Wed [9-16]

after I awoke I could feel my family's energy, the bond, link, or whatever it is more then just the back of my mind. It remained that way till a bit after I started the meditation.

Doing the 16th radiance: self exciting, building the light body went well. At first i did the intent that the fullonia light/energy would help with the shift, transmuting the lower energy,vibration stuff to a higher resonance. But a bit after that I had the idea that I would do the intent instead of the energy knows where to go and what to do to do the most good with helping the shift of the solar system.  That feels like the better way and thing to do then directing it to do specific things.  Let it decide where to go and what to do to the most good and help for the solar system shift.  During this I was in 2 locations at the same time, in my human body, but outside the Fullonia light sphere, as a point of consciousness, with no body.

I feel the energy, &  bond, link, of my family, Sara, Sam, though not as prominently or as strong as before when I first awoke,  perhaps because my attention is focused in certain directions.

I did the guided meditation for the 2nd time today and it went ok.  Still no idea of I'm doing any good for the shift or not.  I did the intent that the energy from the Fullonia, light, love, excitement, the vibration energy whatever that I felt, I added that in too.  with the intent that all that knows were to go and what to do.  I don't need to direct it.  At the end when Daben did the Renawre cocoon I decided to visualize it larger then the milky way galaxy, again no idea if that does any good or not. 

Also I didn't understand 80% of what Daben was talking about during the times he was talking so I just ignored him and used the time to either rest, or visualize the Fullonia energy/light, vibration, excitement, love, ect and it being bit enough that it stretches out to the Kuiper Belt.  As with the previous meditation today, I was in 2 locations, I was outside of the sphere of light an didn't have a body, I was just a point of consciousness. and, of course, in my human body.
