Twin flame said that had really happened and it was an incarnation that this me did at one put during this incarnation. Wild. Not sure if I did it while I was asleep, seems unlikely. I could have done it maybe just after I was re-created and before I came back to this body I may have done an incarnation, or maybe one of the seizures I had. I think I had 2 in my life, the last one was a bit over 20 years ago. or it could have been during a dream where I went and manifested in a place that is less dense and physical then here, like where the pod is, and maybe I lived there for a few days or more. She, the female naga in the whatever it was, did feel to me like a soul group member, either immediate or maybe 1 step removed. Not sure about any of that. maybe another part of my being a multi dimensional being or something.

I did the 3rd meditation of part 4. Running the energies went very well. I started to run the regular energies and then remembered to say I wanted to run the energies with the highest finest energy I can handle at this time and it immediate felt different like before. This one was about the 7th and 6th light body energy centers and doing them at the same time. I did that and added in combining them into one at times.
During part of this I had another conversation with twin flame. I didn't feel the intensity like usual and she said she was screening it. Then she said "see, like this." and I felt the intensity was starting to return like a screen was lifted a bit then put back down.
I was working with the 6th and 7th light body energy centers.
After a bit I felt like I was spinning in 2 directions at once then a huge intense vertigo. Then it passed. Then I started to see images, hard to describe. I then mentally said, if I'm going to see images show me what my true soul home looks like.
I saw an area where there were souls that looked like balls of color of different colors, red, orange, 1 was a light and medium blue. I was moving through this area and at first there was like a wall on each side that looked black but as I concentrated I could see a structures and an area that went on for who knows how far.
Then I was in another room where the souls there looked black. I asked what this place was and a mental voice said they were resting. I asked what my color was and I looked as black as those souls. I mentioned wow, so I'm black, and the voice said for me to look closer and by concentrating I could see I, and those others were blue, but it was a shade of blue that was so dark it looked black at first glance. No idea if there is a name for that, I assume there is. Or some blue type color.

PS: I forgot, I did ask about if twin flame was here, meaning mine and the voice said no, she likes to hang out where the pod is. I then asked if this is my primary home (I meant this whole area, not here where some souls were resting) & the voice said yes I have a lot. Then i said, disregarding incarnations since I know the all time is simultaneous. do I have any homes other then here and i got yes, several or a few. Besides here as the main one, there is where the pod is, though some members of the pod do come here too. then there is where Maribelle and her family live and possibly 1 or 2 others.
Also forgot. I mentioned hoping I was coming back here for good soon and the voice said I was. I asked soon from who's viewpoint, mine or yours and they said mine, meaning mine. and I did ask them to promise that and the voice said he does promise that.
Also forgot, forgot when I asked who the voice was and he said he was a guide.

Had an unpleasant conversation on a google+ group that someone setup that included someone who visits spiritual forums(though that person wasn't in the conversation). They were saying how my main mission for being here is shitty since I was using it as an excuse for not doing anything. My main mission isn't to go out and be an activist or do anything like that. My main mission is to channel some sort of energy into the earth grid and help with the shift. Maybe that affects my aura that affects others in the vicinity, I don't know that or if it does how far it can affect others, but that isn't really important. Their mission may be to be activists, or one of their missions. Mine is just to channel the energy into the earth grid to help the earth, and I'd guess everyone here too, with the upcoming shift. Left me feeling a bit down till i remembered a technique I made up that is based on emotional flow from one of Orin or Daben's awaken the light body guided meditations. Forgot which one did that and which part it was. But I'm feeling better now. The key is recognizing I'm in a negative emotion, or experiencing it, then I can shift it. Hard to describe how I do it.
Think I may delete the bookmark to the forum they are setting up, also think I'll avoid all contact with unicorns except for 1 who I talk to sometimes who's incarnated here, Maribelle, her immediate family I've met, and my unicorn mother maybe. No others at all and no dragons whatsoever. To bad none of my fellow pod or soul family members are here, but at least I can talk to twin flame, soul, whatever guide or guides I have at present, Maribelle, her immediate family (the ones I've met so far) some of the pod members maybe. So I have some I can talk to. Mentally that is, no idea if it is a type of telepathy, clair whatever or mental conscious channeling.

How about that group? <avoid negative people. As was said to you when/while you were laying down, delaing with negative people is not one of your missions, that is antoher type of mission that some are on. Avoid people that make you feel that way. And continue to shift your emotions towards positive reflections like you've done.>
<You know the primary mission you are there for, and as hence don't need to do anything to accomplish it. Some, or many, will not understand the mission since it is focused on the long term, larger picture type of mission instead of the short term small area type of mission. Those are for younger sorts of souls and those that are of that type. Yours is the mission as said before. you've accomplished your personal mission, the main one you don't need to do anything to accomplish it. The scale has been tipped thanks to you and others an the identical and very similar mission. >
<You will have one of several homes upon returning here and will likely travel between them and go around in a non linear fashion and be non physical and stay in non physicality realms much or part of the time. Those options and such you'll be introduced to, remember, and will decide and talk about and experience once you're here. Though the odds of you incarnating in any physicality type areas is very slim practically zero in fact. You've, moved on, so to speak. Though some of that has been been mentioned before, in regards to the pod. manifesting there, and other options mentioned in a previous channel.
And as you have felt/known, earth is been deflected towards more positive futures then it was originally heading towards. Though you'll not incarnate for those, perhaps be a guide or channeled being, but that is one of an infinity of possibilities you can think about, explore and try out once you're incarnation finishes. You've done very well so far and will continue to do so. 3 of the homes you'll have, and souls having more then 1 home is not unusual, and having 1 home as a soul is quite unusual. You know 3 of them. the non physicality true soul home is one of them, though many souls, at most, only visit such areas, preferring physicality. And this does not mean one has to incarnate. One can, do like your twin flame, and hang out where the pod is. That is one such area that any being non negative can just manifest into. She's not the only one who hangs out there, others do. A possible 3rd is where Maribelle's family has their home, or nearby if you and her decide to have your own home nearby. You may decide on others later when you're here.
Those in the group have their missions and many will not understand your type of mission nor a being such as yourself, but that is ok. You know you are not alone and that is the main key thing.

But that high? <You don't think we'd let a young or beginner soul go on the mission you're on. It takes an advanced soul to do that. Look at how quick you've made progress and how easy the light body courses are easy and fun, there is a reason for that..>
