 As for me and soul I think those times with soul and I were hugging and such it is trying to work on where There is as little distinction between us so I can be more full soul in a human body. Think your soul may be doing the same?

I did a short bit where I did try to channel soul it felt like me, but more energy being present. The arcturian felt a lot more energy and I could only channel him for short period of time. Soul felt like I could channel him for infinite periods of time.

Think when i finish this audio course of opening to channel I'll try to channel the arcturian daily for 5 or 10 minutes then repeat the course, but only focus on channeling soul.


makes me wonder, if I do some light body courses how I can help the process along of becoming soul fully. Or as much as I can.

I did try to run the energies this morning 3 times. the first i felt nothing but assumed I wasn't sensitive enough. the 2nd time went pretty well and I went backwards, going from 7 to 1. The 3rd time went sorta ok, but I was at the bus stop and it went therefore far better then I think.
