Monday [9-14]

I did the 14th Radiance: self-exciting, building the light body guided meditation and it want great.  I could feel energy coming from a number of beings, Sara, Sam, Karinus, Lugia, Ceta, Feathers, Fred, not sure if others were or not, felt like those at least.

Most of it was similar to before, doing the Fullonia cocoon that was the size of out past the orbit of earth's moon, encompassing the earth and earth's moon.  With me being both in this earth human body, but also in another body out in space too.  When Daben talked about going underneath, I had no idea what he meant so I did the intention of the body, no idea what shape it was in, I didn't think to try to see or feel of it.  I did the intention of teleporting underneath place that Daben was babbling about that I didn't understand and went somewhere, maybe inside the Fullonia, not sure. I was there for a while.

Then he started to have me visualize the Vee and did the vocalizations of the Vee (which is the 3rd light body center) it seemed the light I was putting out increased to encompass the sun, the asteroid belt and maybe some of Jupiter's moons, but not Jupiter itself.  Not sure if my light body Vee light body center, or my light or whatever is that large or not, but it felt right, it felt like this was correct so I went with it.  Again I didn't think to try to see or feel what the other body felt like.  So could have been the dolphinlike default form.  Wonder if it's the default since Sara prefers that as her form, when she uses her body.  not sure if that is a light body or whatever it is.

I did the meditation for the 2nd time today.  and based on Scarlett's channeling this time I visualized my Fullonia cocoon larger then before, including the Fullonia light as well as the cocoon and I included some love energy I felt as well.  Larger then the whole Milky Way Galaxy.  Though it did work it felt ok.  The Vee part I had the Vee light energy was also larger then the Milky Way Galaxy.  This time I did feel my form and felt like I was in a dolphin type form again.  For part of the meditation I shaped a flipper into an arm and hand and visualized the Milky Way Galaxy small enoough to fit in my hand, though I kept my hand below where it was, & I was till within the Fullonia light & cocoon and Vee light.  After a certain point I felt this other body drawn towards the Earth, staying outside the Kuiper belt, or however you spell that. 

It went ok, felt like maybe I strained myself a little, but only a little.
