Suturday [8-1]

This morning I was either awake and laying in bed before I got up, or I was still asleep and not awake, but there were no visuals in either case.  I was being asked some questions by someone, not sure if it was the computer or another being but after the questions were asked the being said I passed and had shown that I had really gone up a step.  No idea what that was about.  Something about my soul evolution, expansion, growth, I assume. 


Not sure if it's related or not but when I awoke, and for about 30 minutes afterwards, my energy was resonating.

Bruce and I talked briefly.  He does understand about the multi mates thing, he's been fully briefed.  We're both looking forward to my being fully home.  He also said that "the shone shines brighter that I share with him."  a sweet thing to say.

I was doing some meditating while listening to a webinar, and I could feel my energy resonating.  I was doing a meditation combined with that quantum healing thing that I did yesterday. Not sure of all that it's doing but I assume it is working. I did state again that I want my knees treated so they won't bother me during my meditations, also my left index finger included with the treatment.  Also I said I wanted to any doubt, worry, fear, to be properly treated, wither in being cleared out, transmuted to the highest frequency, whatever was appropriate. When I do a meditation I can feel lots of resonating going on in my energy, with certain spots feeling different then other areas.

I did the 9th mediation of part 1 of awaken the light body and running the energies went very well, a pleasurable experience.  This meditation was mainly about relaxing, to me, and focusing on the Nua, the 1st light body energy center. 

Also during this I got the impression that Sasha (a raptor I've channeled once before and that Shalamane and some others are looking at as a perspective mate for me, I do wonder how many I'll have by the time all this is done) Alura (a higher reflection of my monad then what I had conversed with before) want to start a 3 way conversation with me about negativity and karma.  I may do that in a bit. I foresee lots of typing, but that'll be later this afternoon.

All in all the meditation went very well and was a very relaxing one.

I did the 10th meditation for part 1 of awaken the light body.  It was about the inner healing, but I didn't feel much from that.  I did feel like one of my energy bodies, no idea which one, was very expanded, like being inflated like a balloon, for a good portion of the main part of the meditation, so all in all it went well from that point of view and was very relaxing as well.    So not  a lot to say this time.
