True the committee does control the exit points, woven like a tapestry, chosen before hand, everything must intersect, like the weaves in a tapestry or it'll all unravel,

one of the reasons i, we really, don't like the earth at all and chose never to incarnate there again. Though we, you, I, have no interest in incarnating anywhere at all.  We use to find enjoyment in that but we've past that.  incarnating no longer interests us at all. 

and they also didn't for-see any races coming here to meddle around like they have done. 

They also choose to implement the laws and such for this place called earth long long ago by earth reckoning.  Some of us cautioned them against it, said what would happen, and it did come to pass just as we saw, but we did allow them to proceed, since they would learn from all these mistakes, and learn they have, well some of them anyway.  But luckily for them we were able to talk them into ..... certain bylaws, like those who come in, the first 2 waves, would be immune to karma, unable to accumulate karma, the fullness is complicated but that is the very general of it.  Sorry for the mild headache, I'm not your 12d self, I'm past that, been age since I've had to adjust my energy down for 3d beings.  We'll talk again. I just wanted to come in to answer that question you had.  We'll be talking and together again in the future, say when you are fully 12d.   If you wish to remain on the fast track, or even if you don't maybe, since who better to be one of your guides then yourself who has gone through it.  But talk to you later in your personal future.

What is the 12th dimension like?

Here I got, hard to explain what I saw, everything and nothing around me and either my 12D or 14D self saying, "imagine limitless potential, unrealized, unmanifisted, endless, unlimited."

That is the only way I can describe it.  hard to put into words,   though I'm not sure if I experienced much of it for real or if it was translated.

Away from earth how does creating offspring work, like on the earth or not?

12d: not quite, the female gets to choose if she conceives, or creates offspring with the male.  All the male really has a choice on is if he's 'fertile or not."  hard to explain.  the default is  his fertility is on, since that is the natural state for males on the realms not earth.  females have to turn theirs on and purposely want to conceive or create an offspring, and no females do not have the whole creative force, it is equally in what humans call males and females. Though really 2 of the same gender can create souls, and have offspring, it's not as cut and dried as many think it is.  it's both simple and complicated, complicated if you really want to look into it and I'm not that interested in looking into the specific exact mechanics and the why, way to complicated for me. I have many other interests, and you also, we have the same interests of course, just that you do not remember yours or have not yet encountered the ones I have.

So are we very old or not?

well, both a young soul, but also ancient beyond belief.  a part of us, a part of our energy, predates this present day universe as it's understood.  that part of our energy had a hand in it's creation.  the rest of us is ancient indeed by the reckoning of the earth and those on it at present.

some can with the long wait, but best to put that behind you, find what enjoyment you can, put your head high, so to speak, continue on down the road, whistling when no one is around.  continue own the road you have picked, give that no other thought that you put behind you.  continue on the Orin and Daben audio courses & the kindle books you have picked out to read.  you'll grow a lot, and also with my help and energy also, me being your 12d self.  You'll be surprised at how much you'll grow, though you may not be consciously aware of the growth, since a lot of it it happens at non conscious levels, so to speak. but this is enough for you, you should give yourself a chance to rest.
