Monday [5-4]

it does feel like before we, came here and started to interfere from within, that the earth project/experiment, not sure which it was, maybe both, was largely headed down and declared a failure. But we did some stuff, including what some here would see as going into the past, to do certain things, and certain folks agreed to come here to help deflect earth down more positive possible futures. Some of these actions would be seen by everyone as evil or atrocious, but for the long term they did serve a lot of good. and the thing about being good or evil is one should look at the long term  not so much the short term.  Some incarnates do get lost and go down certain less positive lines, by their choosing for a variety of reasons, but some of this is also for the individual's greater good.  Also some atrocious stuff do serve the greater good as well. 

Also to have duality some have to volunteer to be the ones to do the more evil things.  Though some souls do wonder down certain lines when their original intent before coming into the incarnation here was most positive.  it gets complicated and i'd have to contemplate on it when i feel better to fully understand and get a larger picture I think.

Also it seems that some realities are constructed so souls can grow, learn and play in.  They are all constructed using energy, since everything is energy, then some have sections of their construction or reality with the vibrations lowered and become more solid forms of energy, that some see as matter or experience as matter.  Some of these larger projects require souls within the construct in order to aid in the lowering of the vibrations so that reality will be more solid and the vibrations can be lowered gradually to the desired level, since it can't be done all at once poof.  And also a realities vibratioins can be increased, but it must also be done gradually.  very gradually if some souls are incarnated within that reality at the same time or it may cause what some here may call psychological damage, including at an energy level.

I feel ready to graduate out of these realities to go back to the reality behind this reality or the one behind that one.  So to speak.  Hard to speak in 6, 7 or 10 dimensions using 3d English. 

I feel that perhaps my divine self has noticed me, so to speak, and the monad, collective were helping to to remember and be aware that I am at their level, and since i have experienced that, me being equal to the beings, some of which look like balls of bright light, like small suns.  Now what maybe is my divine self has somewhat taken over but for now uses a reflection of a possible future self, that is also real as well as being a reflection, the paradox thing doesn't' apply to souls.  I think that is for now and since it'll be fun for all of us involved. I asked twin flame a few days ago and she said she is experiencing the same, though it is her possible future self.  I got the feeling at the time that as a fun thing they may decide to switch so maybe once I may get a future reflection of my twin and she may get mine.  Though it feels that sooner or later the divine self will be speaking directly.

I'm still sick with a sore throat, and feeling a bit weak, but it could be much worst.  The pain is mild, really at the annoying level. and I do have iboprofen to put a dent in it, and some cough suppressant and anesthetic candy like stuff I can use.  Though its' a bit past the use by date, they are not as effective, and only once very 2 hours. I also suck on an ice cube as well, which helps a little.

I'm excited and about to do the 1st meditation for part 4.  I think parts 1-3 were dealing with the first 3 light body energy centers, 4th, then the upper 3. this one I think deals with the light body energy centers in different combinations, and though the earlier courses did have meditations to help with the energy body and the mental body, I feel this one is about balancing them, or harmonizing them to each other.

Talking to my soul feels exactly like talking to myself, though a me that has full access to my soul memories and knowledge.  Hard to explain.  it feels like we're basically on the same level.  Though he has more energy then me since i'd guess this body is very fragile, compared to soul.

It feels like taking these light body courses perhaps I'm awakening or becoming aware of where I already am, instead of making headway, which is fine with me.

I did the 1st meditation of part 4 of awaken the light body and overall it went very well.  Running the energy did as well.  This meditation he focused on the Traeo and Dinia energy centers.  I felt the usual love/pleasure form the ranthia, and from the traeo and dinia centers, since he focused on just those 2 for most of the guided meditations I did feel more.  The dinia I did fee. the waves he talked about, after a while.  the traeo also I felt some waves and felt a bit more then I had before.  I think the next time I do this I may spend part of the time with both active at the same time.

I did the 1st meditation for the 2nd time today.  I think it went well.  After a bit I did feel like I did feel the harmony between the emotional and mental bodies that Daben was talking about.  Though part of the experience I was distracted by how my throat feels.  Though it does feel better and I do feel a bit weak also.  Overall a pretty good experience.  I guess, like I thought, this part is about experiencing and helping to be sure there is harmony between your emotional and mental bodies.  Makes sense you'd focus on that after doing the 7 light body centers.  Next part & month will be the first 2 of the 3 light body centers.
