Frday 9-4

I did the 4th guided mediation for Radiance: self exciting building the light body.  There wasn't really much of a running the energies done in this guided meditation.  It was briefly about the Renawre cocoon then went fairly quickly to the Fullonia.  I could feel all the fullonia energy around me.  I could barely feel the border of the Fullonia cocoon, just barely.  I would guess my skill will increase over time.  Though I didn't understand what Daben by the light bodies.  I'll assume he had a slip of the tongue.  It's happened before when Daben would pause at an odd time.  Overall an ok meditation.

I don't feel my skill or progress has changed any since I started this, but I am only 4 meditations in.  There are another 20 guided meditations to do, and Daben has said in the manuals that you don't need to have mastered the skills to be ready for the next part so I'll go with that.  Also when I do the 2nd pass as I call it I may notice I have increased in skill and made some progress and not noticed it.  Maybe since my progress was so slight and slow at a time.  Instead of huge and obvious.

While I do enjoy doing these guided meditations I'd much rather be at home then here.  Not that I hate being on the earth, but all of me would much rather be at home then here.  No idea how long I'll be here, wish I had at least an idea.  I do hope what I've been being told is true, that I am a high being, I'll not be incarnating anymore after this and I'm part of a collective family, instead of being as alone there as I am on the earth.

I did a 20 minute sorta meditation from an audio book I'm listening to and could feel there are no guards at all in here.  Guess they don't see a need for guards at all here anymore, maybe since I have a new soul or something.  I also feel Feathers wants to talk to me so I'll post this then channel her for a bit.

I did the 4th guided mediation for Radiance: self exciting building the light body.  This time for the 2nd time and I could feel the energy of the Renawre cocoon.  It was a very intense, but pleasant, heat I could feel throughout my entire body.  The energy of the Fullonia cocoon was not of intense heat but another feel, hard to describe.  I was better at feeling the border of the Fullonia cocoon and the energy of it and the fullonia energy all around me, along with the Renawre cocoon energy that was in my body and around me nearby.  This one was interesting. I also went pretty deep.  Took me a while to come back.
