you do wish, I will accept. It'll be great, and is certainly an option, though the earth gridwork at present doesn't support 6th density, let along 7th, you can still benefit from this, though you may be largely unaware, unconscious of this. Though you may well notice certain, changes and benefits.
me: I do accept. Though it may effect you also, you going ahead faster since I got to the 7th density faster. But let's just focus on things. So would I notice any changes in the future?
7th: You may notice some, awareness. You may find you understand things more. the main changes you'd notice when you return home here to be with us, and decide if you wish to merge with me, remain separate, your own being, and still a part of the family, or a situation where we are like you and Sara and Sam. Lots of options. Lots.
at the least this will help you to clear out more, be more of your true self, more of your knowledge and understanding to bubble to the surface. In short help you to become more of your true self. Especially the true self the current state of the gridwork there will support.
This is the main effect you'll consciously notice since being incarnated there you are plugged into the earth system gridwork, which supports only up to a certain point. That'll change as the shift continues and in the ages to come as the earth system progresses and grows upwards.
the other effects you may not noticed till you are back home, or on your way back home. No biggie. Just be yourself, true to yourself and things will continue going great. You are being true to yourself even if you are not aware that you are doing so. Things will continue going easy and great for you, they will.
